Love this car wash! Great customer service and the monthly plans are affordable and worth every penny. Thomas was so helpful, making sure I knew where everything was located and all the services and help they offer. He answered any questions I had and even made sure my mats were sprayed correctly! Great experience and I am glad I chose Whitewater.

Ever was an amazing specialist to work with. He made sure that I ended up in the rails with ease, did a great job washing the outside before I went through the wash. Was respectful of the fact I did not want the hood scrubbed and I appreciate that. After going through the wash, Ever graciously helped me wash my rubber floor mats. There were plenty of towels available outside for me to detail my car with, both the window and all purpose cleaner had fluid in them. Vacuums had good enough pressure to suck up everything on my floor in the car. All in all, amazing experience at Whitewater today.

I love this place Isai handed me my cleaning towels! I have been here for several years. The crew is great. Always plenty of towels and cleaner to do your windows. They even have a machine to clean your carpets. Great place, very clean, always open with a smile.

All three of the male workers were very nice and helpful. Two of the men offered to wash off my rubber mats since I could not run them through the mat cleaner. They informed me where the glass and car cleaner was and it was free. Plenty of cleaning towels were available too.

This was my second time coming to White Water Car Wash. I had recently gotten my car washed here and received a free car wash for my next visit. When I came to get my free car wash, after going through the car wash, I quickly realized it had not cleaned my car hardly at all. There was still bird poop on my car windows. And to be honest, I think the car wash did my car more harm than good. I’m glad it was free, because I would have not put up with this if it had cost me $10+. I really was bummed with the results of my second car wash here, because I thought the first experience was great.

I have been a customer/member at this establishment for over a year. Never had a problem until today & I will not be going back. When I pulled up to wash my car today, I noticed a truck parked out front with a confederate flag tag. I asked the fellows working there if it was an employee’s vehicle - yes, it was. I asked if they were ok with an employee displaying that tag outside their business & they said he can if he wants. I get freedom of speech, but I’m going to let my money do the talking by canceling my membership.

Honestly, this place has a great car wash, but the management pushes them to try to sell memberships to everyone. It's not a huge issue just by itself, saying that, there are a few things i have about: 1: when paying at the keyosk, it's fairly awkward to go and spend $20 on a wash, and was prompted to give a tip to the workers, while there are 2 workers standing there staring at you. And they asked for the tip btw. 2: every time i have gone here in the past, the air fresheners have always been complimentary, not "if you do this, you'll get this", today, an employee named Ana, handed me some towels for my car, i asked about the air fresheners and if they were still available, she said yes, but only if i would write a google review. I told her i did not have my phone on me, and told her it was in the car, she said she would go grab the air freshener if i went and got my phone to scan the qr code, i said sure because why not, it doesn't take very long to write one. I came back and i scanned the code and started typing this. I remembered i was in a bit of a time crunch, so i told her i was kinda in a rush and that i would finish it later, she then asked me "could you please finish it right now so that i can give you this air freshener?" I was a bit speechless at that, so i declined. I do apologize Ana, as i was a bit rude to you after that, stating "you guys are always so pushy about these things" while walking back to my car 3: going back to the employees at the keyosk, how many times do i have to state i do not want to purchase a membership, both employees asked me once, then i declined both times, and both asked "are you sure" yes, i am sure, i do not wish to purchase a membership. I shouldn't have to decline it more than once this specific time i had to decline their offer 4 times, with them even going as far to show me the checkout menu with the pricing for it while holding my debit card. Now don't get me wrong, the people and employees are nice, but this is probably the last time i will be coming here. Ana, here is your review that you asked for, hopefully you find it appropriate. And no, i did not get the air freshener, that is complimentary at nearly every other car wash.

Whitewater Car Wash is where I wash and detail my 2004 C5 Corvette most every day. I'm very particular about keeping it clean and the staff is very good about programming in what I want and don't want touching the finish and the wheels. Excellent service, without going to a professional detail provider.
