Don't go here if you care about your car. I had been going a few months and it was all good, until one day everything felt rough in the wash. I could feel the pressure on my car and it was loud so I was worried. I was wiping it down and vacuuming like always and had sple serious scratches and scuff marks on my car. For someone who has worked very hard to keep this car clean, it was frustrating to say the least. Edot: GM said they reviewed the footage and the scuff marks were already there. I had just been there 4 or 5 days earlier, and I detailed it afterwards inside and out, didn't see any scuffs. I just don't know how else I'd get all those marks all around my car, but Idk I could be wrong. Will review the footage and update

I really like this place and you need more employment like James. He made sure I was good to go and showed me how to work the rug cleaner. The other guy was berry nice too. I like that y’all have towels and cleaning fluid. That really set the standard of success. I will be back

Always a good experience. Quick to get you in and through the wash. Wish they spent a little more pre-treating the front of the car for bugs as the wash doesn't clean them off. Also wish they had a place to hang car mats.

People that work there are somewhat nice to an extent but seem a little fake to me each time you visit you get a different experience one day they're helpful the next day or not but the car wash does have a lot of good amenities so it kind of makes up for it prices a little high though but it's worth it I guess it should be about 5 to 10 bucks cheaper for monthly but get a 3 day if rains rewash

This is my favorite car wash! Im here at least every other day--they keep me coming back. I have the montly membership and it keeps my Chevy Trax looking nice. The people that work there always make sure my bar code scans (i have problems lol), the bugs are removed with the brush at the beginning of the tunnel, there's fresh clean towels to dry my car, they have a couple different soaps that pump out when you step on the pedal and even a machine to vacuum my mats. Vacuums are strong too! I just cannot say enough good things about this place! ♡♡♡

This one feels half as good as the other ones. It's too rushed and compact with the soaps and solutions. The brushes miss a lot of stuff on my vehicle and the dryers don't do a great job either. I find it wild how all of the dayton locations are garbage and inconsistent but the best white water location without a doubt is middletown. You guys need to get the big bosses down here and let them know that the machinery needs fine tuning and upgrades.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are affordable and I like they give you air fresheners and a towel. I also love the air blower for crevices. The mat cleaner doesn't work though.
