I cannot say enough good about Jeremy and the gang at VEI. Best detailing I have every had at a great price. I gave them a 2004 Honda Pilot that hauled a 4 year old boy and a slobbering English Mastiff in November and it was disgusting. They gave me back a pristine car I was proud to drive and felt like new, Will be back soon.

I've been in/around the car business for years. I have seen what a good detail can do to a 10 year old car. I paid for a full detail. To me, that includes 3 step paint (clay bar, wax, polish with rotary buffer) and fully cleanse interior with professional grade cleaning products/equipment and an experienced hand. I picked my car up with wax in the crevices, dirt still on the interior in crevices that are easily noticeable, and tiny tiny scratches still in the paint. I'd hazard a guess that a rotary buffer never even touched my car. It looks like a $50 detail that I'd get out of my little brother, yet I paid over $200. Incredibly disappointed by Jeremy and his staff. I will not be going back, I'd love to go and get my money back but I highly doubt that request would be obliged without resistance. I'm not one to fight over a few hundred bucks. There are other detail places in the area who do a much better job.

I own a BMW 2003 530i and need it detailed. I checked many places in the area and VEI had the best overall reputation. I have never had my car detailed before so I know it needed it. I am hard on my car because it is a daily driver. They did a great job it looked like the day I bought it in 2003! wow I will be back. This is a great way to keep my car looking new.

Jeremy at VEI did an excellent job on my car. My son spilled an ENTIRE bowl of cereal in the front seat. It was completely saturated and dripping to the floorboard. Jeremy got me in quickly (after I waited two days to call!) and was able to get every ounce of milk smell out of my car! I didn’t think it was possible! Highly recommend!

I just picked up my 2012 Veloster and I was so excited to see it looked like a brand new car. I had several dents on the hood and near the door. The owner contacted the guy they use to remove dents.....I had been told by a few body shops that they could not remove the dents since they were creases and not like normal dents. Well...this guy did an amazing job! The exterior detailed job that VEI did is outstanding and their prices are very good. I am very impressed!!!!!

The service provided was better then excellent. I took the car in for auto detailing after my dog had an accident in the backseat, stepped in it and proceeded to spread the mess to the back of the seats and in both front seats. After they detailed the car it looked and smelled as good as new!!!! Thank you for the excellent service and I would definitely use them again!!!!

Called about a pizza grease stain on my 2015 Corolla passenger side seat at 1:30pm. Arrived at 3pm and Austin took a look at it. It was gone by 3:45 and offered a 100% work guarantee. They also washed and waxed my car on the outside not a single spot missed. High end detail shop with very reasonable prices. The garage was clean and well put together. The work they do is like vehicles coming off the factory line. Wow. Will definitely come back again. It's worth every penny. Not a single spot missed at all.

They did a fantastic job. Plus they were super nice. They did scratch removal and wax. My headlights were glazed over. Without asking they buffed them out and now they are clean. They were 200.00 cheaper than another out of town detail shop. The other shop was so stupid, they asked if I really wanted both sides of my car done. I would recommend VEI to anyone.

Not overly impressed. Took my Ford Flex in last week and got the inside detailing with just a standard outside wash. They did a great job on the upholstery but the cleaning of the console area could have been better. . There was still dirt around the shifter and in the back around the 3rd row of seats there was still visible dirtiness around the floor. Cost me $280 overpriced in my opinion for the quality of cleaning I got.

The gentleman Darius who took care of me was, a gentleman, kind and his approach, knew his job quite well. Has good suggestions and reliability. He did just what he said that he was going to do to my vehicle. I've been dealing with this company for years before the pandemic. I have never left disappointed. I have utilized VEI for many services on several of my vehicles. I have always been more than satisfied and very, very pleased. Most recently I took my new vehicle in and when I picked it up I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work that had been preformed. I discussed my concerns with Jeremy and clearly my overall satisfaction was his main concern. My situation involved a third party vendor making the solution a bit more complicated. Jeremy not only took the initiative to coordinate the work with the third party vendor but he checked on my vehicle several times during the process. I have my new vehicle back and it looks beautiful. The inconvenience of being without my vehicle was well worth the outcome. If only all business owners would provide the customer service Jeremy provides, life would be easy!!!!! Try VEI, they won’t disappoint.

I drive a Hyundai Palisade…I am the original owner and it had not been detailed for over 3 years. I have a GD pup and two teenagers who are in the car almost as much as I am. When I picked up my car it looked as if I was driving it off the car lot, brand new! I highly recommend VEI in Moraine! Their attention to detail is excellent
