Alsolutely poor customer service! I’ve got double charged for my membership and it’s like pulling teeth getting a refund. My issue has still yet be resolved after going back and forth with the manager and online platform for over a month. The manager keeps passing the buck to the online platform, then when I follow the process the online platform only cancelled my membership and issued no refund. The manager refuses to give me his bosses information to help me resolve the matter and says “he’ll contact him for me” and here we are over 5 weeks later still no refund. See attachments. It’s unfortunate that a place that gives you a decent car clean gives such subpar customer service. Buyer beware!

Absolutely horrible wash. Paid the 15 wash and left this weird residue on the car windows. No spray bottles to wash your car, ridiculous pumps off to the side. This is truly a self service car wash. I would never recommend or return. I dont understand how people deal with these types of businesses.

I was greeted by a pleasant young man who had great banter, he offered me the monthly deal although I declined he hit all the selling points. Upon exiting at the vacuums I was handed crying towel and when I had issues with the vacuums suction the same man who provided the towel noticed me struggling and fixed the vacuum for me without being asked. I appreciated everyone friendliness and attentiveness. I will be returning

I’m very disappointed with this car wash and their deceptive promotional practices. The attendants here are the ones pushing these “special deals,” telling customers that you can pay for one car wash for the month and that you will NOT be charged again. That is exactly what I was told, but that turned out to be false. Even though I was assured it was a one-time charge, I was enrolled in a recurring membership and have been charged every month since, despite not returning or using the service. When I reached out regarding the charges, management, specifically Sarah and Devann Blake emailed me, but they still refused to issue a refund even though they can see in their system that I never used the membership. Customers should be warned, do NOT fall for these promotions or verbal promises from their attendants. They say one thing, but the company does another, and you’re the one left paying for it. I will not be returning, and I hope others read this before signing up for anything here.

I don’t know what happened here but the staff changed and these people are not courteous with customers. Andy is very lazy, you have to see how he cleans cars with the broom (he needs vitamins) there is another guy (wearing hat black guy)who in a very demanding position states “only 2 towels” why? It is just because they don’t want to wash them over and over? I pay every time I go there and you cannot tell me how many towels I can use. To the General managers Please take a look at this facility because I pay the price you have so I can get what I deserve.

The experience here has been subpar recently. First, the guy directing you to line your tires up didn’t do that. So my rim scraped against the yellow thing guide barrier they have there. Today, I was there at 8:10. 40 minutes after they “opened” only to find the place blocked ofd with cones. As such, I am leaving a 1star review. As a subscription payer, I, like many others, expect to be able to use the subscription. That means during business hours, and there shouldn’t be any damage to our property based on the negligence of an employee.

This place is terrible! Vacuum barely sucked. The vacuum fell apart when I tried to place it back.There were no towels to dry all of the excess water left on the vehicle. I hope they fix these issues or open a better car wash

Bad bad car wash !!! On New Year’s Eve 12/30/2025 I went to wash my car a $10 car wash ; so It washed my car but the mitter strips literally got stuck and broke my roof panel of my suv . First time coming to this car wash right . I told the manager and all the workers seen when that was stuck on top of my car of the roof panel broke Eveyhting and including the metal part now it’s been 2 wks supposedly filed the claim through there end and now he told me they don’t want to pay because my car is a 2014 older model now . So now he is filing the claim again supposedly so I will see if they can fix it because there car wash messed up my car !!!! My car was in perfect condition & I have pictures of it . How is it possible they don’t want to fix this don’t make sense at all . DONT COM TO THIS CAR WASH UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DMAAGE YOUR CAR AND NOT FIX IT LATER TELLING YOU IS NOT THERE FAULT !!!

Carwash ripped off a part of my truck, filled out incident report, and no one has reached out. Manager tried to gaslight me telling me it wasnt a big deal. Filled out the incident report at the location with the manager. Saturday October 11th at 11:31am. It is now November 6th and despite multiple calls no response, no response from WhiteWater Express Car Wash either to me personally. I am still waiting. There are other people that have come forward to me with the damages caused to their vehicles as well at this carwash and the lack of accountability from this management. I will continue updating this until the issue is resolved. I finally got word back from them. Nov 7th update. They are trying to displace responsibility. They offered to send me a video but have yet to do so. November 11th, 2025 and they ghosted again. The manager Jason is trying so hard to displace blame. Nov. 11th update, 31 days later the issue is allegedly being escalated.

If you’re going to get the wash with the tire shine it’s not worth it. After the tunnel wash I went back to ask one of the workers and they said that’s how it’s suppose to look like we don’t do tire shine the machine does it. I guess the machine ran out of shine and the worker didn’t do nothing about it.

This was my first visit to this car wash and it was a very pleasant experience. Jose was very friendly, he brought me air fresheners and supplies for my interior. Also, Jeremiah was helpful. He was very patient and took his time to explain all of the different sign up options! Would recommend 10/10

I used to love this place until today. After going through to get my car washed as I'm wiping my car off, I noticed my signal light on the bottom right passenger side was off. I called the new owner Jason over to see if he could put the light back for me. Jason claimed he fixed it and put back into the clamps (which he broke). I knew it wasn't fixed as I saw an opening on there. I drove 4 minutes up the street to pick up laundry, looked at my light to make sure it was still in place, which it wasn't. I drove back to Whitewater Express Car Wash went to the window, I said "Jason you said up fixed my light which you didn't as it came back off." Jason didn't acknowledge me, instead he spoke to his employee, advised him to do the incident report, to take pictures etc. Jason went over to assist with spraying the cars down instead of coming to assist me. When Jason finally came over after the incident report was completed, I said to him again, "You said you fixed it, he replied "I scratched my hand while trying to fix it." Not once did he apologize or anything. I now see why he was passing out cards to customer to do a review of the business as he had just taken over the business. I was going to write a good review until this incident happened. I appreciate the employee being honest with me about the brushes on the machine spinning too hard which can cause damage to your vehicle, as it did mine. I've noticed ALOT of scratches on my vehicle since coming to this place. Jason, as a manager if you want customers to continue to come to your business then you must provide better service. The employee who assisted me was more helpful than you, he even offered to try and put the light back on, however he noticed the claps were broken from you trying to put the light back on. You also took apart the bottom cover underneath my car and didn't put it back in place. Give better service if you want to succeed as a business.
