I had an amazing experience at white water express on johnston, and Derrick made it even better! He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked perfect. You can tell he really cares about his work and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend asking for Derrick —he’s the reason I’ll be coming back!

Have been going here for years, it’s a good wash and great location. I was subscribed for $15 a month but a few months ago they were running a promo where they told me I could add a second vehicle for just $5 more. Shortly after that I received a text that it was increased to $22.99 which I thought was still fair. Recently I realized I was being charged twice a month and after speaking with them I learned that they had opened a second account for my other vehicle, so I was misinformed about a package deal, and when I spoke to them they basically said too bad. So I’ve cancelled my membership and will be trying one of the other dozen car washes in Lafayette. Disappointed with how the business was conducted, doesn’t mean it falls on the owner, maybe the employee was trying to get a sale or was misinformed but seems shady from my perspective.

Hands down the best car wash experience in Lafayette! White Water Car Wash on Johnston Street is always clean, efficient, and well-run. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they really make sure you’re taken care of from start to finish. The wash itself is top-notch — my car always comes out sparkling, and the free vacuums are powerful and easy to use. I also appreciate the attention to detail with the pre-wash sprayers and how they take the time to scrub down the front and back before sending you through. It’s clear they care about keeping both the facility and your vehicle in top shape. Quick service, great results, and a locally-owned business I’m happy to support. Highly recommend!

I have never had damage to my vehicle, it's very clean, nice employees. They have rags, pressurized air for reaching those hard spots that the vacuum misses, 2 vacuums for each parking spot, and a place that will hold your car mat so you can spray and vacuum them really well too. I Definitely recommend getting a monthly pass!! I go here at least twice a week. The passes pay for themselves with everything included here!
