Went last Wednesday....now my black truck has swirls in the paint like the "wax"was never removed. And I been having my bug shield on my truck since 2019..went through many of carwashes, and had wonderful experiences....this experience will cost more than that truck wash...

I had an amazing experience at white water express on johnston, and Derrick made it even better! He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked perfect. Have been going here for years, it’s a good wash and great location. I was subscribed for $15 a month but a few months ago they were running a promo where they told me I could add a second vehicle for just $5 more. Shortly after that I received a text that it was increased to $22.99 which I thought was still fair. Recently I realized I was being charged twice a month and after speaking with them I learned that they had opened a second account for my other vehicle, so I was misinformed about a package deal, and when I spoke to them they basically said too bad. So I’ve cancelled my membership and will be trying one of the other dozen car washes in Lafayette. Disappointed with how the business was conducted, doesn’t mean it falls on the owner, maybe the employee was trying to get a sale or was misinformed but seems shady from my perspective.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and they really make sure you’re taken care of from start to finish. The wash itself is top-notch — my car always comes out sparkling, and the free vacuums are powerful and easy to use. I also appreciate the attention to detail with the pre-wash sprayers and how they take the time to scrub down the front and back before sending you through. I have never had damage to my vehicle, it's very clean, nice employees. They have rags, pressurized air for reaching those hard spots that the vacuum misses, 2 vacuums for each parking spot, and a place that will hold your car mat so you can spray and vacuum them really well too. I Definitely recommend getting a monthly pass!! I go here at least twice a week. The passes pay for themselves with everything included here!
