Terrible service as always. Worker was rude and unhelpful. We knew the service was horrible so we ordered online, since it took an hour last time to get one item. Even pre-ordering didn't help. I wish I could have gotten what I needed somewhere else, because I wouldn't ship there if I could avoid it.

I had a really frustrating experience at customer service recently, mainly because of Debra. She is definitely the most unprofessional and lazy employee I have ever encountered. When I arrived to pick up my online order, I expected to find a cart or buggy to use, but there were none available. I was surprised to learn that it seemed to be the customer’s job to grab carts from the parking lot since no employees were helping. After waiting for a long time, I decided to try curbside pickup instead. I waited 45 minutes, hoping someone would bring my order out, but no one came. This was very disappointing and annoying. Finally, after wasting so much time, I decided to cancel my order. This experience with Debra and the lack of proper service made me rethink shopping there again. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Worst Home Depot I’ve ever been too. Needed to buy a sink, faucets, and some cabinets for a kitchen remodel. Couldn’t find any help with getting a cabinet down. Asked one and they were busy and didn’t know where someone was to help. Just told me to check an area. Couldn’t even get down the faucet isle. Had it blocked off for 32 for restocking before I just said never mind and left. Then on the way out had two ladies trying to get money in the parking lot. I would definitely go to another one or just go to Lowe’s up the road like I did. Definitely don’t recommend.

The gentleman who helped me in the lumber section and the lady working the register in that section were awesome. The Home Depot needs more employees like those two as opposed to the rude employee I encountered in the self-check area. I asked her to relay a customer concern to management about the lack of people working the registers. I did let her know that I know it's not her fault that they choose not to have more than one or two register open at a time. Instead she just chose to be rude instead.

employees here are horrible. asked an employee how i would go about purchasing a griddle. he told me i have to go outside and get the tag, bring it back in and check it out. so i did, and after purchasing i asked an employee working by the returns area to unlock the one that was outside for me. she did, and we asked her if someone could help unload it for us. she said she would get someone. we went outside, no one came. while waiting, my husband noted the knob on the griddle was broken, so we went inside to ask another employee if we could swap it out for another griddle. she immediately had an attitude. customer service just doesn’t exist anymore.

You have 50 employees moving stuff all over the store but only 1 doing check out and then shut down the self check out....this is not acceptable.

I like Home Depot pretty well, but for me, it's the staff at this location that makes it great. Oftentimes, Home Depot offers great sales on items, but once you get to the store, locating said items can be nearly impossible. Recently this happened to me, and two young ladies, Lisa and Kaylee were amazing while helping me find my items. Both women were friendly, professional, and kept me laughing while the search continued. This is what made it worth shopping here for me. I won't hesitate to return for any supplies I need in the future!

It is fine. The cashiers are helpful. There may just be a worker shortage, but there really wasn't many people to get assistance from. I was trying to get some PVC planks on an endcap. I was struggling because it was towards the back and the planks were displayed my chin height and higher. Some help would have been nice, but there was no one around to ask. Again, it wasn't a bad experience and HD is probably feeling the effects of the worker shortage, too. This was just my experience.

Home Depot what's going on?! Are you having an identity crisis. Your outside sign says 10pm for store hours but your inside sign says 9pm. I show up 955p (I know not cool but I had an emergency.) And y'all are locked up... So what's up? It's cool if it's 9pm, could you up update your signs and Google Maps? Then I won't drive all the way over, wasting both our time! Still love ya. If Walmart can't help I'll see ya at 0600 tomw! ✌🏼

So I went to purchase a lawn mower Grant it was on clearance sale. But it was broken and it wasn't for sale and they had it for sale so that when they do they inventory count they can count it it seems a little sketchy to me. It was very unprofessional from the clerk to the manager me and my company probably would never go back to this location

Worst Home Depot by far ever walking into. I went in to buy lumber but needed to use the restroom first and on the way in the middle of the isle one guy was break dancing listening to rap blaring on his phone who looked straight off the streets so I navigated my way around him then made it to the bathroom just to be greeted by a pile of smeared human feces all over the floor that would need a shovel to be cleaned up with. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and won’t be back.

Their curbside pick up service is the worst possible. I’ve tried unsuccessfully several times to park my car and wait for somebody to bring my merchandise but no one ever showed up. I have ended up going into the store myself and have had to ask for somebody to bring my merchandise to me. The staff in the aisles are fine and helpful when you can find them but curbside pick up is atrocious. When I finally did go into the store to pick up my package, which was a $200 gorilla garden cart, I was horrified to see the condition in which it was in. The box was ripped open and the clerk wanted me to take the box as it was. I refused, but before I refused, she asked for somebody to come and help try to find another box and they ended up waiting for 45 minutes. So a trip that should’ve taken five minutes ended up taking two hours.

The rental department here will try and charge you a arm and a leg when you return equipment. I was charged 200$ for some dirt on the tracks of a excavator. Dirt that washed off the first rain. The equipment wasnt clean when I picked it up. Its a excavator. They get dirt on them. The worker tells me take it to a car wash. Sounds great besides the fact im 3 hrs from home and in a time crunch on the job. If your renting equipment try and make it easier on the contractors renting it. Not charging them 200$ for some dirt stains on a ran down beat up excavator. I wont rent from home depot again. This was the first time ive ever been charged cleaning fee in the 10+ years as a contractor. Preciate Home depot and mark for making sure the big corporations keep the little guys down.
