Incredible service!! I bought a 2024 certified Mazda CX 50 from Family Mazda in Bossier city, bought it from the internet and when it was delivered we realized the previous owner had smoked in the vehicle. The dealership took it back for two weeks said they would take care of the situation, but they did not. It’s still smelled the smoke, so I immediately began to google, car detail businesses that specialize in smoker removal. I clicked on the first one that popped up, went to their website and read all that they offered. I called and spoke with Alan, the owner, who went into detail about what he could do to remove the smoke. I could tell he’s caring and passionate about his work just from the phone call. I made an appointment and I have to say, I have never met anyone offer that kind of service. Someone that aims to please his client. When I left his place, I had hoped for my car. He cares so much that Allen made several follow up calls to check on my car and to see if i was satisfied. He was so kind and informative that I gave him a tip just for being nice. It was money well spent, and I am so grateful that his business was the first one that came up in my search. I highly recommend Allen who offers service with a smile and passion.!!

Allen did an awesome job getting all the overspray off my car. I know it was a tedious job and I’m glad that he could be trusted to get all the small particles off my car with his clay bar technique. I received an exterior treatment and also a windshield coating. The windshield coating is life changing and makes driving in the night light and day. The process to plan an appointment was straightforward and very professionally handled, with me being able to go in the next day from my initial request. Allen was very friendly and provided an additional product to clean my wheels that was not even included in the package out of pure kindness. Will definitively return when I get my windshield changed for another coating!!
