I don’t usually leave reviews unless I come upon a professional, friendly staff like this Carencro, La location where customer service is a 5 out of 5. Met a friendly worker who helped me with my purchase. His name is Latrell and he greeted my son and I while waiting in line. Pleasant, funny guy with a great sense of sense of humor. The young lady who guided me into the wash had a nice big smile on her face and seems to really enjoy her job there as well. Very professional staff for sure!! Car wash turned out great and the vacuum was free after. I definitely recommend this car wash. Only wish all workers in the customer service industry were a grade A team like these men and women are here at the Carencro, La. location.

This is the only car wash I frequent. The staff are all friendly and always available to help out. The lot is always clean and organized. All the equipment is well maintained and ready to use. In under 2.5 mins, you can be in and out of the car wash. The wash is really good and better than a lot of others. All I ever need to do is wipe down a few of the hard to reach spots, and I come out with a flawless wash for a pristine clean car. If you're washing your car at another car wash, your wasting your time and money, and if you use this car wash and don't get the membership, it might be time for a psych evaluation lol.
