Love this car wash! The Valley Mills location in particular is always awesome. All the staff is friendly and helpful, even coming around to check in on you when you’re vacuuming your car. I’m kind of crazy about making sure my car is clean, so I’ve been to a LOT of car washes, and never had this experience before where the staff is so helpful! When I was here today, Chance came to check in while I was vacuuming my car and I asked for some tips on cleaning my floor mats. I had just come back from a weekend at the lake and they were full of a layer of mud and dirt. Chance offered to clean them and then bring them back, and gave me some tips on how to get them clean in the future when I come back through White Water. As you can see from the photo, they look literally brand new!!

I had a terrible experience at WhiteWater Express Car Wash, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Jameson, the manager, clearly has no idea how to run this car wash. His own employees seem to have more knowledge and professionalism than he does. I took my brand-new car to this car wash, and after the wash, I noticed my fuel door was completely gone. When I called to report the issue, Jameson initially told me, “There’s nothing I can do about this.” Thankfully, one of his employees stepped up and informed me that I could file a claim, which they helped me do. Fast forward to today—I receive a phone call from someone pretending to be from the corporate office, only to find out it was just someone from their Valley Mills Drive location. They called to tell me my claim was denied, claiming the car wash wasn’t at fault. If that’s the case, how did my fuel door mysteriously get broken during their wash process? This experience has been beyond frustrating. Poor management, unprofessional behavior, and zero accountability make this car wash a complete nightmare. Avoid WhiteWater Express Car Wash if you care about your car or decent customer service.

Purchased the ultimate unlimited pass for 30 days. We canceled it on line early because we didn't want it to auto renew at 39$. Because you are required to cx 5 days prior to last day of renewal. We visited within the 30 days and the worker stated our pass was cx and no longer valid. He did allow us a wash and was kind. Tge wash was decent but did not remove the bugs from our brand new vehicle grill or front windshield even after 2 washes. The vacuum center is top notch.

Gabin was kind and focused on creating an atmosphere that is pleasant. When I went to grab towels to dry my truck, he had just replenished the supply and was picking up the dirties. Those towels are great, incredibly clean and just a little damp, just enough to adequately detail your vehicles exterior, yet fully capable of putting a dull shine to your interior.

I had a great experience at WhiteWater Express Car Wash thanks to Quincy and Fabian. They were both very professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated them offering the wash book as well—it was a nice touch and great value. Juan thank you for being the best part of my recent WhiteWater experience in Waco. I frequent this location & Hampton in Dallas regularly. My only complaint is OWNER to save a little provide a separate bucket for soiled towels we can use that strictly on tires and it will cut down on needing buy new towels. In addition once those soiled towels mix with the clean my windows are horrible. Thank you all. 🙃 see ya soon.
