Vacuums work GREAT. You can actually get the inside of your car clean. Always a good value. I get the high end package and my tires look new after. Most recently I took my new to me 83 chevy g20 and got the inside and out package. Water came flooding in the passenger side and took care of the inside while everything else to care of the outside. Oh well, my mistake, now I know not to do that again. :)

Go elsewhere. Card reader doesn’t work, one of the spinning rocker panel/wheel cleaner brushes wasn’t turning, spinning wheel pressure washers were not turning. Vacuum cleaner hose was clogged. Place is in serious need of some maintenance.

Not impressed. Air hoses don’t work, vacuum suction isn’t great and this one fell apart before I even started using it. We pay for the “better” cleaning monthly and it’s not worth it, bugs and gunk is still on the bumper, they barely scrub. Inquiring about canceling service before next month.

Much needed in the area and well worth it. The tunnel does a great job and you're able to finish up your car if you'd like your self with free vacuum and towels if you'd like! They also fixed the tight curves pulling out of the tunnel and leaving the wash which is why it gets 5 stars now.

My antenna was snapped off in the car wash, called several times with no answer and no return call. Went in and the man said he'd take my information and send it to corporate but they won't reimburse me for my antenna. His exacts words were "I'll be honest theyre not going to do anything about it". Not to mention my truck wasn't all the way clean there were several big areas with dirt on it still.

On Saturday June 29th we went to Whistle Stop Car Wash in Leland. I was not expecting to see improved service or equipment but there it was. The unexpected part of my visit was that after exiting the wash to vacuum my car the battery died. When I needed to get out of 92 degree heat I went into their office and was greeted by their manager, Gerald. He offered us water, a place to sit and stay cool, and use our phone. He then offered suggestions on what the problem may be. Gerald is an outstanding manager who deserves a shout out, not to mention my car was cleaner than at any previous time using this car wash due to the new equipment.

The whistle express car wash in Leland is a great place to go to keep your car looking wonderful! We have a monthly pass, so it’s super easy to just drop by and run the car through the car wash at anytime. Really friendly staff and plenty of supplies and cloths available to make your car sparkle.

It's pretty much well stocked and staff is awesome. Although it sucks not to be able to at least use it twice in a day if you need to. Don't waste your time playing the game on the app in order to try and gain points or rewards because it's rigged. Otherwise awesome place

Decent car wash, always well stocked with towels and cleaner. Most of the vacuums work well. I have found on a couple of occasions that a vacuum was weak but I always was able to move spots and find a stronger one. I am sure this comes with so many people using them. The wash package costs are not bad. I used to have a package however I canceled after I started noticing new scratches after going through the wash while I was vacuuming. just something to be aware of if you plan to take your car through this car wash. The staff was always courteous and professional.

An excellent experience. Compared to other car washes I’ve been through, I thought it cleaned the outside of my car pretty nicely. The staff was very professional and courteous. It’s great that they have the very powerful vacuums that you can use for free along with towels and various cleaning solutions. I definitely will be back.

I stopped by this car wash in desperate need of a quick vacuum. Even though there was a light mist of rain, I didn’t care I had already passed two other car washes where people were still vacuuming their cars. As soon as I pulled in, a worker rolled his eyes at me and rushed through a quick wash before I even entered the tunnel. I didn’t even need my exterior washed since it had rained all day before and earlier that morning. When I exited the tunnel and went to vacuum which was the only reason I came; every vacuum hose was lying on the ground, unplugged. The machines weren’t even on. I went inside and found two employees sitting around. When I asked for the vacuums to be turned on, one finally did but told me to “be quick.” I said fine, I just needed 5–8 minutes. After finishing, I went to grab a towel and some interior cleaner nothing was stocked. Everything was put away. I used to be a Whistle Wash member, paying monthly, but it’s been one problem after another: dirty towels, watered-down cleaning products, vacuums detached or broken, slow pay screens, and now no music, energy, or effort at all. This place has completely gone downhill. Save your money and your time Whistle Wash is not worth it. I just canceled my membership today!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.... Whistle Express strikes again with abysmal customer service, loyalty, and failure to stand behind their product. I grade Whistle Express Car Wash in Leland, NC as an F. In March of this year I signed up for for the Wash Club option which afforded me daily use of the facility. While not totally satisfied with the service, it was close and convenient so I continued my membership. Several months ago I learned of numerous complaints from clients who could not terminate their memberships and were continually billed. I was concerned about this poor treatment of clients but decided to stay on as a loyal customer. Then a week ago, after numerous previous trips through the car wash, my driver's side review mirror was broken off by one of the brushes. So after 25 or so safe passages through the car wash, and with no different setting of my car or equipment, the mechanical system of the car wash broke off my mirror. I approached the manager on duty and was told Whistle Express was not liable for broken mirrors. I asked to speak to his manager as he was quite inexperienced and he advised me to come in at 0730 the next day--which I did. This manager, John, gave me the same pitch so I asked to speak with someone farther up the chain to discuss how Whistle Express resolves issues and what value they put into loyalty to their customers. John took my phone number and said he would have a manager contact me. After five days of not being contacted, my wife went to the Car Wash and was told I did not leave a phone number so they had no way to contact me. This was untrue as John had my name and number. Today John phoned and said the manager refused to speak with me and as far as Whistle Express was concerned this was a dead issue. As my car could not be driven without a drivers side mirror, I paid a body shop $1035 to replace the mirror. My issue is not with the legality of Whistle Expresses decision, but their lack of transparency, their refusal to speak with me, their dismal customer service and total lack of loyalty to a long term client. Stay away from this disaster of a company. THEY STINK!!!

Not only did my truck not get completely clean (causing me to manually wipe dirty spots and bugs off the truck) but the brushes smeared black streaks onto my white truck! Why do the overhead brushes not come down to my grill and hood to clean it like they’re supposed to? Why do the brushes on the passenger side barely touch the truck and sometimes not touch it at all? What’s the point of paying whistle express to wash my truck if I have to do half the work to get it clean? I can just wash it myself for free!!
