Called Mason late on a Saturday afternoon in a panic. My fear was that I had just damaged the paint on my wife's care while trying to do it myself remove pine sap that had baked on. He answered my call right away, had me send pictures and then quickly provided me with an estimate and set an appointment time. He showed on the appointment day, on time and with excellent reminder communications and letting me know when he was in transit. The results are amazing! Not only did he fix the damage I caused, he made the care look showroom new, both inside and out. My wife and I appreciate the work and love what he has done with the car! The pictures do not do it justice! We came to Mason with a long shot: last minute during the holidays with some very specific needs and limited time frames. He not only worked overnight to get us scheduled but he offered options (explaining every part of the process in detail as well as offering great suggestions for the future) which were both reasonable and practical, ultimately exceeding our expectations! Will definitely schedule again, highly recommend
