Huge shoutout to Adam, the assistant manager at Whistle Express Car Wash on 2819 Capital Circle! He went above and beyond to help me vacuum and wipe down my car. He is super friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Even after all that effort, he refused to accept gratuity, which shows how much pride he takes in delivering amazing service. The whole process was very streamlined and fast. I was in and out in no time and my car looked fantastic. If you are looking for top notch customer care, quick service, and a spotless car, this is your place. My husband and I were on the highway when a can of paint flew up and hit our truck. We were in a panic until we stopped here at this car wash. These 2 gentlemen took their time for us to make sure all the paint came off. We were so grateful for their patience with us. We highly recommend coming to this location.

ASK FOR A RECEIPT AND CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS. I'm not a car wash frequenter- I usually wash it myself. When this car wash first opened, my car was particularly dirty and I thought my kids would get a kick out of going through a car wash so I took them through it. At that time, there was a digital board where I was able to select the wash I wanted. The lowest one was $8. I selected that one and was impressed with the vacuum and other cleaning options. I've gone a total of 3 times this calendar year, including last month (Sept 2025). All 3 times, there was a worker standing there who had a tablet and asked which wash I wanted. Both times I replied "the cheapest one" and explained I mostly wanted to use the vacuum and other cleaning options. I wasn't asked if I wanted a receipt, nor (to be fair) did I ask for one. I just assumed it was somewhere in the $8-11 range. I was looking for another charge on my latest credit card statement, and happened to notice the Whistle Express charge for $17.95 for a BASIC wash. So maybe 2 minutes of driving my own car through the tunnel and then vacuuming it out myself. I then went and searched to see what I had been charged previously. It was $8-9 in 23' and 24'. This year, I was charged $15.75 in January, $10.74 in May and $17.95 in September. Needless to say, I won't be going back. $18 to basically wash the car myself is ridiculous and inconsistent and hidden prices are just scammy.

Hands down the very worst auto car wash I have ever gone through. Only one side of my car got soap. The washer lines barely touched the side that got soap. The air dryer was a joke. My car has so many hard water spots. I spent $24 + to have my car washed and I could have gotten the same effect by using my garden hose. No towel and less than 3 minutes in the machine. This was yesterday afternoon, no one in line when I went through. Thank goodness a friend was with me to verify what I experienced. I'm new to Tallahassee and will never use the or any of their shops again.

Club member fast through lane shut down so had to wait 20 mimutes for someone in new member lane to get squared away with membership - when asked the attendant at kiosk why, he stated some nonsense answer like "they all are shutting down" What?!?!! After going through wash, car was soaking wet from grill to bumper coming out as dryer blowers apparently not working and so add insult to injury, NO DRYING TOWELS AVAILABLE IN 3 closest towel racks to my car, so had to dry entire car with towels pulled from dirty baskets and noticed multiple sections that washing strips did not even touch, they remained filthy and gritty. Second time at this location I've had similiar experience, although better service at others around Tallahassee, so haven't cancelled my membership yet, but still considering it

Stopped in Tallahassee looking for a no-touch carwash and tried Whistle Express and asked if I can get a no-touch car Wash he sure just tell the guy before you go in. When I got to enter I hear the guy tell him he wants a no-touch wash. The guy ask me since I had my window down no-touch and I say yes, no-touch so the guy did not wash my car before going with brush, but inside the wash all the spinning brush my car to point the car was moving. Never going to another one.
