After the change in management I returned. Purchased the monthly package and I have been pleased. Staff are friendly and helpful. A remarkable change. In 2021- Poor wash and tire shine. Even worse customer service. Would not apply tire shine by hand after their machine failed to do so. Wouldn't let the car go through again. Even more, 10 days have lapsed without a response to my complaint about this issue through their website. Our relationship has ended. Don't use this place. Great wash and wonderfully customer service and assistance.

Omg guys whistle car wash on Apalachee Parkway are the best. Mr. Tim has some great employees. They’re very respectful. They are very helpful. I swear every time I come here to get my car wash everything be so perfect so y’all stop by and show some love they best ever. I’m so scared to drive through the car wash but they make sure I am take care of Everytime Steve and Demetrius are very helpful ever time I come to get my car wash they have the best team ever I swear they the best Tim and Demetrius are great

Stopped in quickly before my Christmas travels and everyone working was so sweet. I know sometimes it’s hard to work on Christmas Eve (I worked in the service industry for nearly 10 years) but genuinely the customer service was unmatched. I will be returning! Keep up the good work
