100% recommend getting the monthly car wash membership! Everyone here is so nice and they keep the place stocked with everything you need like microfiber towels, cleaners, mat cleaning machines, vaccums, and air fresheners to get your car looking good again. The kids absolutely love coming, they call it the hairy monster attack, and it's a whole experience lol With these kids, it helps so much to be able to come whenever I need to fix their monstrous messes!!

I love coming here because of the great customer service. Zack the assistant manager is always helpful, patience and kind. I always look forward to seeing him at the check in line. The only reason why I scored this car wash a 4 bc I don’t feel like it washes my car well. It does a decent job.

Definitely worth getting the membership! With locations all across town, it’s super easy and convenient to pop in quickly and get a wash! I have no excuse to have a dirty car anymore! Staff is very helpful when you pull up to the kiosk.

The manager Ric is very incompotent, unprofessional & should learn how to treat customers with respect. Sad, because the other employees are very nice & professional. The place alone is very clean & well kept. Will not be returning.

I enjoyed my overall experience for my first time here but was disappointed at the end when I paid for services I did not receive. I pairs to have my wheels shined and noticed at the end it was indeed not cleaned. I was told by one of the workers that he didn’t realize it was purchased and didn’t spray them off. Was then told I could use a rag and the interior cleaner they provided to whip them off (which I did because I wanted them cleaned) . Also, found out after I paid that the wet and dry carpet cleaner machine didn’t work. So, the work had to take my mats to clean them and bring them back. The workers were really nice but the services did not did not add up to the price.

It is an actual 3-minute car wash. I timed it from the moment the track grabs the vehicles wheels. The customer service is great, and the "good" wash at $14 did a great job removing the layer of yellow pollen on my car. The vacuums are new and have good suction. There are three options to use: a wide, a narrow, and an air blower. They do have a carpet floor mat cleaner, but that does not help those of us with thick plastic floor mats. I wish there was a bucket of water and a brush like some other car washes have to help clean the floor mats. The only option here is the rags and blue colored spray. Which works fine but takes a lot longer. Even just access to some water would be great. The location is convenient, and there are a lot of stalls to vacuum for vehicles. Will I be back? Well, if they had a way to clean my hard plastic floor mats, I would have purchased a monthly subscription.

Took my car in before vacation to get it cleaned. Vacuums? Fantastic. Service? Great. But the glass cleaner? Oh, that was a plot twist. Didn’t realize I signed up for a side gig with the Blue Man Group. 🤦🏻‍♀️ There’s definitely dye in that stuff—my hands turned BRIGHT blue and I’ve been scrubbing for 2 hours with no luck. Now I get to travel looking like a Smurf. Not exactly the vibe I was going for.

WOW… the only word to sum up my experience would be wow. Matt and Angel truly are perfect for this job. I typically go to the other location and my experience is alright, typical for what I need… but I decided to come to this location and I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. Matt went above and beyond, helping me with placing my disconnected cap back into my break petal and was the most helpful and kind person literally ever. Angel also was incredibly helpful and kind. Will 1,000 percent be going to this location religiously from now on. The kindness, professionalism and dedication to the craft honestly couldn’t be matched. This is a long review but I left with tears in my eyes from the kindness I received here. Leaving with a clean car and a positive experience definitely made my day.
