My experience today at the Panama city location 202. The manager Ryan seems not to appreciate his customers. He is very rude and condescending. I guess that comes from poor training and people skills. By reading other reviews. It doesn't seem like whistle express, cares much on Ryan's attitude towards there customers. If by months later. Seems his attitude has not changed. It is a sad situation. Me and my wife have been with whistle express. Basically since they. opened in Panama city. I guess it will take time and more people canceling there membership. Before anything changes. It is time to give our money to another car wash that hopefully appreciates there customers.

Love this place. We are new to Florida and we never had these unlimited car washes in Ohio. This place is brand new and literally 2 minutes from our house. People are amazing and very friendly and always running out to the gate to make sure you get in the wash quickly. Had to use the wash the other day twice because they were spray painting near our home and I had speckled paint all over my truck. Calvin helped us through and actually provided an upgrade on the wash to make sure my truck was clean. Highly recommend this place. 😎👍🏻

Did not have a good experience. As I understand liability, I have never gone through a car wash and came out with something wrong with my car. When I asked them to cover it there was nothing they could do. Do not recommend going through this car wash if u don’t want anything messed up on your car!

Really just came for the high speed EV charger, but the vacuums/air/towels were awesome while I was charging. I got a $20 clean and definitely my money's worth out of the vacuums. The charger was hitting about 85 kWh, so adding 200 miles per hour in my Rivian when charging up to 80%, then it slowed a bit as usual. Charger brand/app is EV Connect and was a tad pricy at 35 cents per kWh, but given it's the only public high speed (non-Tesla) charger for miles, I was happy with it. 4 spots available and all seemed new so assume no issues with the other three.

WARNING. I was here on 9-12-2025. 30 minutes before closing. The guy that brushes your car before you enter, SHOULDN'T be working there! He bangs the hell out of your car! It sounds like a hammer! Second of all, the $20 wash doesn't take off spider webs or any kind of bugs.The dryer also bakes on large water spots everywhere! Definitely not a spot free rinse as they claim. My camaro looked more dirty coming out and now has scratches!!! If you like your car, DO NOT COME HERE!! I would have added pictures but the option is no longer available..

Very bad experience. Spent $28 on the "best" wash. Was not cleaned at all. You can see were brushes moved against the vehicle, but did not get, only dust off. Tried to email this company. Tried calling multiple numbers only to get nothing. No one even answered the phones. Will never go back

I used to come here at least three times a month until almost two months ago when I came. It all started when I was at the tunnel, I guess one of the wraps gained grasp of my passenger rear end bumper and tore it off. I didn’t notice the damage until I got out of my car and checked on the damage. Thank goodness that there was a witness that saw how it went down in the tunnel. I told two employees from that site about what happened. They told me that they would inform the manager about what happened to my car. I guess they forgot to tell him for two months. I hope this gets resolved quickly and receive full compensation. I will make a phone call either today or tomorrow and hopefully it gets sorted out as we speak.

Not a good wash. I paid $30 and it barely got normal dirt off of my car, let alone some fresh bird poop. I usually buy the best package, but $30 paid to have to go to another car wash is ridiculous. They even had people scrubbing with brushes and it still did not look clean. Was not even as shiny as other places get it. For the money I’d go elsewhere. Gave it two stars to be generous.

I just wanted to brag about an employee named Amanda! She was smiling from the beginning and when I was cleaning out my car, I put my mats on the ground and she came up and offered to take them and pressure wash them for me! & then returned them set up to dry while I finished the rest of my car. My mats were caked up in mud since it has been raining so much and my children are constantly tracking dirt through my car. So, I just wanted to come on and say thank you for giving me a better experience with your customer service, it was greatly appreciated!

WARNING!!! Brought my Denali Ultimate in to vacuum. Since I'm not trying be to be a freeloader I paid for the quick wash even though I rinsed it off yesterday and wiped it down with a microfiber. The outside was spotless! My truck has a fresh $1400 5 year ceramic coat that was flawless. I keep this truck perfect. I don't even drive it daily as I have another vehicle. You can see in the pics how much it shines like a mirror. Well, came out of this wash and was going over it with a brand new micro fiber and noticed scratches on my grill and hood. The pattern of the scratches are clearly a mechanical. I'm VERY disappointed. If you have a nice vehicle with flawless paint do not get your car washed here!! Hard to see in my pics but the scratches are crazy. I would have seen this yesterday when I rinsed it off! I know they are not going to do squat about it.
