I've been ordering through the online delivery services for quite sometime. I started with Wal-Mart and would occasionally use Publix. I was hesitant with using Publix at first because of the higher prices and my budget, but I have to admit, every dollar I've spent so far has been well worth it. Every time I used Wal-Mart there was "always" a problem with something. With Publix, I have not experienced one issue or bad experience. I'll never, ever shop anywhere else but PUBLIX from now on. My store that has been nothing less than fantastic is the Lisenby x-ing location in Panama City, Florida. Thanks Publix for making every experience fantastic and worry free.

I shop at this Publix FREQUENTLY. 3-4 times every single week. It’s the #1 expenditure yearly outside of my mortgage. The staff here are almost always extremely friendly and helpful. I say ALMOST always because ordering ahead for pub subs is a hit and miss experience. I recently ordered (and paid ahead for) a sub, scheduled to pickup 30 minutes ahead of time. About 10 minutes after the pickup time, I still had not seen the sub, and no update on the app. I ask a deli worker if they can check on it, and they go to the back kitchen, return and say that the back kitchen didn’t make the sub because they did not have the proper ingredients. No comment or update in the app, no alert, no refund, no cancellation, nothing. Just stood around waiting for something that would never show up. They did make the sub with other ingredients that they had on hand after I asked about it, at my request (because I had already paid), but just be weary ordering and paying ahead of time. Outside of that, phenomenal experience and treatment from the rest of the staff.

Use there pharmacy. Wish I could get meds somewhere else. Staff is great but there policy sucks gonna say it again. the policy that's the problem, and don't blame it on the D.E.A cause it's not there rule. You give some people control of things and they got to make the most of it. Pharmacy and insurance give health care a bad name and makes it hard on people.

**CHECK EXPIRATION DATES BEFORE PURCHASING!** Every time I shop at this store, I consistently find expired products on the shelves. For example, the most recent cases included a BOGO boxed crackers product with a 2024 expiration date and cold bottled Greenwise tea that had expired 10 days earlier, among other items. When I find these expired products, I always inform the first Publix employee I see. However, I’m often met with the response, “That’s not my department; that’s someone else's.” Then the employee walks away. If I take the time to walk across the store with my shopping cart and bring the expired items to Customer Service, they usually tell me the manager is unavailable. This reflects poor store management!

Always clean and definitely the managers actually order the things you tell them you need. I came in needing the 2.5 gallon waters with the stopper plug for baby water and the next week the manager added 4 to the list. I feel heard and helped. Thank you Publix

This location experiencing more frequent meltdowns. Today (Sunday) with only (1) employee working the deli, some cow bypassed everyone in line and began barking orders about what appeared to be her online order. The male staffer pushed everyone’s orders behind and prioritized the cow. We asked for a manager at CS/Lotto, got tired waiting after 10 minutes or so, and left. Cant say we will be in a hurry to return to a store with barking cows and no managers. You lost our business today!

Can't say any more good things about the new Publix on 231 and 390. Just the best deli, friendly people, and things like free healthy snacks for young kids. Just a better shopping experience and better produce than the surrounding places. Keep doing what you do Publix.

Very frustrated with the deli today. I went to get meat cut, the older lady working, Tanya I think it was, kept calling me honey and darling. When I asked her to stop she laughed and said that’s what she always calls people. Then continued to do it ! She then cut the wrong meat for me ! Saying she’s still new. Next time I’ll be avoiding her for someone more qualified

This is the Publix that all Publix should be modeled after. Incredible deli which includes a ramen bar. Once you get your ramen bowl head upstairs and there is seating in what I now call the Publix Cafe. Just a clean comfortable place to sit which includes a charging station at every table. In pure Publix fashion everything was on point. Beautiful pastries, great meat selections and just all around friendly people. Keep this standard and this will be so many people's go to.

One of the newest and largest Publix is within Florida. Spectacular array of fresh produce, hot meals, bakery, etc. also has a small dining room and loft where you can enjoy a meal. Also, some of the friendliest employees I have seen in a long time.

Today I visited Publix to purchase a sub, a routine transaction for me. Upon arrival, I noticed one person ahead of me in line, and I waited patiently until it was my turn. When I placed my order, the deli worker realized they were out of pre-packaged Boar's Head Ultimate Bundles, so he offered to cut more. I agreed to wait, but while he was attending to my order, another customer arrived , followed by a lady with a toddler. The deli worker paused to take their orders, assuring me that his coworker would complete my transaction. However, I observed the coworker attending to other customers who arrived after me. Feeling unfairly treated, I decided to take my business elsewhere. As a four-month pregnant individual accompanied by my toddler, I was looking forward to a half-sub from my preferred establishment. Unfortunately, I experienced poor service and perceived discrimination. I believe all customers should receive equitable service. Very DISAPPOINTING

I like this store, except for the fact the deli is always understaffed on weekends. Every time I come for deli meat I wait a min of 45 mins. Ive been standing here 20 mins and I havent even been acknowledged yet.

I was looking for a birthday cake. There were 5 people working in the bakery. I made eye contact with all of them and tried to get their attention but I was ignored. They continued talking amongst themselves. I finally raised my voice and asked if there is anyone who can write something on a cake for me. Everyone still ignored me except one young man who assisted me. I then went through the self checkout and the girl there went above and beyond with her customer service skills.

I had ordered a few different pre made items and meals for the Christmas holidays. One of them bring a sandwich platter. I picked the items up on Christmas eve then on Christmas day I noticed they gave me the wrong sandwich platter. I was a little disappointed but there was nothing I could do at that point. I want going to complain because they still got ate. Today publix sent me a survey about my online order experience so I put it in the survey that I received the wrong sandwich platter and within a few hours they issued me a refund. It was unexpected because like I said it still got ate I was just going to double check my order the next time before I left the store. I am pleased that they did what they could to make it right.

A wonderful agent working the self-service stand advise me of some BOGO specials. So I went back in. She steered me in a great direction. Very friendly and very helpful. I really enjoy the mezzanine level for having my lunch.

I had a really great experience at this Publix pharmacy. Everyone there was super kind and helpful, and the pharmacy techs took the time to help me with my new insurance, which I really appreciated. They were efficient, professional, and handled everything with care. Most importantly, they made me feel genuinely welcomed and never like I was a bother, which means a lot. Overall, a great team and a pharmacy!

By far the best experience at this Publix pharmacy! I came to drop my son’s prescription off in the drive through- Summer was beyond helpful and told me it would be ready within 20/30minutes so I ended up going inside (I had to get a couple things anyways). All of the employees and pharmacists were extremely helpful, kind, and professional throughout my visit. While there was a bit of a wait, it was clear that they were working efficiently and with a real sense of urgency, all while remaining calm and gracious with every customer. They took the time to answer questions and made sure everyone felt taken care of. It’s refreshing to see a team that balances efficiency with genuine compassion. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
