Best car wash ever. The drive-thru is consistent with other car wash facilities. The outside has free vacuums, matt cleaners, free use of the microfiber towels and Windex. If you don't mind doing a little of the vacuuming and windexing when you're done, this is the place to go!

The woman who helped me pay and choose my service was very friendly. That would be the only reason I would consider returning. When I pulled up to get into the wash there was no one there to help guide me in so I figured I could just do it myself. Then a guy came out at the last second just to give me a lazy thumbs up after I was already on the track. When I started vacuuming my car, I realized the hood was just as dirty as it was before the wash. Pretty big waste of money

Horrible. The automatic gate fir members has been down for 3 months. The window cleaner is water down and the vacuums have horrible suction. The only good thing about this car wash is the staff.

This is the best carwash I've been to in the Charleston area. It's extremely easy and painless to get a great quality wash here. All the vacuum cleaners are very good quality and included with any wash. I love the microfiber cloths that are always clean and folded, ready for you to use. This location is always clean and runs well on it's own.

I brought my car in looking like it had just survived the Dust Bowl, and it came out looking so clean I was afraid to touch it. I’m pretty sure they didn’t just wash my car—they gave it therapy, exfoliated its paint, and whispered words of encouragement to the tires. The staff was friendly, the soap smelled suspiciously like unicorn tears, and I swear my engine now purrs in three different languages. 10/10 would recommend. If my car gets any shinier, I’ll have to start charging admission just to look at it.

Went to this car wash only to have something hit the windshield hard enough to cause it to crack. J went in and told them and they went and checked video footage and then looked at the truck went back and said they had video of it cranked when I drove in. Asked for a picture and was told to leave my number as they couldn’t show this picture to me. It’s right in front of the driver so I know it wasn’t there when I drove into the car wash. They are very rude when I asked for a contact person and business card they refused any information. Don’t think they Stand behind there services and are just trying to cover themselves. I’ll never return to this car wash again. Reading other reviews seems to be there policy to not be responsible for there equipment. Truck is a 24 model with 18k on it and looks brand new.

I will pay extra anywhere for excellent customer service. I was so pleased with the customer service that Jackie gave when i visited this car wash for the 1st time. Jackie went above and beyond with showing me the ins and outs of my 1st visit. Jackie was knowledgeable about the products offered after the wash as well. Jackie even came around to switch out my dry towels but did it with grace. It was just the right amount of attention; just perfect customer service to where I had to become a member! As a person who will pay for customer service I give my 1st time visit a 5 star. The only thing I would say I wasn’t too pleased with was the Matt cleaner but Jackie assisted with that as well. Big Shout Out To Jackie!

Came through here for a quick wash after class and afterwards I noticed my car was splattered in concrete- not mud. Ms.Chrissy noticed I was distressed, came over, and helped me get 90% of it off my bright white car. She was quick to ask if I needed help and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. She even pressure washed my rubber mats. I signed up for a membership and will be back everytime! Thanks so much Chrissy!
