This is how customer service should be! Contacted O.C.Detailing for an emergency detail (long story) and he couldn't have been more responsive, and on point! He genuinely cared about my situation and was able to provide a perfect solution. His follow-up before and after was fantastic and very professional and the results that his team produced were as promised. Will definitely be using his services again! This was my first time having my car washed and detailed by someone else other than me. I have to say, Marco lives up to his name of "OCDetailing" because his attention to detail is unexplainable. He came to my house right on time as discussed and went to work. He doesn't just do his job and leave, he adds a personal touch by showing you progress along the way and explains exactly what he's doing and why. I'm already in the process of setting up my next appointment with him because of the great experience I had with him prior. Also, his prices are very reasonable and the products he uses are top notch. He has my 2018 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport looking even better than it did when I first took delivery of it!

First to start Marco is a great person he helped me decide which detailing service I really needed and explained everything thoroughly. On my Dodge Charger it had ice cream cake on the leather seat and he was able to take it off it was amazing. Had scratches on the front bumper took care of it like new. He even finished the work earlier than expected. Had a great experience and plan to go again with my other car.

Marco is a true professional and his work is impeccable! I had my Tesla Model 3 paint corrected, wrapped, coated and the inside upholstery protected. When I picked up the vehicle, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The black car was shining like a bowling ball and I was more excited than when I first bought the car. Marco and Tim did an amazing job!!!! I’m so happy with their work! Their communication is excellent too! Glad I found them! Edit 9-7-235 stars for their clean/work. Though I thought they had good communication I was wrong. I was quoted a price after speaking about the car with the owner. We had the initial clean everything went great. The day before my second clean I double checked the price so I can grab cash for them. Was told a different price. I had sent the screen shot with the quoted price. I was contacted immediately by the owner and he said he didn’t know it was three row seating. I sent him a screen shot of me telling him it did have three row in our initial conversation then said it was and oversight what (Honda pilot isn’t three row seating) then the proceeded to when they saw the car and the tree it was under. First it was cause you didn’t know it was 3 row and now it’s because of a tree. my car always sit on the side where the tree is not hanging over I had parked in the middle of the driveway for them to have room to work around the car. Just fully communicate and get everything in writing first.

Super happy with the work that was done on my 2013 BMW 528I. He did an amazing job and spent 7.5 hours on my car! it looks better than new. Marco comes with all he needs to do the job, you can tell he loves what he does. He does not rush, wants to get it right and cares about the work he does. Not many people around today that have this work ethic. while it may be a little more then taking it to a detail shop....it is SO WORTH it! We will have him to our other car. I can't recommend him enough. I found him by looking at reviews, and I hope this one helps you make the decision to go with him. Great guy and a great job!

Marco has earned a new regular customer. I met up with him at his facility in Montclair, NJ rather than having him come to my house to polish my black 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD 6MT, and couldn't be happier with the results. I've recently had the car repainted in August, wanted to get the fresh paint polished and protected in preparation for winter, and setting up the appointment with him was painless. He replied to my inquiry within an hour or 2, and we spoke over the phone and through text messages to hash out the details over the next few days. 5 hours after dropping off my car, my expectations were exceeded, and I still have a bit of a headache from accidentally staring directly into the sun reflecting off of the paint. I'll definitely be returning in preparation for the spring/summer shine.

I finally decided to splurge and give evander (my car) that new car look again. I wont lie I was nervous because I had to drive for about 2 hours to see Marco but it was 1000 percent worth it.
