They have self service wash bays plus drive through wash bays. Their vacuums work great and the area is always clean and tidy. ⚠️ Warning though ⚠️ You have to manually force stop (push a button) the power to the self service washes or they'll just keep going indefinitely. They never time out so the wash will just keep going while simultaneously charging your card by the minute until you push the off button.

The facility looks nice, and the equipment isn't bad. One hose leaked a tiny bit under full pressure if I turned it to an awkward angle. But the real problem that cost them a couple of stars is that they were out of soap. You CANNOT allow your

Best place in North Charleston to get your car wash. I probably won't go anywhere else. I especially love that it's 24/7 so I don't have to worry about the place being closed. Everything is self-service in working condition with plenty of space. I would highly recommend coming here. This is one of the only places that actually has a touchless car wash a lot of places do not have this.

The owners of this car wash care about their customers and the state of their facility. This place is well run, has great water pressure, is clean and has lots of wash options (self wash bays, touchless, soft touch, vacuums, etc) They also have a great pet wash. This is my new favorite touchless car wash location in the area.

Mostly okay. The bay I selected to use was completely functional. However the person next to me was not so lucky. The trash was overflowing and the area wasn't well kept. But it appears to be one of the only self-service car washes around, so you get what you get.

Normally this is a great wash but the past few days it seems as if the touchless wash has been having issues. Some nights it thinks there is another car in the bay or it doesn’t have any soap. Otherwise, it’s good!

It was good. Luv the old school vacuums, they also have the new school vacuums and spray fragrance is everything. I haven't tried the spot vacuum yet but look forward to it. They also have a pet wash so when I get a dog I'm definitely coming, coming. One vacuum second to the last on the left hand side wasn't working properly but other than that it's still everything to be here.

Recently purchased a membership- the vacuums do not work with my code. I messaged the number and was told that the manager would call me, however I did not receive a call. A few days later I messaged again, and was told the manager would call me which did not happen. I went through the wash again, and when I went to vacuum my code again did not work. I texted the support number and stated I wanted my membership cancelled due to the vacuums not working and never receiving a call. All I received back was "it's been cancelled!" No resolution or apology. I sent screenshots of the previous messages that stated a manager would call me and explained nicely my frustrations and never got a message back. The touchless wash was nice, but had to pay to use other vacuums since the ones included did not work. Update- Chad just called me and was more than nice! Looking forward to the issue being resolved and reinstating my membership.

I purchased a membership and enjoyed my first touchless wash, but I can't seem to enjoy my membership due to maintenance!!! Idk if it's my luck but it's been 4 times this week I go before work to wash my car and it's blocked by maintenance sign... I have 4 days left in my membership and I only washed my car once! I don't recommend the membership but sure recommend the wash when it WORKS!

I used to like this car wash, but ever since they seemed to do a bit of a refresh it's become the worst experience ever. They straight up just steal your money now. Numerous times I've gone to get a touchless wash and the thing just freezes and nothing happens. I tried to reach out to get my passes back and got no response. Never going back here again.

I’ve been coming to this spot for years and preferred it over all other car wash locations in the area. My last two times have been very disappointing though. The soap barely comes out of the scrub brush and the selection dial doesn’t seem to coordinate with the correct cycles. For the amount of money it cost to wash a car I would expect at least the basic things to be covered. It might be time to find a new spot to wash my car.

As the self serve car washes grow fewer and fewer, this one is by far the best in the area. A lovely woman named chastity was able to help me get coins when machine wouldn't accept my 10 dollar bill and was very helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Honestly, I used to love coming to this car wash for years I came here, but now it's just slowly going downhill. They supposedly upgraded, but it doesn't wash the car properly. Went to try to do a rewash on my own in the self wash bays they were so muddy as were the brushes full of hard mud nasty and mud everywhere I had to step in it. I couldn't get my car clean. Won't be coming here anymore. Crazy expensive now for every area on this property to be so disgusting. I will probably just start paying for car details. Last experience here ruined it for me.

I didn't want to leave a bad review but that's the second time! I get my car nice and clean and try to use the blower to dry it but it barely works. It's barely a slight breeze coming out, and the clean up guy was here and can confirm. I spent 9 dollars then switched it to air dry and wasted another 3 dollars. Other than that I like this place, especially considering there aren't many like it left.
