★★★★★ Lifesavers! My wife and I were in Charlotte celebrating our anniversary, and on our last night, someone broke into our car, shattering the rear passenger window. There was glass everywhere in the back seat and on the floor. I searched for a place to vacuum it out for free for quite some time but had no luck. Then I called Whistle Express and explained our situation. The manager, who I believe was either Michael or Mark, was incredibly understanding! He offered to make an exception and let us use the vacuums to clean the glass out of our car. He took my name and a description of the vehicle, and when we arrived, he greeted us warmly, telling us to reach out if we needed anything else. A true gentleman and an excellent manager, if I may say so myself. Thank you once again! God bless you.
