Incredible experience! They took very detailed care to prewash the maple sap so my car came out super clean! Then as I was vacuuming, they offered to pressure wash my floor mats for free. Top tier customer service!

Clinton was amazing. He spent extra time on prep before sending my car through the wash. He then asked if I was satisfied with the wash and offered to help with the detailing, completely unprompted! My car had been under a tree for a couple of months and was absolutely filthy, but it came out better than I could have imagined. Highly recommend this car wash!

Lifesavers! My wife and I were in Charlotte celebrating our anniversary, and on our last night, someone broke into our car, shattering the rear passenger window. There was glass everywhere in the back seat and on the floor. I searched for a place to vacuum it out for free for quite some time but had no luck. Then I called Whistle Express and explained our situation. The manager, who I believe was either Michael or Mark, was incredibly understanding! He offered to make an exception and let us use the vacuums to clean the glass out of our car. He took my name and a description of the vehicle, and when we arrived, he greeted us warmly, telling us to reach out if we needed anything else. A true gentleman and an excellent manager, if I may say so myself. Thank you once again! God bless you.

Attendant Chris helped out so much with cleaning my rubber mats!! They were super dirty because no one offered to clean them the last 3 or 4 times I had been, I honestly didn't know they offered the service so it was very much appreciated when Chris approached me very professionally and asked if I'd like my rubber mats cleaned. I really appreciate that so much!!

The prices are reasonable and even though you do the internal detailing yourself the employees are always helpful. Chris came up to me and offered to clean my rubber mats without me asking and when he noticed I’d only grabbed one towel he brought me more. Thanks Chris!

Never have gotten a decent wash at a Whistle Express. Never. Changed from Caliber because they weren't convenient, but their washes were good. Guess I'm gonna have to settle for inconvenience, because I'm not going to settle for a dirty car. The photos just show a couple of the -*many* issues. Cancelling my wash plan today.

I got a subscription for both my vehicles. They were helpful when I needed to paid one due to prolonged maintenance on that vehicle. I went today and the wash was great as always. Chris even offered to clean my rubber floor mats. They were clean as when I first got the car. They also gave me complementary air fresheners but I realized today that you need to go inside and ask for them. I believe they’re only for members.

My 1st visit and I was truly impressed. The attendant Mason was very polite and attentive with excellent customer service. He even came back to see if everything was alright after my wash. There are individual displays setup with the towels, interior cleaner, and glass cleaner. They also offer free vacuum. I will tell others and DEFINITELY come again.

Mr. Miguel and the team at The Richlands’ Whistle are truly the best around! The staff is always friendly, professional, and ready to help. Cleaning supplies are consistently stocked and available, and the entire facility is kept spotless. I made the mistake of trying another car wash, and the experience didn’t even come close to the top-notch service and cleanliness we have here in Richlands. Highly recommend!

The employees were very kind, help& respectful & I Love the vacuums!!!! However wash was better on driver’s side & not so good on passenger side of car. My car was very dirty & better than it was going into it
