The customer service and quality we are accustomed to here has dropped off a lot on the oil change side since the change of owners!! Not greeted with the usual smiling team and lately much slower. Disappointed. May find another option to do oil. Still pleased with car wash side, but on the Oil Change side- the prior incentives have been eliminated.

I have taking my truck here for oil changes, and inspections for the past 2 years, and it's a great experience every time. The employees are respectful, and if there is a issue with your car they explain everything well. They give you the price you will pay if they need to replace something.

Owner was nice but I high disagree with the way they do business. Charged extra for inspection service and did not tell me. Owner says that don't have to disclose that they charge to check tint. I used to get my oil changed here , bring my wife's car here and get my car washed, I will never come back here ever. I get that that state says he can charge extra and not tell you , but that still does not make it right . Will never return and will never recommend them .

What ever happened to customer service??? After purchasing 4 new tires from this specific location, they had ordered the wrong sizes, which had taken an extra 2 days (without my vehicle), resulting in walking to work. No biggie, it happens, right? Then once I had all my new tires, I took my first trip outside of where I live. It was a few days before Thanksgiving, my entire wheel comes off, I nearly flipped my truck, almost hit someone, it was incredibly scary. After paying for a tow, I contacted Havoline to see if they could help. They had their equipment on my vehicle last (so I wanted them to checkit out). After what took almost 2 weeks to investigate, I was told that it was my fault the wheel came off. Told that they were not offering a rental to me. Told that I was lying about what happened to my truck. Imagine ... I remained positive & polite, until I couldn't take it anymore. They got my tire, because it's under warranty, and paid for parts to replace the damage caused. However, I had to jump through hoops to even get a call back from the manager. Adam, the store manager, is one of the most inconsistent & unpleasant people I've ever had to do business with. Fast forward to today, I ran over a construction screw & I called to see about getting a new tire ... Hopefully through the manufacturer, since I don't want to do business with Havoline ... And I have been ignored yet again. I spoke with a rep, who said they'd call back with details & I haven't heard a word since. Here we go again, no calls, no customer service, no vehicle to get me to work. Wonder how long it's gonna take before they tell me this was my fault ... Again. I'm completely disgusted by how I've been treated, as a paying customer. I'd like my tire fixed please. Is my warranty through Havoline, or can I go directly to the manufacturer? I never want to do business with this company again. Only person who's been helpful & compassionate was the tow truck driver.

Thank you so much for letting us use the vacuums free after you were closed. My grandmother didn't realize she had spilled milk on her carpet and the smell became nauseating with the heat. Get customer service!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The pictures don’t do it justice, but show a few spots on my BMW X7 that were scratched by this car wash. These scratches are across the entire vehicle and will have to be buffed out by a detailer. The worst part is that when I reached out to the company, after the associate onsite saw the damage and took his own pictures, they decided to DO NOTHING TO HELP. In fact the district manager had the associate reach out to me to say that they were not responsible for any damage to the vehicles from their brushes. If you care about your vehicle, stay away from this place.

I love all the other locations. I usually go to the one on Memorial. Decided Friday to go to this one on Firetower because it was close to my house. Big mistake. I think they used so too much soap and it didnt rinse all off. My car had streaks and spots all over. Had to get it rewashed today at the one I usually go to. Won't be going to the one on Firetower again.

The car wash is nice, but. I suffered damage to my vehicle. I immediately told the manager who took a picture and said I should hear something from them within 48 hours. Then he showed me a sign that said if they don't fix vehicles over 5 years old. I just bought my 2019 with no damage to it before the wash. I never got a response from the company and I am planning on canceling my membership.

I loved my membership when I lived in New Bern and went to the location there, but the locations in Greenville are terrible. The wash itself didn’t even clean my car. There was one half used towel left. The water in the bucket to clean floor mats was muddy water and the vacuums were equivalent to the detachment on my household vacuum. I’ve had a membership for over a year and have only gotten an air freshener once. For $32 a month, I’m all set.

What a great experience! 3 min wash was awesome! From the get go the staff was ready, quick, friendly, had amazing manors! While I was vacuuming the vehicle a staff member check on me several times to make sure I had everything I need and it was to my liking. Manager on duty was on site working with staff diligently and friendly! I will definitely be back and recommend them to all! Great job Calvin and Staff!

Don’t take your car here. They broke my mirror. I was told by one of the employees that their machines were a bit off and they were recalibrating them. And I was told for a week they would fix my mirror. Then the manager said they couldn’t do anything. The communication throughout this situation was terrible. I had to keep following up. I didn’t even get a refund for the car wash that broke my mirror.

First timer this past Saturday 9/20 around 12 noon I visited whistle car wash Greenville nc fire tower rd. I paid $50 for a wash & interior clean, the girls asked me what was focus areas in truck. I asked them to clean my leather seats & doors. They didn’t wipe any of it down I seen the same stains from when I told them the areas to clean. I pulled over to the vacuums to clean seats & doors. Realized my truck wasn’t even cleaned. Bugs & spots still on truck. Tire shine all on the truck above tire. Money was wasted & not worth $50 at all. Don’t waste your time do it yourself to get the best results. Very disappointed customer.
