I was standing at the technology desk and 5 workers saw me and proceeded to walk down isles to avoid me. 3 of which were walking in with huge bags of food to the back. So I don’t know if they had a little lunch party in the back but do it after hours if you’re gonna do it. If this is isn’t bad customer service I don’t know what is. I mean this is laughable that Target out of all places is like this. You guys need to come and actually train your employees and make sure they are in their right spots. I would be embarrassed if I was a worker and saw someone waiting and completely avoided them. Eventually a worker who avoided us and walked down the aisle on her phone to avoid us came over to ask if we needed help when she definitely saw that we needed help a while ago. Seems like they are always hiring but can never hire the people that actually want to work. Maybe do deeper interviews with your workers before you officially hire them. Customer service is a joke nowadays.

I will never shop at target again. I would like to make a complaint on store manager Natasha, I have been a loyal target shopper for over 2 years, and I’m also a mini verse fan. I have purchased over 1,000 in mini verse from this location, and until today no complaints, I had even bragged on this target in a Facebook group with over 2k members because of how target (multiple others bragged on targets all over the us) never gave me a issue when I bought the whole box of mini verse and was able to take the display with it. I have done this over 10 times with no issue, both through self checkout and a normal register. Until today. Today I purchased $167.76 worth of mini verse balls, the entire case and went to take the case with my purchase as I have done countless times before, at the end of my purchase the cashier informed me “just so you know you’re not getting this display” I asked her to verify because I’ve never been told this, and seems ludicrous since I’m spending $167 on balls. The “executive director” of toys I suppose? Jessica or Jennifer then said the same thing stating they would reuse the display, I am familiar with how products come in and it comes in a display case so that makes 0 sense. I explained my frustrations as I can’t fathom how someone couple spend this much money with a business and then not be allowed to take the box that all 24 balls were in. After going back and forth with her, I went to leave, and then thought about the principal and decided I would return all 24 balls because that’s ridiculous, I can buy the entire case somewhere else. I asked to speak to the store manager thinking surely if you call me a “guest” I mean more to you then a display box, I got my refund, and then Natasha came up there. I explained how I was upset that I have always been allowed to take the box (even as recent as last week) and it just doesn’t make sense, she says since there is product in there she can’t allow it (granted the display product is empty, so outside of a plastic bowl and spoon that sure on display and other minor toppings it’s value is probably .75 cents) and if her employees did that she would terminate them. I totally understand what she is saying, but I’m not a employee, I’m a “guest” that spends thousands with your corporation. My biggest complaint is why has this been allowed 10 times prior and never addressed. Her excuse was she’s only been there for a few months and she didn’t know this was a issue. But that’s not on me to ensure her associates are trained and following company guidelines, and I shouldn’t have been the one that got a poor experience from it. I totally would have been fine if she apologized and said here for today you can take it, but moving forward we will not be able to. Because if I’m really a “guest” and you “value my business” and “never want to lose a guest” that’s what any logical person would have done. If I spend $500/month at target over a lifetime that’s 300k. Now I will never shop target again over a display box, that she then informed me will go into the trash. This is simply poor business and not keeping the customer top of mind.

I was not impressed. Departments are untidy and out of order. Only one check out person, and others trying to teach customers how to use self check out. It would be easier to just ring those customers up and may be cut down stock shrinkage from shoplifting.

This Target NEVER cleans their bathrooms. There is never any toilet paper in any of the toilet paper holders, none of the sinks work, the floors are disgustingly, dirty, and it looks like everything is radioactive if you touch it. This Target would be fine if they put as much energy in cleaning the bathroom as they do with the cashier lines.

Came into the store looking for a pink skirt and couldn't find it so I asked an associate if it was in store. The skirts were all in the back but she was completely willing to go back there and find them for me and I absolutely love it. Thanks to Crystal for going above and beyond!

Absolutely ridiculous that I ordered ONE, I repeat…. ONE ITEM, and it be incorrect. I would have rather been advised my order was not in stock, versus driving to the location to pick of bag & it’s the wrong item. Wrong size, Wrong color. Like, the holidays are over, there is no excuse. Then, not even be greeted upon walking over to customer service to stand and listen to the latest gossip about who has what shift and finally be acknowledged by the girl at the Starbucks counter. Literally NOBODY was even being serviced at the counter and they were so into the story, they didn’t even notice me walk up & IM FAR FROM SMALL.. One & Done!

I proceeded to go into Target about parsley through my grocery shopping I had to go to the bathroom. I walked in I noticed a bad stench but I proceeded to go to the bathroom cuz I didn't have a choice.. as I'm going to the bathroom I look to the right of me and there is literally poop all over the wall all over the floor and everything. I proceeded to tell an employee and then go back to shopping. I come back about 20 minutes later proceeded to purchase my items and I see a lady walking out of the bathroom throwing up. I go back in there and this is 30 minutes after I have already made the comment to the customer representative and it is still all over the floor people are now gagging and throwing up when they're walking in there and nothing is being done.. and at the same time they're just letting a little boy and his father shoplifting nobody's doing anything about it.. sadly this is what this world has come to is a whole new form of laziness let's not take ourselves into a new anxiety level and do our jobs because that's just too much for us oh my then why don't all of you just stay in your little houses and never come back out.. your employees are filthy you don't know what their jobs are and they proceeded to just sit there and bs with each other as if nothing's going on and it's just another day in the schoolyard

I would rather gouge my eyes out than shop at this particular Target. The cashiers are lazy and I am convinced they want to be replaced by online shopping. Whenever I have to go there for an urgent purchase, I immediately regret it. I strongly suggest being better at planning than I am so you don’t have to go in store and shop.

We all know Target as a corporation itself is garbage, but this location is just pathetic. Can’t ever find anyone that works there and it takes forever to get assistance. Claims online things are in stock when they are not.

I don’t know what target these other reviewers are seeing but it must not be this one. This is genuinely one of the worst targets i’ve ever seen and i’m shocked that target district has allowed it to continue to operate this way. The store is insanely messy, the staff are clearly stretched thin and not given adequate support and the the management is clearly VERY poor. I feel bad for anyone who has to shop here and i pray highly for the people forced to work here. I understand it is a college town but it is an embarrassment to the target brand.

They refused to price match their own website! Price was $20 more in store than online. Cashier said we no longer price match. I asked not even for your own store and was told now I have sent spoke to corporate of target and I was told that was not true. I ended up just ordering it online make it make sense seriously obviously the store needs serious training.

Just moved recently and I use to frequent Target at least twice a week however that will now stop. Greenville NC has the Worst Target I have ever been to! I have never seen such a messy store for one… Ross looks organized compared to this store. Secondly, the cashiers are RUDE . I had an item of clothing and was told she couldn’t sell it to me as it was “salvaged.” However, it is sold online and there were plenty in store? Cashier spoke to me like I was stupid when I stated I didn’t understand why she was not selling it after I showed it was available for pickup if I ordered it on the app… she rolled her eyes at me and said what do you want? Want me to call a manger and sighed. Not that kind of person so told her forget it Id just order it online. I have had three pickup orders missing items and two where they gave me the wrong items. Just shop online or drive to Wilson. Such a shame.

THANK YOU Target..made the mistake of going to Walmart ( Greenville Blvd.) Looking for specifically a heater which Walmart did have...got to the checkout and it rang up 22 dollars higher than posted price..gentleman working would not price check and they had a whole pallet just feet away..wanted me to purchase at wrong price and go wait in customer service line for refund of difference after already waiting to check out..so I left Walmart without any of my items..left the whole cart and went to Target (should have went the first time) got a better heater AND when I rang it up..it was actually 11 dollars cheaper than already posted sale price..checkout lady was EXTREMELY nice and helpful..THANKS AGAIN Target..I totally appreciate the customer service and great deal I received on my much needed heater

They've got everything in there even a little grocery section. What I don't like is that I tried to return something that I bought to get food with the refunded money. I returned it on the 5th and still haven't gotten the refund.

This store needs training. As a prior Target employee I understand how the systems work at Target. If a clearance item rings up for $0.00 then it means one of two things. One the item should have been pulled to be donated. Or two it was scheduled to be marked down again but whomever works that departments markdowns has not done it yet. Regardless, EVERY clearance item I had was ringing up $0.00 at the register. The dark haired cashier proceeded to tell me it was full price. When asked for a manager as items had clearance tags. I explain to the manager that I understood the system and asked to check prices of items she stated no they would charge the tag. Absolutely not how that works! They are not trained and it shows. The store is a wreck.

I usually just place drive up orders because I don’t have to deal with the line that adds up at the self checkout, but I needed diapers for my 2 month old baby and didn’t want to wait for a drive up order. I had cash and there was only one self checkout that accepts cash so I was waiting on someone checking out of the cash self checkout because not a single register was open. Eventually a long line of people accumulated behind me at the self checkout where the lady who is supposed to be on a register got called to open her register. (Bigger old lady with glasses and darker hair). I went to her line and she asked if I was using the target circle app and I said no but then typed my number in. She rudely said that is the app and then explained how the number and the app aren’t the same. I’m still confused about what the difference is because she made me feel so stupid and horrible. She told me to come back when I download the app (I already have it I’m just confused what I would do with it at the register) so anyway long story short go to any other store! I only go for the specific brand of diapers but I don’t think I even want them anymore just to avoid this place altogether! Absolutely horrible. I’d rather drive to Wilson than to deal with this store. I don’t know if she was just mad that she had to do her job but I definitely could’ve lived without that interaction.

great location! clean and well stocked, but somewhat smaller than other target locations. this location doesn't seem to have a refrigerated food aisle like other target locations i've visited recently. the range of products is also a bit limited. it's easy to find parking though, and it's located in a central spot in town.

The pharmacist was talking to her co-worker about how she's glad Trump if getting rid of all the illegal "rapists, thieves, and murderers" out of the country. As a decedent from immigrants, I can no longer support this pharmacy if they have someone working like that dealing with my medication. I will never utilize the pharmacy again. The crazy part of it all is that her co-worker is an immigrant/of immigrant decent. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Then she had had the nerve to laugh about the situation with Greenland, she was more concerned that she may not be able to travel to other countries. I know target went away with DEI, but have some human decency within the workplace.
