I went for first ever visit to get large bag dry dog food. I got cart went to back of store then headed towards front. There were employees directing the customers standing in long lines. I was shocked and angered i was not going to stand in either of the 2 long long lines of many people trying to check out. I slamed my cart into a display and walked out. The lack of cashier's is disgusting and i believe its the store policy to save money. How do they save money when I and I'm sure other customers walk out? The thing I thought was these stores are trying to force people to shop on line. So they can close more brick and mortar stores that are getting to expensive to keep in operation.

I went in to get an oil change & driving down the highway realized I couldn’t smash my brakes I had no brakes. There was no problem with my brakes until I went to Walmart Supercenter on Greenville BLVD. I also had BRAKE LINE cut, I had someone crawl underneath my car & saw that it was cut, so it appears someone was trying to kill me bc I got there 30 mins before they close & someone has anger issues that works there or a death wish for me, so unless you want to die, I suggest you take your business some where else.

I like Walmart however, staff doesn't always want to assist patrons and seem to have a slight attitude when you ask. Other than that I found some decent bargains!

they usually have everything i need. it's walmart. don't expect a 5 star experience. you're here to buy deodorant, microwave pizza, and underwear for less than $30. it gets the job done. that dual-lane check out area is an absolute mess though.

They advertised a price for a product on an end cap. It was a toy for toys for tots. I did not notice until after I donated the toy that the price I was charged with nine dollars more than the advertised price in the store. I took my receipt back and the store manager or the manager on duty said that they could not refund the difference because they made a mistake. Absolutely correct they made a mistake, but in the same vein , it was an advertised price , and they would not honor it. Do not go to the walmart on greenville bar. Lack.\nOf professionalism and the customer service.

Rude customer service from Samantha, a team lead and Earl, a coach. Both did not know how to help another team member, the team member had to teach both the team lead & the coach about the process of the gift cards. Earl walked away mid conversation because he did not want to answer a question. Earl did not want to show us any documentation of where their justification was for a due process of gift cards. Both coach & team lead kept rudely attacking the other employee and saying “this should NOT be happening”, yet employee was nice and helpful. Mind you, we have done this multiple times in the past years (PSA just doing 2 separate transactions of buying gifts cards)… but yet this time was different. Wonder how long their gift cards policy have been in placed. If you’re the store owner, please reconsider your leadership staff.

I was looking for an item that was supposed to be in stock at this store. When I arrived I found the item but it was ringing up $32 more than what it said through the app. Was told that this was an online price for the Walmart days and that I couldn't get it for the lower price. When I asked if they did not match prices online I was told no. After a Google search I showed them where it said Walmart did honor online pricing. I was then told it was a manager's decision on whether to honor the price or not. I ended up leaving and not buying the item.

This Walmart need to change the time they close on google to 10:30-10:40 Everytime I get off work I make it to the door at 10:30-10:40 and they don't let me in yet if you go to food Lion 10 mins before they close they atleast let you grab one thing certain people there are really weird. Treat people differently depending on who it is 💯

I had overall good experience but I had issue with price with pajama set that had sign 7.98 but had price tag 12.98. I told associate and went back took picture of the sign. An associate walk back there with me and remove pajama sets off the rack and put them on another rack. She told me they no longer do price adjustments. Is this true statement?

Ordered a Advent calendar in November. Since it was nothing like described, I attempted to return it. That was in November. This is Jan 16th. The label machine has not been working over 3 months and they have to have their label attached since it is from a 3rd party. I was advised to go by another Walmart which is out of my way. After 5 visits, numerous phone calls (no one answers in customer service), I call to corporate office. I am told to take it to Walgreens (FedEx). Walgreens can't print the label. Now I am instructed to go directly to FedEx. Seriously? Get the blessed machine fixed. It has cost me more to try to return the item but it's the point. So disappointed. 😞

I’m not a local to this area but I live in the surrounding area and we rarely stop here. Tonight we thought it would be good to. We got in and out as quickly as possible because we got there at 10:35. The lady at register was super nice. The reason we gave it a 3 is because one of the staff an older gentleman stopped us in the back at 10:45 to tell us that we needed to hurry up and they were closing. We had 10 more minutes to grab what we needed. I understand they were all ready to go home but, the manner in which he spoke and literally stopping us in the aisle and not allowing us to pass was ridiculous.

Aron is the epitome of what a company thrives on when it comes to service. I have been in the hospitality business for over 25 years and if I was a business owner Aron would be my customer service advocacy manager. He was patient, professional and held a conversation like he had known me for years. I felt welcomed, heard and by our conversing he pointed me in the right direction of what I was looking for. There was another young man there as well but I did not get his name unfortunately but the two of them...... phenomenal service. Thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order a pick-up order from this location!! I waited for over an hour and 15kin to pick-up my online order that was supposedly “ready for pick-up” the day prior, after they had canceled my other order. Zero customer service skills, zero care in the world about how long I’d been waiting, nothing. Will never do an online order for this location again. No one should have to wait over 15-20min for a pick-up order. The entire point of it is to be convenient for those of us who don’t or can’t shop in-store, especially after a long day of work!

The boys here at the auto care center are top notch! Chris M & David S & Rico G & other Chris & whoever else ain't on paper working today. They did my oil change super fast and checked everything: brakes signals, wipers, parking lights, tire pressure, reverse lights, oil, transmission, air filter & they even noted all of the damages on my car that I had before (makes it easier on me later) shiiiii -!they even made comments on stuff that I might need in the near future. Good look! give these boys a raise! & don't mess with the set up---power team!!!
