When my Audi needs special care I don’t have time to get out the hose and bucket. My well water leaves spots. I ride over and surf the wave car wash. It does all the work and supports the good people that work there earning a living paying taxes and putting food on the table. I believe in patriotism and support of our local merchants and their valued employees, I pay the monthly unlimited washes. No fuss with paying for individual washes. The scanner recognizes my ride and up goes the gate. Can’t make it any easier. Tell Kels’s the manager extraordinaire that the Great White sent ya and I won’t bite your leg off. Maybe a little nibble.

They raise the price from $10 to $12. No difference than any other car washes, and there's still water on my car that's not dried up. Won't be coming back!

This car wash has switched (instead of a presoak or rinse) to scrubbing the rear of trucks and cars with a mitt that kept in a bin with soap and water. The issue is, it's used first, directly on a dirty vehicle, absorbing all lose dirt, with no prior rinse or pre-soak. This mitt is then returned to the same bin, all day long, collecting dirt from each vehicle then putting it back in the same bin. I was told that upper management switched to this process because the tailgates on trucks were not being cleaned properly. I was also made aware that they do 750-800 vehicles per day. I did also speak to several other customers at this location with the exact same issue. Will I be reimbursed for having these scratches (hopefully) buffed out? This whole ordeal is very concerning considering the amount of vehicles that are potentially damaged here daily. Here are pictures of the swirls it left on the tailgate (some are on my front bumper as well) of my truck. I do also have video of the employee using the mitt first on a vehicle, prior to rinsing/soaping down the dirt and road grime. I did leave my info with the manager and have already emailed the company. Hopefully this issue will not only be handled with myself, but with the several others as well.

New management is bad. I have the time everything's broke, doesn't work. They shut everything down twenty minutes before they close. So you can't use no vacuums or anything. And have to time, it's even car washed is even closed before it's supposed to. The employees are rude. And so high they don't know what is going on. They Water down soap, wax etc. Half the time your car wash doesn't even get car clean. Yesterday I waited to get in the car wash. Because my past was not working, right. It would not read my plate. So I waited for someone come out and help me. Guy came out person, pulled into the next thing and he helped them after I been sitting there for like 10 minutes and 4 other cars that went in front of me, and they bought pass this. This is ridiculous. There should be a line for past people. Anyways. Your 2 employees you had working yesterday was high and they were very rude. Obviously they don't need their job. So maybe you should check into that

We have the monthly passes so it works well but I don’t feel like it removes the bugs as well as other options around town. The vacuums are nice with kids and pets. The big plus is the towels and glass cleaner so you can finish what the car wash missed.

This Whistle Express car wash is the best I’ve ever been to! I’ve visited other locations, but none compare to the exceptional service here. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Garrett for his patience during the check-in process, his expertise in car washes, and his attentiveness to ensuring that I had everything I needed. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to answer any questions you may have. The patrons are also friendly and respectful, making the entire experience enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the staff was even better. Thank you again! :)

Excellent customer service and hands down the best car wash around! They are always stocked with rags and cleaning sprays. I drive 20 mins just to use this car wash because I love it so much! Plus their air fresheners give you that new car smell that has you leaving the lot with your clean car feeling brand new ✨🙌🏻

My antenna was ripped off by one of there brushes cost me close to 500.00 to get it fixed. Called company assistant manager called me back said he saw on camera when it happened would check the pit for it and call me back. Never did. Filed a claim like I was told by cooperate to do and GUESS WHAT, it was DENIED. so be careful when using car washes that are not touchless. I learned the expensive way. Oh I live 1 1/2 hours from the place. Was on way back home so ran through there's.

It's ok, highly inconsistent. Too many times I have been unable to get a wash during business hours due to the car wash being "down". Does not always get my truck clean.

This is my absolute favorite car wash. Been coming here since they opens! Rubber and soft mat wash stations, materials to clean windows and dashes, excellent vacuums, the wash itself is well kept and maintained, and all of the staff are nice.

Whistle has their own brand of cleaner available for customers that the label says is for auto interiors and is meant for plastic snd other interior surfaces. Back in July of this year (2024) I began to use it on the console of my 2004 RX-8 sports car that I bought new. This car is in beautiful condition and meant to be a “keeper.” * I have wash memberships for two vehicles, having changed my memberships from Soak City. - The interior cleaner seemed to leave spots on the silver console trim, which had been in perfect condition. I stopped using it immediately, and went home to get the spots off. To my horror, the spots were actually dissolved clear coat finish, and one black spot was a place where the silver finish was completely eaten through. -I called the car wash right then, but got no answer, so I left a detailed voice message for the manager and asked for a call back. No call came. Next day, I took the car back. The weekend manager was sympathetic and took pictures. He said that the cleaner is a concentrate that they mix there: probably not diluted properly by an employee . However, he said I needed to show the main manager who was on vacation and would be back in a week. I came back in a week, then two weeks. No manager yet. The following week, a new manager was there, and she told me that the other managers were no longer employed. She was very nice and reported the claim with photos to the Corporate Office. Weeks passed, then she called to tell me that they denied it because my car was “Too Old.” - She kindly resubmitted the claim with more pictures of the damage and the car’s near showroom condition. It’s mid-November now, and not a word from Whistle Corporate. - I’m very disappointed in an otherwise good car wash. Unfortunately, they damaged my car and won’t take responsibility. I’m cancelling my membership, and will wash elsewhere. WARNING: Don’t expect WHISTLE to take good care of your vehicle, because they will leave you flat. This repair will come out of MY pocket. SHAMEFUL!

I’ve been coming to Whistle Express Car Wash since the day they opened, and I’m not even a little ashamed to say—it’s one of my favorite parts of the day. I pull up, zone out, and let the automatic wash work its magic while I pretend I have my life together. 😎🚘 The crew is the real MVP though. Logan always makes sure I get a fresh air freshener (bring back the red ones, please and thank you). Garrett walked me through the app like I wasn’t born before smartphones. Bobby came to the rescue when I switched cars and couldn’t figure out the tech, and Angelo always checks in on me like we’re old friends (even though he is 80-100 years younger). They’re all just genuinely sweet, helpful, and make the whole experience feel personal—even if no one is actually scrubbing my car by hand. 😂 10/10 recommend.

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. This incident happened on Thursday, December 18th at around 3:55 PM. It was my first time ever using this type of car wash with the electric track that pushes your car, and instead of being helpful, two female employees started yelling at me like I was doing something on purpose. I didn’t know how to put the car in neutral on the conveyor because, guess what, IT WAS MY FIRST TIME. One of them was supposed to guide me calmly, explain what to do, or at least give clear instructions. Instead, they were shouting, rude, impatient, and made the whole situation stressful and embarrassing. If you work customer service, especially at a place where people might not know how the system works, your job is to help not yell. There was absolutely no professionalism, no patience, and zero respect. I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and honestly treated like an idiot for no reason. I don’t care how good the wash is bad attitudes ruin everything. Train your employees better or don’t put them out front. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially first-time customers.

Came through for $10 car wash, on Oct 3rd, attendant overcharged my card, he charged me for a $10 wash and a $32 wash. I mentioned it then, because it said “approved” twice. Noticed overpayment, went straight back to the store to get a refund, young man directed me to customer care in (South Carolina). Customer care says you’ll get refund in the mail by October 14th. No refund on October 14th, then CC says you’ll get it by the 24th. The 24th came and went, customer care oh you’ll get it by the 28th of October. “It will be in your mailbox.” October 28th came and went CC, said oh you’ll get it by November 1st, you’ll get it by November 8th. I go back into the store on November 7th, spoke with Tony. I once again prove the over payment, she said let me reach out to customer care, she took my name and phone number. But for me to stop back in the store NEXT WEEK and we will take care of it. So I’m supposed to come back to the store a third time? Lmao Well it’s next week and I haven’t a word from Tony or customer care. How many times do I come back in the store, or reach out to customer care before they refund me? it blows my mind this company can’t refund a measly $32. What a joke! Screen shots are from over payment and from the car wash attendants screen showing I got the $10 wash. Welcome to the new way of doing business. Zero customer service. They just take your money! Good luck getting a dime back! Looks like I’ll let my bank sort it out.

Great employees, good service, would not recommend becoming a member until they invest in repairs. Absolute abysmal show of upper management. Been a member since before acquisition by Whistle, when it opened as "the wave". If I were part of management here I would wear a bag over my head. Shame! Shame! The pressure washer hasn't worked for a year or two, and now it's just constantly on and running water right down the drain, albeit still with a light garden hose spray. It used to be a high pressure sprayer that was good for cleaning mats. My mats are a mess, can't get them clean with this. Next to the sprayer is a soap gun. Head of it broken off, not replaced. Can't use any soap on the mats. Next to that is a carpet mat machine, door is out of order, can't open it. The people inside are aware, informed me it's broke - no kidding! Not their fault, people don't treat things well but it has to be fixed if you want to retain members, and this sprayer has been low pressure for over a year. Doubtful all 3 items noted just broke yesterday, seems an unwillingness to invest in maintenance upkeep by corporate. What am I even paying for as a member? These kinds of wash places are popping up everywhere now, I'm going to find the next closest one to home and switch.

I went there because I'm new to the area and my Honda Civic 2008 was dirty. I was apprehensive about going to a car wash like this because I had issue with damage at another brand. I had bird poop on my car, nasty but should clean. I got the single wash of the gold plan. I shouldn't have waited so long to try it and clean my car. I had to go through twice and it didn't take off all the bird poop. The manager on duty took care of it after the second wash. It looked great. I didn't realize that there's a complimentary detail center for members! This includes vacuum, sprays to clean surfaces/windows, wipe off microfibers, and machine to clean mats. Mat cleaners, usually only work with cloth mats, I didn't look closely or ask to verify. I have WeatherTech mats and will just clean them at home if they aren't going to work. The customer service was amazing. I was told by the Manager that if I want to get a membership, to come to the nearest location instead of subscribing on app or on website. I suspect there's a discount. YES, they have an app you can use at all locations, the tag on the car is specific to the location you have the membership. I love this idea since I'm not sure about having it on my car window. Looking at all the levels, I will end up getting the Diamond Plus membership. No damage to my car, it looks like they have a good system to keep the car in line with the different parts of cleaning! I'm so thankful!

I came thru yesterday for the first time. I had seen on Facebook to sign up and get a car wash for 5.00 so I said let me try them. So I decided it was nice yesterday so I ventured all the way from Barberton to Kent about 25 min. I got in line and remembered I left my phone at the house. I was so mad. So I pressed the button to talk to an associate at Whistle. A young lady came out about 4 min later with blond hair I didn't catch her name. Well anyway I described my situation and mind you I came all the way from Barberton. I explained to her I forgot my phone at the house and I had my phone number for when I signed up for the 5.00 wash. She was very rude said there is nothing she can do. I told her i can bring back the coupon or even send it to her. She seem irritated that I bothered her and she opened the gate for me to leave. She was very rude and I don't even want to come back to try it for 5.00. I was so mad that she couldn't even have a little compassion she basically said oh well and that's it. Very bad customer service. She acted like I was trying to get a free wash I was willing to pay the 5.00 and everything. Not a good way to get customers to come not even from 25 min away.

Prices are misleading and my vehicle is not even clean, don't waste your time going here. I was lead to believe I was paying $10 for a wash and it ended up being $20. My vehicle was only half cleaned so now I have to take it somewhere else to get the rest of the salt off. Never going here again. Make your prices more clear and stop advertising your unlimited plans to cover up your actual prices.
