Car wash is dirty, out of date, and overpriced. 1.25 for a vacuum that doesn’t even suck as good as someone wanting 20 bucks. Angry that I even stopped after seeing plywood used as trash can covers. My own fault.

Used the touch free paid 10 dollars and same as others no receipt my car was still dirty .It literally only cleaned the top half. I didnt like the platform in it either. I was worried about my vehicle getting damaged. Only went there because sheetz had theirs closed down. Never again

Went there for a second time and both times the manual car wash asked for $3 and at $1.50 my quarters start getting jammed up in the machine and don't get returned and it ends up just stealing my money from me. And I don't get to wash my car in the end. What a terrible place. do not go there I do not recommend it at all I gave it a second chance and I should have listened the first time

Was visiting my parents in "Brimtucky" Ohio when I had the misfortune of utilizing this podunk hillbilly car wash. Upon first arrival I was skeptic given the decrepit look of the structure, but my father had recommended it. I decided to give it a shot and pulled next to the vacuum station, after putting in the $1.25 I was unable to read the ill lighted digital display to see the time remaining. Due to the fact I was unable to prepare for it to end I had to pick the rest of the leaf, grass and dirt fragments by hand... Next I went the the car wash station and put in my $2.50 for 4 minutes. Knowing I would need at least 10 minutes to successfully clean my car I inserted more quarters. To my disgust it only seemed to recognize every 2 to 3 additional quarters! After wasting several more dollars I had only accrued another 2 minutes and was left with a half washed soapy car...I would advise any prospective customer to avoid this business.

Paid 7 dollars for getting my car wet. No soap came out at all, even though I paid for it. Place needs to be shut down. DO NOT, by any means, go here! There is a nicer place down the road that actually, you know, washes your car. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE.

I've never left a review of anything in my life but after reading these ones I don't know what I was expecting.. paid $3 for manual wash and after 2 minutes of spitting presoak on my car I decided to just wash and rinse. With only one minute left I was only able to cover my car in soap and not have enough time to rinse leaving my car coated in soap.

Just went to this car was on my lunch break. I've never had an issue with the automated wash before, until today. Upon paying I did not receive a receipt, went into wash and it wasn't working at all so I left. Now online trying to find a contact number and all the number get's you is nothing but a bunch of noise. I wasted 10$ that I probably will not get back. I see nothing but bad reviews of this place. Will NEVER return!!

Never maintains location in Freshway plaza. Something always broken, bays closed or not functioning as it should.Over the last number of years, this car wash has become a complete waste of money, prices go up and up while the quality goes down. The low budget answering machine at the end of the local phone number offers refunds for broken machines that never show up. 3 weeks is more than enough time to get a check in the mail 20 minutes away.

Recent repairs have been made to the self service bays which is a plus. Prior to the repairs the buttons were quite worn, some of the selection indicator lights did not work, some of the bill acceptance machines did not work, and the change slots would get frequently jammed or would inaccurately count. Facility does still appear dated but self service washes function as intended.

Was getting 12 dollar wash and started off fine then part of the way thru it went to foamy wash and stopped working leaving soap and not rinsing all the soap off. Also did not get to use the dryers because of the issue. Not happy. Tried to call listed number and it does not work. I would like a refund because of the bad service and had to get it wash elsewhere.

The automatic car wash wasn't worth the money, but I had my kid in the car and couldn't really get out to wash my car. So I opted for the $12 super clean and simply put, my car is just as dirty as when it went in.

Please avoid at all costs !!!! There is a self service on 43 behind tires and more and Marc's. Went there to clean out bed of truck. I had swept out mulch for most part. Owner walked over and stated he'd like me not to clean it there it will clog his drain. First off i'm not dumb enough to clean out mulch and let it go into drain. "You will spend 5 dollars and all pay 20 to clean it the drain. I want your business but you cant do this here." No you will not be getting my business or the 3 other vehicles I own. I'm building a house right up the street less than two min away and will drive further after this encounter. You didn't just lose 5 dollars you lost weekly trips with 4 vehicles for the next 20 years. Sorry!

I used this car wash yesterday and was very disappointed. I paid $12 for the best wash. I am not even sure if it ran through all of the wash parts, but before I knew it the machine was telling me to go and the dryers never even came on. Naturally, no employees were around so I had to leave without my car being dried. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I have not used the automatic car wash, I personally prefer to use the bays where I can do it myself. I have never had any issues using them, and it gets my car very clean. Their vacuums are the best compared to anywhere in Ravenna, where I used to take my car when it needed clean. One evening, not too long ago, I had stopped to vacuum out my mom's car I had while mine was in the shop getting fixed. Since all my family is in PA, my mom allowed me to borrow hers, putting her & my step-dad down to one vehicle, so I especially wanted to make sure I gave it back just as clean as when I got it for helping me out. (Side note, my cousin had just detailed my mother's car right before I got it and these vacuums were able to sweep everything out just as he did!) It was starting to get dark out when I got there, and I noticed a truck in one of the bays with a man who wasn't washing his truck but just looked to be messing around. Here, he was the owner who walked down to me to let me know he was the owner and that he was working on a few things. I thought that was very kind of him to let me know.

Quite a relic of a car wash. Doesn't take card in any way. Still only takes coins or cash, but the cash readers are extremely picky, both in the bay, and at the coin exchanger. There aren't plugs anywhere to use your own detailing equipment if you wanted to. Considering that there's a far better automatic car wash only a mile down the road in Kent, and it has better vacuums, better drive-thru wash, and a bug prep station to get dried bugs off your car, this car wash does absolutely nothing to stand out. No wonder I never see anyone in here.

Horrible automatic car wash!! My truck looked dirtier after the wash somehow and it wasn't even that dirty to begin with?!?! I took photos of the truck directly after the wash in an effort to get my money refunded that I wasted but of course they don't answer the phone and won't call you back or work with you to resolve. It didn't even remove fresh bird poop. I paid for the underbody wash as well but I'm convinced during the whole 30 second experience that not so much as a drop of water was sprayed on the underbody. I wish I would have seen all these reviews before I wasted any money there. My experience was similar to everyone elses apparently, waste of money on a bad car wash. I did better the next day with a garden hose. Don't waste your money.

Very disappointed today. Just wanted a quick wash to get salt off and should’ve read the reviews first. Rinse never really happened before it told me to move and the dryer turned on. Car came out still covered in soap so I had to pay $3 more to rinse it off myself. Car didn’t look much better than before the wash once it dried.

Very neglected and run-down facility. Vacuums have poor suction. Trash cans are overflowing. Many of the coin dispensers do not work. Brushes are very old and dirty. Not recommended.
