Put in $10 cash for the touch free. Machine told me to pull forward slowly. Tried this. Pulled all the way through, nothing happened. Just kept saying to pull forward slowly. Drove around and tried again. Nothing. Called the number and left a voicemail requesting a refund.

I put in a $10 car wash and the machine was broken. I called the two numbers one in Google and one on the machine. The one number in Google was disconnected and there was no answer and no availability to leave a message at the one on the machine. Terrible!

$4 for just enough time to get your car wet. Water is cold. Don't bother in the winter.

the diy is ok. as you're doing all the work yourself. the "touchfree automatic" is a rip off! didn't even take the bug guts off my windshield. scam! as I had to move over a bay and do it myself after being ripped off, I am a bit unhappy about the whole thing. do yourself a favor and skip the touchfree

Total Dump. Ghetto. In state of shambles. Hoses CRACKED or not even working. Glass, screws, and trash every where. I tried to use the change machines today and both machines were completely out of order. In my last trip I dumped $3 worth of quarters into the sprayer and the hose was cracked and water poured out the side drenching me entirely! this place should be bulldozed!

Do not come here if you own a car! The automatic car wash sensor seems to be broken. As soon as i drove on it ripped my bumper off.

The person working it was not friendly, car is pulled onto a rack and the rack drags the car forward. The cloths are rough and slap the vehicle very hard but didn't do a good job cleaning it. Not a good experience for those that baby their vehicle. Won't go back.

We always get a great wash here. Love the stuff they put on your tires to make them look like new. My car always looks sharp.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to use machine. Put a 20$ bill in and it accepted it, but as soon as I hit the select button the machine said out of service and would not give the money out even with the refund button. Called the phone number. Straight to answering machine that says leave name and address and if it feels “Warranted” they will send a refund in the mail. Never received any refund from them. Complete scam

Horrible what a rip off it just cost me 15$ to hand wash my car. A quarter gets you less then 30 seconds. The tire soap didn't work the wash soap stopped working halfway through. The water was freezing cold. Literally the only thing that worked right was the foam brush. I will b driving out to cuy falls to my old car wash from now on. Which costs me half the price with hot water and hot wax. Do not waste your money.

What a rip off. Put in my credit card for a wash and the machine said the car wash was in use and to wait. There was no one in the wash, it was just me. Refund button did nothing. I sat there for five minutes and then called the number on the machine. It was just a voice recording saying that I need to leave my name and address to receive a refund by mail. Will be a miracle if that happens. Hopefully it eventually canceled the sale, I wasn't gonna sit there all day. Assume I'll have to dispute the charge with my bank. How do you screw up something so simple? NEVER AGAIN.

The automatic car wash was not able to process my credit card payment... No problem, I tried to pay with cash. It accepted $6, then it stopped taking money. To top it off, the refund button did absolutely nothing, and there is no number on the machine to call. Absolutely do not go to this car wash, it is by far the worst one in the area.

Touchfree automatic does not clean or dry your car. Haven’t tried the manual wash, but it’s more expensive than nearby alternatives. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have been coming to this location for years. I sometimes have an issue here and there. But that happens at car washes. Not everything works all the time. If anyone hasn't noticed most car washes don't have staff walking around on the norm like they did 20+ years ago. If you have an issue. You call. That's what you are supposed to do. From what I experienced and from what others have in the reviews, is that if you call them, they fix the issue and or refund your money... Most of the reviews on here seem like reviews from people that just expect things to always work and instead of calling the numbers posted everywhere... just came on here to complain instead.. Things break sometimes. Its ok. It's literally financially ridiculous for them to pay a person to stand around most of the time waiting around for something to do. Because sometimes there is a long time between issues. Thus the "on call" job. Kind of like a tow truck. They aren't just there when you need them.. They are "on call". Meaning you have to call them when you need them.

I just tried to wash my car in the touch free car wash, I paid and then entered the car was, it directed me to continue to drive right on through without ever washing my car. I called the number, got a message that no one is available at this time, no opt to leave a message. Pretty frustrating and my car is still dirty

I bought a car wash, and had a malfunction. I called the owner and he sent another one and made it right. Cant do anything but respect that! Good solid car wash spot. The owner is very nice and I've gotten to know him a bit over the years. Only place I'll take my car.
