No soap and no wax. Told staff and nothing done. It's been at least 1 month. The rinse cycle doesn't even rinse all the soap off.

Fabulous car wash, I highly recommend getting a monthly deal online, especially if you love to wash your vehicle frequently!!They have different packages to chose from, it pays for itself in a couple washes!!

The dryer is not working at the Bayfront location in Erie. I like that it doesn't touch the vehicle while washing it. It just isn't positioned to clean cars all over. My car is never clean all over. It always has bugs left on windshield and grill.

Never been impressed with this car wash. However they have upgraded the system and it does an adequate job washing cars. Niagra Car Wash is still better and cheaper for the higher end washes.

Never cleans the bottom half of my car. I have unlimited premium washes and the bottom half of my compact hatchback was still filthy after 2 washes. Drying time is also way too short.

This car wash is easy to get in & out of & the attendants guiding you into the car wash are helpful & pleasant! I love how my car looks afterwards. I get the showroom wash & it does an excellent job even on my tires!

Oversold. They sell unlimited plans but no other locations in town. The lines are long even in mid February. The tire shine only puts shine on the rear driver side tire, sometimes a bit on the rear passenger side, never once in 3 years has it hit a front tire. When you come here chances are you will wait in line for 30+ minutes or it is out of service.

WetGo is the best touchless car wash in the area, i have the unlimited plan and it pays for itself. For example, the best wash is 16 dollars, and if you get the unlimited plan it pays for itself in 2 washed, and this month i have already washed my car 5 times. I live in a area that uses alot of salt on the road, and wetgo under carriage washes this area very well. When I'm all done, my car just shines so beautifully. One downside is it seems to be broke down every now and then, but I love it anyways 🙂

Car wash is always malfunctioning. My plan that ive had for well over a year is the all weather pass which is the one without tire shine or hot wax.. well the carwash has been malfunctioning and has been doing the tire shine and wax anyway.. it gouged my rear wheels that were brand new. They refuse to fix them and now i have to pay 800.00 to have them refinished and powder coated.. the tire shine also goes all over the side skirts of my car.. i also have this experience on video with my dash cam and pictures of damage. They do not care.

The soap is colorful and smells fruity, which is amazing. It cleans very well! It even has a timer telling you how long is left for you to move forward to make sure your car is completely dried off. The only thing it's lacking is the sponge strips that I've come to know and love from other car washes 😞

Wash doesn't really clean the car well, you can still wipe a clear layer of dirt off with your finger right after (see Pic). Sometimes soap left on vehicle after wash is done. I've gone thru and does a good prewash for large mud and bird droppings to then wash at home. Mainly good for undercarriage spray to get salt off, higher packages aren't really worth it, why put a sealant over leftover dirt? Wheel cleaner device is suspect as far as not damaging rims too.
