Juan is the owner of Wet Lux Auto Detailing. He has zero professionalism when it comes to customer service. He doesn’t listen to customer complaints or feedback. He will literally talk over you & won’t care or take accountability for his poor actions. I discovered he completely damaged my console attached to an ice cooler after he cleaned and detailed my vehicle. As if he put his entire weight by leaning on it and it snapped. When you invest in an expensive vehicle, you see every flaw, niche and any other new marks that surface. He couldn’t even admit that he damaged it and tried to say I excuse him of the damage. If the damage was already present BEFORE you started the job why didn’t you document it or bring it to my attention to cover yourself for liability? The smart thing is, I did. I record video and pictures before I hire any company so I know what damage was prior. I will be taking Juan to court and seek all damage fees. If you hire this clown, make sure you take video before and after he details your vehicle because he won’t take accountability for his actions and poor business practices.
