Came to the Redondo location for a basic car wash. Exterior car was cleaned well and they did a sufficient job vacuuming the inside. I came on a weekday and was in and out very quickly. Overall had a good experience.

I am APPALLED their crew stole from my car!!!! i am 100% positive they stole as i placed my item in my car (a gift) after my car wash went to get gas then on my way to drop off my gift which is NO LONGER there!!!!! I went straight to them A complete joke they have a workers through trash cans. This wasnt trash!!!! It was a necklace in a jewelry pouch- thank goodness not 14k jewelry Be AWARE they steal!!!!!!!

Super disappointed, I paid $250 for a detail focused on the interior of the car and a shampoo of the carpets. There are still marks that I was able to get off so it clearly wasn't hard, they just didn't do it. Windows weren't cleaned. And there are water spots all over the outside of the car. Should have went elsewhere

A few weeks ago, I paid $100 for a hand wash and wax with interior cleaning and when it was ready, it looked like they just ran it through the machine and called it good. There was a ton of leftover pollen and bugs and grease that I had to point out to them on every side of the car and didn’t look like they even waxed it. They just do spray on wax but it doesn’t do anything if you spray it on over a bunch of grime… Inside was ok but lots of streaks on the dash and windows. Waste of money for sure. Will not come here again or recommend.

Do not come here. They curbed my wheels while driving into the wash area. When the car came out I complained and all the employees tried to blame the curb rash on me. Ridiculous customer service.

Came here today for wash #2 and was very happy with the result!! My car came out squeaky clean and the staff was very detail oriented + friendly. Definitely feel like I got my money’s worth and will be returning when I’m in the area! Nice interior and exterior areas to wait for your car as well- clean bathrooms.

I had an exceptional experience at Rock and Roll Car Wash! The hand wash service was thorough and meticulous. My car looked spotless inside and out, and they took extra care with the details that other car washes often miss. The staff was friendly and professional, and the whole process was quick without compromising quality. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service and a truly clean vehicle! Ive bern a customer for a few years now and they don’t disappoint. Its nice that they are all about making sure you are satisfied with the service your car receives. I also like the fact that they respond immediately to any questions or concerns and do their best to make things right with courtesy and respect . This is my second year buying the wash package for my car and worth it. Saves me money and nice to just drive up and the manager and others great you and get your car on its way to shinning. Thanks !

Worst car wash I have ever paid for. 2 month old car, interior still dirty. Not vacuumed and surfaces not wiped down. When I pay my 12 year old $5 he does a WAY better job. Find somewhere else.

Paid for the middle priced wash. If you want to pay a premium for mediocre/lazy work, then go here. The outside looks good, but it’s like they didn’t even try on the inside. Still crumbs on the ground and under the seat, still visible mud on the floor mats. I almost went back and had them redo the inside, but was in a rush by the time they got done. This is the closest wash to my place, but I will not go back.

This is the third time I've brought my Jeep in to just be blown away by how terrible the attention to detail is. First time it was my dash, just covered in dust. This time, my entire backseat. I took a video and picture to show it. $40 and tip to get this handed back to me. Beyond disappointing. Shiny outside, filth on the inside. Zero attention to detail.

This is the best car detailer and wash in Los Angeles/ South Bay. The team here is amazing and they do an outstanding job, literally the only place I trust with my car. 10/10 recommend, photos before and after clay-bar treatment.

Horrible interior service, I paid $40 for them not to vacuum the car, they lost a customer and I don't recommend them to anyone. If I had known I would have a bad experience I would have bought equipment myself and done it at home.

Decided to give this a try and not going back Paid almost $50 dollars for having a basic wash + interior shinning, the shinning looks good, although shoes marks are still on my seat, there’s outside parts that were not clean, some parts were not vacuumed inside and had to come back home and try to rub a big black scratch from the outside of the car. Definitely don’t recommend

Overall it’s an OK carwash. I just wish it was hand wash for those prices. It’s a machine wash then they dry it for you. Might as well go into a drive-in wash for a third of the price. I chose the regular which was 20.99 but at the register it became 23.99. They said it was bec they considered my car an SUV. It’s not a lot of money but I was a bit surprised with the hidden fees. Not cool. Also, why would it matter if the vehicle is being machine washed. Anyway, it’s just a carwash so whatever. They vacuumed and dried the vehicle very well.

I usually go to Del Amo Car Wash, but I just moved back to N Redondo and wanted this to be my new car wash place since it’s close. Sadly yesterday was my first and last time coming to Rock n Roll Car Wash. 👎🏻 I got the basic #1 Vocals car wash for my SUV. This is a standard “Full Service Car Wash” that costs $22.99 plus extra for my SUV. So total was $25.99. No biggie! That’s a great price, but sadly the job was less than mediocre. Almost like they didn’t even do the inside… (See attached photos!) On their website, it says a full service car wash consists of “complete vacuuming of the interior, dusting of the inside dash, door panels, wiping of the center console, and all the windows throughly cleaned inside and out”. But my car was not even half way vacuumed inside. Floor and seats had easy to vacuum crumbs still left. Back of SUV was never touched. The door panels were ever wiped down, neither was the center console… So I basically paid $25.99 (plus tip) for my car to go through an automatic drive through car wash, and get dried off… That’s terrible. I could have paid $6 to do this somewhere else, and dried the outside myself.

DAMAGE CAUSED ON INFOTAINMENT SCREEN - This car wash rushes through cleaning without regard for damaging the car!! I came to Rock-N-Roll Car Wash for an Interior Detailing, $100 not cheap by any means.... On the surface, the cleaning looked OK. Later that day, I noticed that my infotainment screen was damaged! The anti-glare film has been scratched off by some of the cleaning solution used by this car wash. I can barely see the the display during daylight. I have reached out to the General Manager multiple times with no response. I now have to get my screen replaced - an expensive ending for an interior detailing.

I have been a very loyal customer to this establishment over the past eight years I have lived in Redondo Beach. I have taken my and my spouse's cars, my two classic cars and my RV there regularly for cleaning and detail services. Up until recently, I would have given a great 4 or 5 star review. Sadly, things have changed. I am posting this so nobody else has to go through what I am going through. If you take your car to this car wash, ABSOLUTELY check the entire car for damage. After many years of great service there, I never thought to do this. Then, I brought my new Lincoln Nautilus there to be cleaned. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed that the person who cleaned it was not with my car. I was a bit time constrained, so I asked another employee who cleaned it so I could give him my tip. The man who cleaned it was on the other side, cleaning a car that just came out of the wash. The employee gave him my tip, and I went to my car, went home and parked it in my garage. Two days later, I took my car out of the garage to load some items in the trunk. When doing so, I noticed that the tires had not been shined. While looking down, I noticed a small but deep dent low down on my drivers door (please note that the photos do not show how deep the dent is). I am 6'4" so did not see it when I picked up the car from the car wash. Over those two days, my car was parked in my garage, without being used and no car or anything on the left that could have made such a deep dent. Now I know why my tires weren't shined and why the guy who cleaned it was far away from my car, and wouldn't even make eye contact when the other employee gave him my tip. He didn't finish the job and wanted to avoid me because he knew he dented my car. By the looks of the small but deep dent, it seems that he banged my door against the wash machine equipment or some other equipment, not another car. I tried to get a dent removal service to take it out and they cannot do it because it is at the seam of the door. Now, every time I go to my car, I can't help but notice the dent. I absolutely love my car, my most expensive and favorite car I have ever owned, yet I get sad each time I use my car seeing that dent. I will now have to take it to a body shop to repair, which I know will not be cheap, and doubt they will be able to match the special pearl tri-coat paint with the rest of the car. Needless to say, I have been washing my cars on my own and will not return. Very sad that one employee ruined a long business relationship. If he had just owned up to it instead of hiding, things would be much different.

It's so hard to find businesses who do good work these days and this place is no exception. I paid $200 for a complete interior detail. On the surface, everything looked great, but as I went to check everything out today, the entire car has missing spots all over. They really took shortcuts here and I'm beyond frustrated. Go somewhere that values their work instead of trying to get through as many cars as possible.
