Usually very helpful but recently dropped off my chainsaw for servicing and went 10 days without hearing anything about it. When I got a call to come pick it up, I had asked for the chain to be sharpened but the tech hadn’t done it because he felt it didn’t need it despite me specifically writing it on the service ticket. Very subpar service in a time where I am very much needing my chainsaw at top performance.

The cap on my ice machine broke and I was looking for a replacement. I looked online and couldn't find what I was looking for so I went to Ace hardware to see if someone could help me figure it out. David helped me problem solve and figure something out that would work. He was very knowledgeable and tried multiple things until he was able to get it figured out for me. It was the best service I have ever had at a store.

Went there on a Sunday because my central air fan quit , saw online that ace had a capacitor. walked in and pleasantly greeted by a girl at the register and directed to where they were. Another lady came to my assistance and helped me pick the right one. Great employees and saved my butt getting HVAC parts on a Sunday. Must have great Management because employees cheerful/helpful good prices and they have what you need. Been there at other times and always a good experience.

I shouldn't have to walk around for 20minutes trying to find someone to help me. Everyone kept walking away and hiding and saying they had a truck. Then when I finally did find a lady who was stocking , she was extremely rude. The two ladies up front , Madison and the other one , were rude and didn’t seem to think it was a big deal for me to stand around for 20 minutes waiting for help. They thought it was funny and just laughed. I obviously don't get paid to be here, and don't have time to be here all day. It's not funny to ignore and antagonize and then gaslight people.

When my husband’s transport wheelchair lost a screw that held one of the under-the-seat braces I took it to ACE to see if I could get a screw and bold to fit. David L. Took me in hand, rummage around and found what I needed, then fixed the chair. All told, less than 20 minutes. And as far as I’m concerned he saved my life. My hero!! (And it proves the ads are true —David is truly a “helpful hardware man”!!!!! Many thanks!

Ace is the place; for me at least. It’s close to home and has surprisingly more of the everyday things that one would expect from a hardware store. The prices are great once you sign up for their free membership. Especially when they have sales and special promotions. I’m not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to home and garden maintenance, but I am learning more with every visit. I’ve managed keep up with the necessities of buying one’s own home by myself. It has been challenging, but possible thanks to Ace!

Small store expected good service. Whoops wasnt there. Can't even buy a blower without filling out a registration? What a joke. I'm buying tools and materials 6 days a week. Off to lowes I go. Maybe you have to register to buy a box of screws next?

Was there a couple weeks ago and I have never experienced such friendly, happy and prompt help from employees. They were all very friendly very helpful. I’m 45 and fighting most likely terminal cancer and when I asked for help moving some totes something that any normal guy should do, but I couldn’t, they were all more than happy to do the lifting for me, taking it straight out to my car for me. Along with very reasonable prices we will definitely be back and recommend that place to anyone we talk to.
