This is my third car through carmart!!!!! I am Beyond grateful for carmart. They paid off the remaining balance of my last van that wasn’t very safe for my children to ensure that I had a safe and reliable vehicle. They always work with me on payments when life happens. As soon as I walked in the environment was absolutely perfect! Shopping for a new car is pretty chaotic and stressful but Joe was absolutely amazing! He made everything feel like a breeze! Previous experience with car mart in Lebanon made me unsure if carmart was a place I wanted to do business with. However, Joe and Arianna were incredible and made the whole process so seamless. The most unprofessional, dishonest as well as incompantant!!! Paid down-payment and signed all paperwork and full ins. for them as were waiting for the keys to then tell us its not even going to pass inspection but would be fixed and ready by end of day. Were on day 4 and they keep saying its going to be done by end of day no problem. Both the car lot and their trusty shop they sent it to A-1 continues to also say its going to be done by end of day. Folks its only the horn that evidently takes 4 days...... were still waiting ........
