Two gentlemen helped me with my Jeep today. Both were awesome and very helpful. The first tested my battery and discovered it was not up to the task. While he rang me up the store manager swapped out the batteries. I offered a tip and it was politely declined, instead I said I would post a good review.

Went to buy a they said they could order me one but did not have a battery and you can take up to 5 to 7 business days and I bought other parts that last of the day maybe two and quit don't buy any electronic parts there unless you're willing to buy overall the employees are very nice other than that if you need parts not particularly the place to go

Price on shelf not what was ringing up. Associate looked and agreed incorrect price. Said I needed to wait for manager that was outside changing a battery to get price correction. Associate is able to take my money, should be able to correct their mistake.

At my wits end. Hubby always handled car issues but he is sick now. Carl helped me select the right battery and is putting it in as I type this. So thankful for his patience and kindness. He even changed out the battery in my garage opener that stopped working today too. Excellent service!!!

When we didn’t have tools to replace a signal light required to pass inspection, Kevin helped out and even installed the light. We couldn’t be happier. Kevin is amazing. After I bought a battery, I asked if perhaps I should buy new terminals since mine were dirty. Instead of trying to sell me something unnecessarily, he mentioned I could clean them off with Coke. When I came back a couple days later and had problems with the now-clean terminal staying tight, Kevin came outside and added a metal piece inside the terminal fastener to make it fit more snug. I will keep coming back to this place because of guys like Kevin. I'm always hesitant to buy car parts or go to a mechanic because people typically take advantage of the customer's lack of knowledge and use that opportunity to sell them things they probably don't need. That's not a concern here, so I don't mind coming to Kevin's store immediately when I need something instead of spending hours researching online trying to avoid spending money or getting ripped off. Thank you, Kevin!

I ordered a couple parts for a 2001 dodge ram 3500 and i bought r1 concepts brake rotors and pads kit (i don't recommend this brand) and they sent half the kit and never sent the other half so I went in returned the parts no problem I dealt with Trish she was super nice and on her game if you go here ask for her she helped me out alot I highly recommend this place all of them are super nice and know what you need and can get it ordered soon as possible if they dont have it in store !!! I called the store to see if they would be able to help me find a positive terminal connecter for my dodge ram promaster (since the dodge dealership was going to charge me $42 for the piece I need, I wanted to try to find the part cheaper somewhere else). I spoke with Kevin and he said to come in and see what they can do for me. Unfortunately they didn't have the piece I needed, but Kevin was nice enough to help me with a temporary fix for now. He was able to make a shim for it so at least it would stop popping off the terminal and it worked like a charm!

My check engine light came on and took it here to run diagnostic to find out why. Grateful and was relieved just a small part and expected to need changing with year my car is. My father passed away a little over a year ago. He could fix almost anything on my car, cars over the years, and what he could not, he made sure I was never being overcharged by a shop, which I shared. Brian and Maxx told me all about the part needed, their cost, what a shop cost would likely be, exactly how it is changed (quite simple) and the most a shop should charge me, couple hundred at most. I will not name the two places that I first called, but one was at $700, and the other higher. A friend referred me to their private owned auto shop in Ozark. Part is replaced, engine light gone, and well under $200. 🙂 Brian, Maxx, thank you for being so kind to me, incredibly kind. My father would have told you both that you are fine young men, and you are.
