Had my 2001 Oldsmobile Alero diagnosed with a bad head gasket. It had a misfire on cold start due to coolant seeping into cylinders. Called Werleys and gave all the info on car and problem to get a quote. Was told they would charge a fee to diagnose problem, which was already diagnosed. Was also told they would evaluate it to see if car is worth fixing. I understand they don't wanna fix a car that wont last much longer, but my cars in great shape, near new condition. Was nice on phone, but not my cup of tea.

I was calling several places for a cost of a engine tune up. I call werley's service station A woman answered the phone(name unknown). I said that I was curious about how much they charged for a tune up. She replied that they would have to look at the vehicle to see "what they thought it needed ". She didn't even ask what kind of tune up I wanted, or what i(the customer) wanted. She just kept saying, "it's up to THEM to see what MY VEHICLE needed. All I wanted, was my spark plugs replaced. And furthermore, her voice got more sterner. We then ended the call. I for one, will never get gas,service, or anything else from them. When I take my vehicle somewhere, it's what I want. After all, for werley's being a family business. They should know, "THE CUSTOMER'S ALWAYS RIGHT" I received feedback from the owner. He said he doesn't sell gas there. Good, that's one less thing that I won't buy their. As for the "star rating system. That's the reason they have it. To rate service by stars. And like I said, all I wanted was to have my plugs changed!

I have been going to Werley's for a few years now and have always had positive experiences. The last time I was there made me a lifelong customer. My window was working properly, so I received an estimate. The ended up doing the work for half the original estimate. The problem was not as bad as they thought. I can't ever remember that happening to me at an auto shop. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my truck!!

Drove from New Jersey to visit The Christmas Village and ofcourse my car began making this horrible noise, it was a Friday, minutes before closing when I found this shop. I went inside and asked if he could listen to my car and let me know how bad he thinks it is and if it is safe to drive. He did not hesitate to help my family out, he took a ride with us to listen to the noise and when we got back to the shop he was able to fix the issue! he could have gave me the run around, or tell me he didn't have time and that I would need to wait until Monday, but he did a few things and the issue was fixed. I just needed to write this review and let anyone who is looking know that this guy is awesome. Merry Christmas!

I called to make appointments for state inspection. I only have one car and no one who can pick me up. I told them I would just wait in lobby and she said” oh no we don’t do that” that’s not allowed.” Thanks for helping a girl out!!! On to the next place. Won’t ever call them for anything again. I guess they have something about people who only have one car-those people are no good. Especially when other reviews said they had a great waiting area. So what changed? To the reply- Just stating Facts!

This family owned business continues to amaze me with their helpfulness and honesty. I stopped by today to ask if I could still schedule an inspection if I lost my registration card. She proceeded to help fill out the form for me online and then printed out a new one for me. Anytime I have a question I just call or stop by and they stop what they are doing to help me. They are always honest and tell me what options are out there. We bring all our cars here and we trust their work.

Have been going to this car wash for years. I haven't used the auto department of it yet period but I can tell you one thing this is one place I can continue to go. It's clean, it's inexpensive and your car is always come out shiny as long as you do I'm right! Still an absolutely pleasant place to go wash your car and do all that kind of good stuff with it. It's very peaceful. Honestly I prefer not to go anywhere else but Werley's to do my car!

Absolutely horrible Mechanic. Took my Mustang for an alignment and inspection and somehow walked away with a $600 bill for parts that did not need one and some excuse for the reason. To top it off I walked away with a car that is still misaligned and makes more noise than before. Took my Nissan Rogue As well at the same time for an inspection and as well as a specific request of figuring out what the squeaking is when turning and going over bumps and fixing that. Bill was over $800 and was told it wouldn’t pass inspection next year, replaced parts that didn’t need to be replaced because they just were replaced not a year prior. Take it to another mechanic (Noeckers Garage) who is a very reputable mechanic and he tells me that the tire is showing metal, and it’s close to not drivable with 10+ other problems. He can’t work on it because of health issues so there’s no reason for him to try and rack up a bill when he’s not even working on it. After looking under the car myself I am baffled how Werleys let this pass inspection with the amount of rust and bad parts on this car. This Shop has failed me on 3 separate times and lied blatantly to my face just i make a couple hundred dollars extra. If you’re looking for a shop NEVER GO HERE.

Do not value repeat customers. We have been customers of Werley’s Garage for several years and very satisfied with their service and pricing. However this year when we took our Mini Cooper for inspection the table turned. We were told that we needed at least one tire for inspection however Werley’s did not have the equipment to replace a run-flat tire so we had to secure the tire and installation elsewhere and was able to do so within 48 hours. Werley’s informed us that we would have to pay a rein-spection fee of $55.00 plus sticker upon returning and was told if he wanted to work for free he might as well stay home and play video games. FYI… we paid our bill in full upon picking up the car so no one was asking them to work for free. I called two other garages within the area and they both stated that this is not best business practice especially for a repeat. We will no longer be using their services and as per before will not be recommending them to friends and family. And as per all of the other negative reviews I will be expecting a snide response in retaliation just like the snide remark we received in person. In response to the retort by Werleys. Your assessment is not accurate. You absolutely informed my husband and me that you COULD NOT supply us with Run Flat tires as you did not have the equipment to mount them! We had NO alternative other than picking up the car and going elsewhere. To your point… no one does anything for free so your Free Inspection claim is an absolute lie as other garages in the area are charging the same for the overall PA yearly inspection. I have relayed our experience to our friends of which some are business owners in the area and everyone agrees that your customer appreciation is horrific. In closing … the garage in which we purchased and mounted our tires after hearing our story gave us a Free Inspection!
