Today I purchased the $12 car wash and also paid an additional $5, ostensibly to have Rain-X and "tire shine" applied. I see absolutely no evidence of tire shine having been applied. The tires are clean because I just went through the wash, but there is absolutely no "shine" whatsoever. I also will have to wait and see if Rain-X was applied. I think I'll hit it with the hose in the morning, just to see, then report back here. In any event I suggest you save your $5 and just get a wash, which always seems to be decent. To add: So this morning, the day after the car wash, I sprayed some water on my windshield. As I suspected, there was absolutely no Rain-x applied. So caveat emptor, let the buyer beware, that it's likely just an absolute waste of money to pay for extras here.

I paid for the ultimate car wash. While in the tunnel it knocked my mirror casing off. Upon exit I told the attendant and he was not helpful, replied oh it’s probably in there. The windows are all smeary and not clean at all. Not worth 16.00

Semi satisfied with this place it has a nice facility and I have gone here on multiple occasions. Last experience was not the best. Went in to get mud and salt off of my truck. Purchased the mid grade $12 wash. They power wash the front of your vehicle by hand when you are going in. So they see how bad it was going in. No one behind me in line also. Go through the actual wash is nice. Then the next set of employees dry off your vehicle. So they had to have seen that the front was still muddy. Bad customer service in my opinion, just send me through again rather than me getting home and the truck is not even washed correctly.

For the price it's not too bad for the unlimited car wash. However several times I had to enter the business or call to get one of the employees to come outside to wash my car. There should be some type of notification or bell for them to come out.

Great place to get your vehicle washed, fair prices! They hand dry your vehicle after the wash. They offer good vacuum machines!

Magic Suds Car Wasery has an automatic system. Upon pre-entry, you choose the level of car washing you desire & pay with card or cash. There are usually 2 people doing a pre-wash brush scrubbing & they push your rear view mirrors inwards as needed. Their system does a good job of washing the under carriage & the car. Upon exiting the washer, 2 ppl dry the outside of the vehicle & reposition your mirrors. A TIP is appreciated !

I go around 11 it seems to be the best time, the guys in the morning don’t really have any issues I tip them 5 in the back and they do a great job, and I’ve seen the amount of tips they don’t receive at least 1 dollar everytime they would have no problems

The service here is pretty friendly. A bunch of young guys running this place when I was there. I stopped in for the monthly service. Advertised for like $22 but off course that does not cover everything. I got the best plan for like $6 more only to find that does not cover rainx or armor all. That’s kind of crazy to me I ran through the wash and it did an ok job of washing the car. If I had more time I would have gone through again. I used the vacuums, these require tokens that you get from the crew. To my surprise the vacuums had really good suction and did a great job on my car. I figured I’ll try the service out for a month and if I don’t like it then I can cancel it. It’s in a good location for me.

On Sunday I decided to stop for a car wash. So did half of Berks County. The car wash was busy, but I didn't mind. I paid $17 for the "wash" and the rain repel add on. The staff inside the wash were hustling the cars in. The lady in front of me was NOT instructed to stay off the brake and she clearly didn't read the sign. Half way through, we were stopped and an alarm was sounding. Fine. There's a jam up front, I guess. Although I was unsure, I figured it was no big deal. At the end of my wash, 2 young men are outside "wiping" the cars down. When it came to my turn, one of the guys is yelling to the car behind me to pull in beside me. I mean screaming with disgust in his voice. And as they're wiping my car down, they're talking to each other with the most foul language and they're referring to the woman in the car behind me. My car was "finished" and I drove to Rutters. I got out to look and there are white splatters and streams of soapy water from the front doors on both sides and all the way to the back. $17 for an absolutely horrible car wash and interaction with kids who need a serious attitude adjustment and a bar of soap in their mouths.

All of the staff very friendly and hard working. However one certain blond individual left my mirrors out on my truck ,and never seems interested in prep washing the vehicle before it goes thru . I have three member ships at this wash n when I confronted him about it he told me he would pull my membership. Unreal horrible work ethic

Was a good car wash. Went the there today and the guy directing you in was yelling at all the customers. When I finally got to the end those guys wiping your car down were just as rude(they forget we are the customer) I got home and there were soap spots everywhere. Someone was saying they reuse the water!! I can see that for so long but they take it to another level. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Nice and polite had to reevaluate the original 5 stars to 1 star came back a couple weeks later and left with a spotty SUV and a dent in the rear passenger side panel above the gas door from the dude hitting it with the brush handle. I cringed when I heard it. Not huge but noticeable on an otherwise markless vehicle. I guess I go back to washing it on my own. THANKS

I recently visited the newly renamed S’more Suds Car Wash. As I pulled up to the kiosk, I was greeted by a young man in a wife beater tank top and short shorts—drenched in sweat and clearly fatigued. I understand this is a small business and the same person likely handles both the car wash and sale, but the presentation was unprofessional and immediately set the tone. When he asked and I told him which wash I wanted, and he launched straight into a membership pitch. No price was mentioned—just that if I came twice a month, it would “pay for itself.” I tried explaining that I only come about once a month, but couldn’t finish a sentence without being interrupted. I declined three separate times, and before I could finish my final sentence, he walked away. I work in business development and consult for small businesses regularly. I understand the push for recurring revenue, but high-pressure sales tactics like this do more harm than good. A simple question like, “How often do you come by?” would have shown more awareness and opened the door to a meaningful, consultative sale. There’s hustle here, but it needs to be refined. The reality is a two to three low-pressure touches, or a “jab, jab, right hook” approach, will take slightly longer to close (and who cares, they’re going to pay for a one-time wash), but the close rate will be dramatically higher. More importantly, it builds trust, respect, and long-term customer value. If this is a new ownership group, they would benefit from training their staff on basic sales strategy and professionalism.

I love coming to Magic Suds! I am a monthly member! All the workers here are very friendly and do a great job! Please keep in mind that this is NOT a touch less car wash. If you have loose components on your vehicle they will get knocked off at no fault of Magic Suds. It does warn customers before entering so please be aware! Workers will hand dry your vehicle with clean/washed microfiber towels after your wash is complete!

I used to travel to get my car cleaned here because they did such a great job but has went downhill. The last few times they barely dried car and it was not clean at all. Bugs, spots and soap still on car. 15$ for a wash needs to be better. Today it smelled so bad I had to drive home with windows down and stop for an air freshener for car. The water they use smells straight up like a sewer. Sorry I guess the good ole days are gone, I won’t be back. Car wash on 5th street in Temple is where I’ll go now.

$230 car wash?!! We have taken our Honda Pilot to several car washes in the area with no problems. This car wash is the first and only to destroy the rear wiper arm, blade and motor!! Left several messages for the owner but no return calls. Beware!!

Dumb decisions. I also work for a company that makes dumb decisions. I know the intent is not to make dumb decisions, but it just turns out that way sometimes. Why would a business that’s main product is cleaning and cleanliness Remove their trash cans? Dumb decisions. However, I do like this car wash. The reviews about young kids are ridiculous. Also many people are very challenged with the put it in neutral thing. Most people do not follow instructions very well. Hence the reason to have to raise their voices. So those reviews are ridiculous. White spots on cars just happens. They can’t get every drop. Again ridiculous. However, removing trash cans for a business where people clean their cars is just dumb.

If you like your nice car you won’t t go here. The new owner has screwed everything up. The last time I was there there was little soap on the car. This time (2 weeks later) NO SOAP ON THE CAR. But the high speed beater brushes were beating my car. I do not like the car wash beater brushes. Go there 2 times a week and the clear coat will be gone on your car!! The previous owner did a great job and I went there 2 times a week from Sinking Spring.
