Came in at 11 am, asked for a regular car wash, paid, waited until 12:50 pm before asking how much longer because I have a doctor’s appointment at 1:30 pm. They told me another hour… so 3 hours for a regular car wash?? No thanks, never again. Yes it was a Saturday but it was not that busy. They’re putting customers ordering a detail in the same queue as customers ordering a regular car wash. Not everyone wants to wait 3 hours for a regular car wash like me. Maybe tell me that before I pay so I can decide whether that’s something I’m interested in.

Loved it!!! Got #5 service which was a combination of interior and exterior. This included a wash, interior glass, wax, wipe down, vacuum, and air spray. They were incredibly detailed, took only 30-45 minutes, and my car looks brand new! They even allowed me to inspect the vehicle before driving off. Cost was $66 for my mid size vehicle.

I've been taking my 2007 Subaru STI to this place for over a year and I had been pleased with their work. During my last visit they put the pressure washer RIGHT next to the car and stripped paint off. The manager Sam Kim initially tried to say the damage was there when I brought it in, and after much convincing reviewed the security camera and conceded the damage was done during the wash. He then told me the paint must have been damaged before the wash and would not do anything to make it right. Did not even offer to refund for the wash. Told me to lawyer up and refused to give me the contact information for the owner of the business. Completely unprofessional, rude, incompetent service. I was most upset that he immediately tried to claim the damage was already there when I brought it in. Subarus are notorious for having weak paint and this car is 11 years old which is why I bring it to be HAND WASHED. Their lack of care during the wash, and lack of caring after the damage obviously runs against their name. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

2 separate visits to this facility for my 2018 4Runner off-road and both times superior service, the crew is friendly and the owner is courteous. I have gotten the basic interior service and synthetic wax and both times car has come out looking like new. I live one hour away but i will be sure to always return here.

I decided to give this place a try despite the mixed reviews and I am glad I did. I was super satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. The man who welcomes you as you enter the car wash is NOT rude. I think the reason why he kept repeating himself was to ensure I understood the services I was getting and avoid any confusion once the work was done. This establishment will now be my car wash of choice and I will be coming back for sure. I highly recommend it! A+++

I am actually outside and couldn't believe what just happened. The man on photo has issues. He said is the manager but he must be the owner to not care. I have been to this place before twice because it is in my area. Today I go with a new car and he asked me to tell him what they should worry about. I told him I have been told by the dealers not to touch or clean the two big road assistance cameras not to be touched. He said to me " let me be honest with you even I tell them that they will do what they have to do". I said to him can you at least tell them. Then he said to me " do you need your car washed or not?" I said to him sir I came to get my car washed yes. Then he takes my credit card and warns me 4 times if your car is damaged we are not responsible. I said ok. When he said it for the 4th time I said he is not interested in washing my car. All this time I was trying to be polite with him but what ever you do that is him.

Brought my 2017 M3 for a wash for the first time since buying the vehicle 2 weeks ago. I paid for the $38 hand wash. It was about a 30 min wait for the car wash. After I get the car back, I noticed that there was this huge scratch on the driver and driver side passenger door. I also noticed that there seemed to be someone trying to buff the scratch out. I go to the Owner of the wash, which I assume is the older Asian gentlemen. As I tell him about the scratch and try to show him the scratch but that someone tried to fix it, he just waves me off and says "not possible we do hand wash" and he walks away as I'm talking to him. Needless to say I'm never coming back here again. For the amount of disrespect he showed me I am surprised they have returning customers. If he was the owner, that just shows the lack of integrity that this car wash has towards its customers, and their customer's vehicle. Overall I'm very disappointed and I enjoy supporting small businesses.

They really should be careful with what they are using or how close they spray the water pressure. This happen to my jeep today I never complaints but they should watch out with the painting everything else was ok. I was just trying to get my car clean but was left out with big scratches off paint. That’s what you get for $118 here!! “Want some scratches on your car? Come here!” Esto es lo que le paso a mi jeep. Ahora lo lleve para un mini detail me costo $118 más el tip y para que me vayan dejando el carro así no lo vale la pena ir. “Quieren que les rayen el carro? vengan aquí”!

Walked in to ask how much it would cost to wash my car, owner pretended he didn’t speak English. Pricing is completely not transparent. Read the reviews, walked out. I don’t need a scam today. Too bad, it’s convenient to other errands.

Car wash seemed to be nice as we approached but then we didn’t see a price sign. The person who approached us didn’t give us a price they had to open our doors and inspect the inside and out to give us a price. Arrived 4:15 We just came out of the car wash 4:30pm Monday 22nd July 2024. Paid $55 for inside / outside (NO Trunk cleaning) We had smudges still on the car. The inside car display dash was still full of fingerprints. Back seat still had debris. Doors were not wiped down properly. Maybe they had a bad day? We’re not going there again. Disappointed our first experience was a bad one.

I've been coming here for years and paying. The regular $38 dollar. Today, no difference, same car, barely dirty with removal floor mats. The 30 outside and 16 dollar interior is what I wanted. The owner. Korean guy. Tried really hard to charge me $75 dollars, he kept arguing saying it's $41 dollars now but no sign of it anywhere, and I just asked for the regular wash, nothing special, but he wouldn't accept it. This guy is knowned to scam people, his own workers says so Also don't ever pay tip to him, always use cash and give directly to the workers and he never pays them the tip. Warning, so not come here. It was my usual go too but now I have to find a new spot. Go to Secar car wash off of Annandale Rd instead, 20 minutes, and better than there.

We Care Auto Wash always treats me like family. I've been a customer for over 4 years and they always take really good care of my truck....it comes out of the detail looking showroom perfect. This is a family run business of really great down to Earth folks. I usually drop my truck off for a mini or full detail and then comeback when it is done. Their prices are really reasonable too. You should give them a shot, if you are in the area. Thanks! :-)

We Care Auto Wash did an excellent job on my car. I had dog hair, dirt, and dust from daily usage and car looks like it did rolling off the lot. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and just wanted to do the best work for a fair price. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a wash or detailing work done.

I've been going to We Care Auto Wash for over 6 years now and they always do a fantastic job with both my cars (even the one with 30 year old paint). Love that they're purely handwash (and very reasonably priced for a pure handwash place) unlike a lot of the other car washes in the area and are a locally owned business. They always treat me very well and this is the only place I take my cars to and will continue to do so.

The S.Van Dorn Mr. Wash cheated me out of the last few days of my contract. I had to Feb 6, 2026 to continue washing my car till I canceled. It said so on their website. I showed it to the manager, she called billing and they said no. I drove from MD to get my car washed. Can I sue? Anyone have any assistance. Oh yea, the managers name is Youssef and billings Julia.

I wish I could give this place a 0 review! I had an absolutely awful experience with We Care Autowash and want to warn others to stay far away. They ruined the inside panel of my car during a detail (which was not cheap!) and then tried to claim it was already damaged when I dropped it off. That was not the case. If it had been damaged beforehand, shouldn’t they have pointed it out or made a note of it before taking the car? They initially acted like they were going to make it right by giving me their insurance company’s information. I called the insurance and filed a claim, only to find out the owner told the insurance company that the car was damaged when I arrived. The insurance then asked me to provide pictures of the car before the damage. Why would I have pictures of something that wasn’t damaged? It was clear at that point that We Care Autowash had no intention of taking responsibility from the start. Their behavior was dishonest and completely unprofessional. It’s one thing for accidents to happen. It’s another to lie to your customer and to your insurance company to avoid accountability. We Care Autowash has shown me that they do not care about their customers, their integrity, or doing the right thing. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with damage and zero accountability afterward.

This place has gone downhill badly. Waited 2.5hr for a car wash when it’s not even busy, and mine was the second car in line. The wash was not even good. They definitely skipped the trunk and I the spots that cannot be seen without opening the doors. I had to use wet wipe to clean them up after going home. Such a waste of time and money, and I even gave $10 tips for a bad wash. Next time I’ll just pay a few dollar for vacuum at the gas station and clean the interior myself.

I went there and was quite impressed. The new owner was extremely pleasant and they did a fantastic job on my car detailing. You should try it out, the new owner is working hard on changing this place into a reliable and excellent service. My car looked brand spanking new. I will definitely go there again.
