Talk to Bruno did what they could to rectify this situation and that is why I am increasing their stats. However, they still are affiliated and acted as a liaise for my experience. I had an appointment to get my vehicle detailed last week. The morning the appointment their partner Moe Moayad cancelled. I Rescheduled the following week as per his request. Not only was he was 30 minutes late, but after getting here he didn't get out of his truck, he just left as I went out to greet him. I reached out to the Talk to Bruno help number, and then text them IRT to the situation. No response. Two times I have modified my work schedule to be here.

I purchase the unclog drain and replacement faucet(spout) service. My bathtub spout was replaced well but my tub is still clogged. The contractor ran the water for 5 seconds to show me it was fixed and unclogged. Once you take a shower you will see the problem was not fixed. Water still rises up your legs. I am not satisfied with the service I received. It’s bad enough I was overcharged for the service and had to show proof of my invoice breakdown to get a refund for the difference. Update: Reached out to their support team as requested and received no response. Currently taking showers with a tub full of water. I would not recommend this company. The company has not rectified this problem.

Marquette was fantastic. He arrived on time was very personable, and he trimmed my husband's beard and gave him a haircut. He it's very detailed oriented and very experienced and gave him the kind of beard that I liked, I'm his wife. And gave him a nice haircut also. And spent a lot of time with us and did everything to perfection. We can't recommend Marquette highly enough.

I had Joshua Valentin come to mount my TV along with his wife to help translate. They both went above and beyond to make the experience as good and professional as possible. The price was affordable and the TV looks great. They even stayed after to help with a few things as I was moving into a new apartment at the time. I was able to get handyman out to my house within few hours, super easy to schedule. He waterproofed my covered patio which was leaking and I had already paid someone else to fix which did not hold. I bought the material and he installed without any issue. His name was Jose. Also Mayda helped out to confirm the appt and to give estimate for few other jobs I had. I will definitely use them again. Definitely beats Thumbtack or Home advisor.

My experience was better than I could have expected. Joreman was professional and personable. We us great conversations while he meticulous cut my almost waist-length hair into a layered, sideswept bang, shoulder-length hair. He was polite and proficient. My handyman was very professional, polite, and easy to work with. That morning I had an emergency with work and had to leave home. Once I was contacted from the business to let them know; my handyman was so super courteous, he waited for me to return! Five stars all around.
