This used to be my go-to car wash when I lived closer by. Quick, polite, and they always did a great and thorough job. I was in the area today and decided swing by. My car was a mess and in desperate need of a wash. My mom came with me and followed behind with her car. First thing I noticed was how the line had a new process, which wasn't the problem. But the employee I encountered at the entrance kiosk was instantly combative for no reason at all. I greeted him and told him I wanted a Supreme wash. He responded by telling me they couldn't do that with my tires being so dirty. I understood that my tires were very dirty and that they probably wouldn't be able to get them perfect. But I still needed a wash. This is a car wash, right? The employee kept pushing back and arguing with me (in addition to throwing his hands all over the place) until I lost my temper and told him to just ring me up. Then I get to the interior cleaning line and the guy who took my car made me super uncomfortable (stared at me up and down, licked his lips). Totally creepy and unprofessional. And to top everything off, my wash was not worth $44. The outside is fine (including the tires) but the interior is still dusty and dirty in spots. I'm all for second chances. Every business has an off day. But I won't be back simply for the way I was treated today. My Mom said she received the same treatment.

Very unpleased with the service for the price. I got the works/top tier package. My truck came out and was still dirty. I brought it to the attention of the staff cleaning the cars outside and nothing was done. The top of the truck roof was still dirty. The tailgate was dirty. The sides of the truck and insides of the door jams were not wiped down sufficiently. Then I get in the truck and see areas that were not wiped down and my center console rubber mat was gone (must have been vacuumed up. I had to take a towel and wipe down the outside of the truck to do away with the residue that was left behind. Dissapointing.

These guys understand and know to listen to their customer. I paid the ultimate detailing option and they went through the car in detail. But when I went into the car there were some remaining items such as the rim wasn’t cleaned throughout and inside. However, as soon as I pointed it out, they take care of it asap. Thank you!

I did not get my door panels wiped for the Supreme Service, also they did not wipe dried the exterior windows and some dried droplets are really visible. For the same price Flagship wipe the door panels, console and cupholders.

unorganized, even if you don’t purchase interior cleaning, they will make you wait behind all the cars that got the interior option. takes too much time and they short cut, i drove away with dirt every time.

My fiancé grew up in the area and recommended this place. They did an EXCELLENT job!! They are reasonably priced, cleaned my car well, and had great customer service. Will def be coming back.

What a disappointment. They used to be great. Now they went to a kiosk that the operator, who doesn't speak English, can't run it. Asked for detailing, floor mats and carpet clean. You want the 30 or 40? He says. Go out to get car and its dirty. Mats aren't clean. Carpet not clean sears nothing. They say sir your car was dirty. I know that's why I'm paying. I'm not looking for cheap. You tell me what it will cost. You want the 30 or the 40. I want my car clean. They say come back Monday or Tuesday to speak to a manager. He may be in. I'm paying for the convenience that I don't have to do it and I don't have to come back to speak to a manager who may be there.

I went to this car wash today. The guy at the entrance kiosk was extremely rude. He has no sense of customer service whatsoever. When I had question and needed clarification for something, he was extremely rude and telling me : “email them , I just work here, I don’t own this business.” How dare you talk to your customer in that manner !!! Please fire him and hire someone else to do that job! Other guys working there are indeed very nice and polite, except him !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr. Kleen Car Wash & Detailing Center is hands down one of the best! The staff here are incredibly hardworking, professional, and always friendly. They really take pride in their work and make sure your car comes out looking spotless every time. Excellent service and great attention to detail – highly recommend!

I am so upset! I used to come here all the time!! I even recommend this place to family and friends and they have came here. I just left about 20 mins ago, I paid for the highest, $40 service AND tipped just for my car to not be what I expected. I already had to tell two of the employees that they missed two spots inside my car, the cup holder and the area where my usb and charger holder takes place. My radio is still dusty and my dash board is dusty, my windows are untouched as well as my carpet. This place used to be my favorite, I stay 40 mins from here and I didn’t have a problem commuting and paying, however, this is unacceptable. Time and date is stamped on receipt!

I paid $44 for their Premium Wash, expecting a deep clean and detailed service. Unfortunately, what I got was far from premium. The photos speak for themselves. The rear seats still had crumbs, stains, and white residue, especially in the creases and around the seatbelt area. The cup holders were never wiped down, still showing dust and marks. The cargo area and trunk lining were full of lint, hair, and visible dirt particles that should’ve been vacuumed out easily. Even the rear hatch door panel has visible smudges and streaks left behind. To top it off, the rearview mirror is still full of spots, making it clear the interior glass wasn’t cleaned properly either. For $44, this kind of result is unacceptable. If this is their idea of a “premium” service, it’s extremely disappointing. I expected at least a thorough vacuum, clean interior plastics, and spotless windows. Instead, my car looks like it only got a quick surface wipe. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for quality detailing.

The most terrible car wash I have ever had membership with. They charge for no service and the crew members are very rude. When I complained to the supervisor about the repeated issue, he easily told me we don’t care you may cancel your membership. They sucks. Once you pay them, no one will listen and cary their task properly. the stars they earned are for free one time car wash not for their great service.
