Detail nerd, and a nice guy too! About 10 years ago, I had OptiCoat ceramic coating applied on a new car. I loved the product, but the detailer I used required a number of other (expensive) procedures. I never understood how the paint on a brand new car could be incorrect. When we recently found ourselves in the new car world, there was no question we would get OptiCoat. And we are super happy that we chose Tug. He quoted us a fair price with no BS. And his work is impeccable! He is an hour away from our home in northern Baltimore County, and we have plenty of closer options. Absolutely worth the drive to work with someone of his technical skill and customer service. Enthusiastically Recommend!!!

I had my car detailed a few weeks ago. With my line of work, I use my car all the time. The inside of my car looked disgusting. Spilled drinks on the seat, crumbs everywhere and just dirty from use. Had my newly acquired, preowned F150 ceramic coated and a cigarette smell removed. Truck had been through some car washes and had scratches that he worked out very well, then gave me further instruction on how to care for it. I definitely advise purchasing the sponge and yellow rinse-less car wash. It makes cleaning the car so much better. Great results and great to learn.

I've had all three of my cars detailed by Tug. My van was destroyed by my kids. He brought it back to life and made it shine! My Camry was flooded when my wife left the sun roof open all weekend during really bad storms. Smelled like a wet gym sock. He was able to detail the interior and after a week of hard work, remove all the odor and make it look new! Finally, I just finished having my Mustang paint corrected and ceramic coated. It looks absolutely amazing! Turned the dingy dark blue into an amazingly beautiful blue. Better than when I bought it! He's earned my business, and completely exceeded my expectations.

If you're on the fence about whether or not you should get this service, do it. I bought a used Explorer and while I was at the dealer, it was raining. I didn't see how bad the black paint looked until the next day. It was dull and sad. Tug brought this paint back to life. It's stunning!
