Was my first time here but not the last. The price is great and all the equipment worked as it should. They give you plenty of time to wash the car with only one payment and take credit cards as well. There was a dryer to make sure there was no water spots too on the self service. They were not crowded at all on a Sunday afternoon. I was the only one there for most of the event. Can't wait to have a dirty car again to reclean it here.

This is probably the worst car wash in Hanover. I paid $14.00 for the automatic car wash. After it was finished I got out of my truck to check the quality of the wash. There was still soap on all four sides of my vehicle. There was also still bug and dirt marks on the grill of my vehicle. I would definitely not recommend this car wash.

Great self-serve car wash and they also have vacuums and drive-through as well ignore the bad reviews people cry about anything they can I will come back here and I would recommend I do think they should give you more time on the power washer and stuff for minutes for $5 is a bit of a rip off but other than that I got nothing to complain about

Worst car wash we have ever used. First self cleaning bay had no soap so we wasted money to only rinse my car with water. We decided to move to a second self cleaning bay, paid more money, and the handle was broken! No phone number posted to call. Will be refuting these charges with the credit card company.

I used to love this place and have spent hundreds there over the years. However, last weekend I recommended the touch-less wash to my husband. He recently purchased a new car and wants to keep it nice and clean. I didn't give my recommendation a second thought. I've used it before and was planning on using it again. When we arrived it looked as if they had changed their equipment to serve more customers who wanted the touch wash. We spent the $12, put his car through it and were disgusted with the outcome. The car (which was NOT very dirty) was streaked -- you could see every line the jets had hit and they left a spray of dirt on either side of them. If my husband's car didn't look dirty before, it looked filthy now. Disappointed, we used the self-wash and were able to blast and scrub the dirt lines off of the car. By then we had spent about $25. I then called the number and requested politely that they call us back. At no point did I mention a refund. Later that week, believing they would still call me back, I attempted to use their hand self-wash for my own vehicle. We had just used a credit card machine in that very bay a few days before, but it seemed that day it was down. Then I found out they were all down. My two phone calls, the first about my husband's car and the second about the credit card machines both went unanswered. Go to a car wash that has friendly customer service, working machines and appreciates your business. Don't go here.

NO LONGER ACCEPTS QUARTERS! November 2025 Update: This car wash is now even worse since they "upgraded" it. They only accept dollars bills and credit cards now, no coins at all. The bill accept thing wasn't even working when I was there today. They put a fresh coat of paint on the place and increased the cost to $4 in the hand wash bays. Not sure about any changes to the automatic tunnel since I now go to Tidal Wave Auto Spa now for all my automatic washes. October 2024 Update: The brushes at this car wash are VERY AGGRESSIVE. I don't recommend coming here with anything nice. Prices are very expensive for both the automatic wash and the self-service bays. The self-service bays are $4 just to start! The wand in the bay I used was leaking very badly. This place is far too expensive for the lack of upkeep. I highly recommend going to All Shined Up in North Hanover next to the Sheetz. Prices there are cheaper and the equipment is actually maintained. 2023 Review: This place is now the most expensive car wash in Hanover. Prices were drastically raised in the last month. $3 to start the manual wash bay and $10 for the cheapest automatic wash option. I definitely will not be using the automatic ever again. And the water pressure in the manual bays seems lower now.

All the people complaining...don't use the self clean stations. AUTOMATIC is the only way to go at most places. It's much harder to get a good clean that way. You think it's the cheaper way, and you might save a few dollars but your car isn't going to be as clean and YOU did the labor. Not worth it.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Had my car washed here a few days ago. When I pulled out I noticed all these black dots (which looked like poppy seeds) on the hood of my car. I pulled over and discovered that they were ALL OVER my car. After scrubbing them for an hour I finally got them off. Have no idea what they were but I think it must have happened in the dry cycle of the car wash. Crazy!!

Beware- the foaming brush soap in the self service bays contains so much red dye, that it ruined a 150$ pair of shoes, and dyed the skin on my hands.

I certainly don’t expect perfection... or anywhere near perfection from an automatic wash. I use them quite often. This, however, is one of the worst I’ve been through. The car looked as bad coming out as it did going in.

STAY AWAY! Do not use a credit or debit card here because you will have no idea how much you will be charged due to confusing interface and no receipt or way to tell how much your wash will cost?? I thought I was getting the base $5.00 wash and it charged me $15.00!

What an AWFUL EXPERIENCE! PASS ON THIS VERY CONFUSING PAYMENT PROCESS First I pull up and see a change machine thinking I need to get some quarters so I put the smallest bill I have a Ten Dollar bill and get $10.00 in Quarters. The base wash time is $5.00. So now I pull into the bay and can't find the slot for the quarters. Ok so I pull out my debit card and tap it, nothing happens so i try a few more times. Now I try to swipe it and still nothing so I go to another bay and after 3 tries it starts to count up and I try to stop it but this new method is so unintuitive and confusing I have NO IDEA what its doing. Now I only needed a $5.00 wash and this thing is still counting UP! I just checked my bank statement and they charged me $10.00 for 2 minutes. I highly Recommend that for 12 bucks you go to Tidal Wave car wash near Walmart and have them wash it for you and not have to pay extra for a vacuum and a supply of towels. OH and The Owners could car less about bad reviews as they have never responded to Any of them!

Awful, expensive and car is not clean when done. Almost as dirty as it was going in. Streaks and dirt/bugs still all over the car. Dryer didn’t work. Hose was broken. Waste of time and money.

What a horrible most horrible car wash! I had absolutely no soap my car wash was all water and it was so hard that it folded my mirrors in. I drive a BMW I thought it would be a decent car wash. I want my money back!

I would be giving this a better rating if it were at all possible to contact someone about issues. I went to the car wash and when it was done it tells you to move forward so it can dry. I pull my mirror in and when I got out of my car it was still covered in pink soap. Tried to get a hold of someone to no avail. Guess its the north end of town for me from now on...

What about this car wash cleans the car?? All it did was smear and make the dirt run down my car. Never using again. Ridiculous price for not even cleaning it properly.
