First time going I went through and when I exited the wash I got a notification on my dash that one of my brake lights was out. No biggie it was a $2 fix. Maybe some water got in there during the wash and fried it. I went back a week later because I have the monthly pass and after using the microfiber cloths on my window I noticed spots on my window. The cloths scratched the tint on my window and now there’s little spots of no tint.

There was a nice gentleman at the ready and alert to help me when he saw that I was struggling to figure out how to enter the coupon code into the terminal to pay! Great place with friendly employees. I have a truck with an extended cab, 8 foot bed, and a covered bed with a bump up enclosure. It fit no problem and the wash equipment did a good job.

We used Waves for quite some time. We even purchased the monthly membership. On December 30, 2023, an incident took place. Due to the negligence of an employees, my rear wiper was pulled out of my trunk door. I say negligence because my son and I witnessed the employee slacking on his job. We never witnessed him placing a piece of tape on my wiper to assist with the prevention of such an incident. The force of the car wash brushes damaged my rear wipers. Another customer was shocked by the damage and immediately called for the manager. After the manager made certain that I understood that it was due to the age of my vehicle, he allowed me to fill out an incident report in the freezing cold. I would have preferred he told me the truth about the protocol in this moment. It states, 'We cannot be held responsible when instructions from employees or instructional signs are not followed. Although our wash process is very safe, Wave Express Car Wash cannot be held responsible for the following items: -Front or Rear Windshield Wipers or Wiper Arms -Vehicles 5 years or older.' While I completely understand these protocols, it omitted the statement about responsibly of a negligent employee. Accountability! ALL this employee had to do was put a simple piece of tape on my wiper to protect it from damage and all of this could've been avoided. Placing the blame on the vehicle and not the negligence of your employee is poor management and leadership. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Friendly customer service and clean facilities. Several options for your vehicle cleanliness liking. The washing tunnel was spacious and easy to maneuver. My only complaint…The blowers should be adjusted to remove more of the water.

I have hand washed my car since I bought it. Automatic car washes have put scratches on my passed cars, which is why I hand wash my car. I went to Waves Express on Harrison Bridge Rd because of the accumulated road salt on my car. I used the vacuum and it seemed as though the vacuum reduced its suction after about 10 mins of use. I continued to vacuum anyway. I used the air hose to blow off loose dirt on a floor mat; then, I noticed a reduction in power with the air hose as I used it. That's not all! There are scratches on my windshield in the center, and a long scratch on the roof near the passenger front door. AND, a half circle scratch on the upper area of the right front passenger door. I bought the $12 deluxe wash that included an undercarriage wash and tire shine. Total cost $14. Won't be going back there again😡 CONSUMER BE AWARE!!!
