Don't bother wasting your money on a carwash here. I got the "best" carwash they offer and I just got home to realize my car isn't anywhere near clean. Complete ripoff.

Horrible customer service. Especially from the employee Donna. She apparently likes to sleep with men who come in - men who have wives and kids and families - even though she is married herself. Sick! *edit to add she did this while on the clock*

Was very rudely denied purchasing cigarettes by an associate claiming my proof of age was not sufficient. I’m on a temporary work assignment and recently renewed my license in my home state of WI. In WI, they provide a temporary license while the permanent one is mailed. My temporary license doesn’t expire until the end of October. Somehow it’s sufficient to legally drive and provide to police as a valid ID but not for purchasing cigarettes..? There was no reason for her to publicly embarrass me as she did other than for the sake of being just plain rude. If you have other options, avoid this location. Unless you like very rude and ignorant service where employees don’t understand what they are talking about.

Please label your air compressor as out of order. I stopped at this location and another. Air compressor at both locations were not working. I spent $6 trying to get air. The worst part was I ended up letting all of the air out of my tire! I guess that's why there was a screw driver out there so that you could rig it up 🤦‍♀️.

The one nearest to me, (111 I believe) has always been a great experience. The staff have always been super courteous and are a great delight when it comes to my daily routine. Over the years, some of the management have come and gone due to needs at other sites, but the next up is always just as sharp as their predecessor. I’d just really like to give a special thanks to those leaders as they’ve kept a solid crew intact throughout the transitions—-which I know from personal experience isn’t easy. Austin runs the show now and it’s pretty obvious that that dude is customer centric as well respectful to his staff. Anyway, I just wanted to write a review and show some love to my unofficial extended family at Spinx on Fairview. Thank you for all that you do.

Dark haired guy at the counter acted really rude even when I was nice so management needs to check into that. Maybe he was tired or having a bad day but that’s no reason to treat me like that. All I wanted to do was cash in a lottery ticket and forgot to of course scratch the barcode off. Acted like I ruined his day by forgetting. Pretty poor customer service.

Besides the red headed kid the staff is excellent. Fyi kid all the registers say lane closed so please forgive me for not giving you my undivided attention and going to the wrong register. I know that must be soo frustrating but displaying a nasty little attitude is definitely the right thing to do cupcake.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I'm not from here and on a work trip for this week and just wanted to clean my car up a bit. When I say this is by far THE SORRIEST carwash I've ever experienced. I wasn't expecting hand wash quality but seriously for $14 I would have rather just left my car dirty and gave that money to someone for a meal. Not even a piece of tire shine and these wheels aren't anywhere near "clean" I feel disrespected lol. Never ever will I use them again .

The Spinx 625 Fairview Rd., Simpsonville is sponsoring two people living in the back of the store with their belonging and blocking the way to go out and asking for pan handout And they are very daring they are everywhere. Been removed for trespassing and this Spinx is still sponsor them and we try to use the bathroom after them. It was disgusting. Hot mess. Don’t go there.
