Quick but poorly done. Very disappointed. Last visit was great but this one means I will not return. Sorry I tipped before inspection. Photos are after the job was done.

Not bad for teens' first job. I'm too old to wash my car and wax. I almost always give them their spray bottles and rags left in my car. It's not that big deal but if you want to give them back the stuff remember to look on the top and trunk.

They clean the inside and outside really well. So far this is the best Waterway I've been too

I did not have a good experience at this car wash and I won’t be going back to this location. I went inside to prepay gas and gave the kid my membership ID however I didn’t get my membership discount. After I went through the wash, I waited in line a few minutes Only to be told that they would not dry my car off because I don’t have the higher/all inclusive monthly package. I have been to two other locations and they always dry off my car even though I pay for the monthly membership for the $10 wash. The guy wouldn’t even consider drying off my car. It’s interesting to me how every waterway location has different rules. I’m thinking about canceling my membership anyway because club car wash is usually friendlier and does a better job.

We should have read the reviews first. Spent $51.00 only to have to clean our own vehicle. They claimed we had to do a bug pre wash which is what we did, but the windows were not clearly wiped and it was a lazy job. We won’t be back. For the record they let us go through the external wash again after we did the pre bug wash, but if wanted to do our own wash, we would not have paid for this “service.” Don’t waste your time or money unless you are satisfied with sub par car cleaning.

Where to start? First, my two row Honda Passport was charged an extra two dollars for a third row that doesn't exist. Then, despite me getting the "Whole Thing" which includes mat cleaning, I was charged an extra 6 dollars for mat cleaning. It was a cloudy day so when I finally got the car into bright light, the mats were still dirty, and there was still mud on things like the glovebox. Please tell me what the "Whole Thing" is again. Never coming back.

Dear Mr. Bob Dubinsky, I went to your Waterway Carwash in Kirkwood, Missouri and was very pleased with the outcome of my Tan/Tan 2016 Toyota Avalon XLE Premium. A gentleman with a name of Tommy Karleskint did an amazing job cleaning and detailing the interior and exterior with dealership-like standards along with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend him for a personal, thorough review as it is tough work. Thank you. Sincerely, Matthew Stewart Schlafly.

I usually love the service here, but today felt very different. Waited for almost an hour for my car’s interior to get cleaned, one window never got wiped down until I said something and noticed teen/college employees more focused on their tips than service. Disappointed and usually not the case.

Choose the $ 28 interior cleaning service, i was disappointed they didn’t even clean my dash board, You can tell it was a quick touch up no care at all, wouldn’t recommend, just do it yourself.

I pays for a full service $35 and at the end of the the result was so poor . Approximative vacuum and even the windows they didn’t take care of of the wash I guess this is a mistake . As for me I wanted to try them and I’m desapointed

I rarely get professional car washes and never on interior. I have a new car and wanted to get the console cleaned from food crumbs, stains and a good vacuum of carpets. As soon as the guy was finished he told me to take a look inside and let them know if there was anything else I needed him to do. The area next to the driver seat and underneath had pumpkin seeds and debris still all over the carpet. So I asked them to vacuum that. I then thought I’d check the other side just in case and there was actually trash underneath the seat, straw, empty water bottle and a metal lid that had not been cleaned up. It too had not been vacuumed. The screen in middle of vents still have dust and fingerprints all over. I spent $18 plus $8 tip thinking I’d get a thorough job. Tipped before seeing all. I’m very disappointed in my first experience at Waterway. Will probably just do myself next time. 😢

Oh where do I begin? I stopped in to this location on 12/6/24 to get all of the snow/salt off of my car that I just purchased 3 weeks ago brand new might I add. Everything was great to begin with once I got out of the car was I got my car wiped down by 2 staf; they didn’t do such a great job but it was okay because it’s cold out. I get to my job around the corner and I go to my truck to get some of my cleaning towels out to properly wipe my car down when I noticed a dent on my vehicle that was not there this morning. I know this because I walk around my car every morning to get inside. I called up there and was told “okay you can come up any time between 7A and 7P and there’s always a manager on shift”. I went right back up there and spoke with Adam(manager), he was great he took pictures and started the claim process and even refunded my $25(no biggie, I’m not hurting for money). I got off work and decided to swing by and so happen Sean(general manager) was outside helping someone. He was looking at me so I asked “are you Sean by any chance in which he replied “yes”. I asked if we can pull away from the gas pump to a spot in the front he said yes. I park we get out and I tell him what happen. He originally said “yes, I heard about it but I’ve been really busy so I haven’t watched the camera yet”. He ask can he look at the top of my car I agreed he walks all around my car looking and using a flashlight, I’m unsure why a flashlight was needed at 3:30PM on a clear sky day but hey so be it. He proceed to says “there’s constrained in the too so I can’t confidently say or wash did that”. I explained how it was not there prior but it was after and 2+2 equals 4! After a bunch of back-and-forth. I said okay we can just split my deductlable, we agreed. He went inside to get a paper stating I can’t come back and try to resubmit a claim. While he’s inside I call my insurance company to start a claim and I tell them everything and how he offered for me to watch the footage in the beginning but after coming to what I thought was a resolution he then said I can not see the footage. The insurance agent then says “well, that seems fishy. Do not accept the money we will go after their insurance”. I went inside to let him know we don’t have a deal because my insurance car company will handle it all. He says in a very condescending tone “okay, well I want you to know the claim is still denied”. I will attach photos of the damage as well as what the back of my car looked like just the other day, its not major but it’s very annoying seeing as this is a brand new 2024 vehicle! The first 2 photos are my car prior to the wash. The last 3 are the damage. Sean, as a GM do better; you know your car wash damaged my car. You need to work on your people skills and your tone when talking to people. The insurance claim does not come out of your money it may effect your end of the year bonus but my god they will not hold your check for admitting your facility damaged a car. I WILL take this all the way up the chain! Update as of 12/7: once it was light outside and I was calm and did a walk around for the insurance, I’ve found more scratches in my paint on my front end and a ding in my headlight but let Sean the GM, tell it their carwash did absolutely nothing! This is ridiculous!!!!

Usually they do an ok job washing cars. Don’t expect the floor or interior panels to be thoroughly cleaned. Most recently went to sign up for a month and got stuck because the machine was down. Had to leave without a car wash.

First off I was very disappointed with not only the treatment but the service workers act as if they didn’t want to clean my car after being paid I will let the pictures speak for themselves as I am now trying to find another car wash so I can get my car cleaned. Never will I ever go back !!

Our experience with the employees and the young girls and boys is amazing! They deserve every single penny. I’m very concerned that the company is not giving them breaks or even thinking that they are human and can not work continuously in the heat of the summer. It’s almost 100f degrees here today in STL- is it legal? Please consider before someone files a complaint or one of the employees gets admitted with a heat stroke and sues the company.

Worse experience, save your money. Starting with the person who was waiting to ask you about what type of wash you wanted not mentioning that my Jeep Overland cargo area would be an extra charge if I wanted it cleaned. Then stood in front of the sign and took my credit card and punched everything into the machine, so I couldn't see there was an extra charge. Nothing to explain the difference washes, besides her saying the "Whole Thing" cleans everything inside and out, so I selected that and paid $45. The kid working on my new 2024 Jeep obviously did not want to be there and could care less. The windows are streaked and I had to re-clean them as soon as I got home. Only half of the Jeep got vacuumed. Back seat was not wiped down. Only half of both tires on the side of the Jeep that we couldn't see got Armor-all. Water spots due to not hand dried. Not sure why you hand dry cheaper washes but not a $45 wash. The instrument panel didn't get wiped down. Then when I asked about why they didn't do the cargo area, because anywhere else it was always included. The kid got s manager who said it's not included and if I want to pay for it they will take care of it. I aked how was I suppose to know this and he got rude and said I needed to read the information, it's the first information on the screen. Then I explained that their employee had handled all of that and should have said something since she could see it is an SUV. As a manager when you have an upset customer you take care of the situation. Because he didn't, I will never go back along with the crappt job they did.

This location does a great job! They were busy, but they still did a great job. The vehicle was very dirty and it looked brand new when they got done. They definitely have a younger staff, but they couldn't have been nicer working on such a warm day. The finished product was great and definitely seemed worth the cost!

It's kids doing the interior cleaning and someone needs to train them on the difference between activity and result. Waterway is the easy button right by my home so I go even knowing I'll be disappointed and the conversation ALWAYS goes like this: "um, the console still has dirt and spills visible" "but I wiped it" "okay thanks but it's not clean" "but I wiped it, do you want me to do it again" "well yeah, I'd like it to be clean" followed by a half-assed rewipe that still doesn't do the job. Same convo on vacuuming. Waterway, its not my job to train your staff on how to achieve a result and I invariably leave pissed. So be warned: Your car will be 40% cleaner but it will not be clean no matter the package level you buy or the amount of money you tip. I've tried every permutation and it simply has no effect on (the crappy) end result.

terrible experience. i used to work at a car wash so i understand the ins and outs. the exterior car wash didn’t clean much. then i went to use the vacuums (mind you no one was there) and someone came up to tell me i couldn’t use them. i then asked if i could please use them this one time since i didn’t know and wouldn’t have paid for an exterior wash if i would’ve known that (as no other car wash is like that) and they told me i would have to drive to another location. it seemed very ridiculous to just not let you use the vacuum after your wash. won’t be coming back.
