I told the employee up front who is taking the payments that I would like to sign up for a membership with Waterworks, they explained how it worked and I was hesitant with the price bump from $50 to $75 after one month? So I said okay let me just use it for a month. I had to also clarify that I can come in with multiple cars for a wash if I wanted to, they said it was okay as long as I don't apply the sticker on my windshield, I go though the process of cleaning the car and next thing you know is that the employees applied that sticker on my windshield without my consent. I drive up to the front again, ask well what the hell man? Can I get another one so I can drive in with different cars? The other cars would be my parents cars, because I pretty much wash them too, and they said "no, you are going to apply for membership all over again" so they say one thing in the beginning, apply the sticker when I wasn't going to myself and I didn't consent to, then tell me a completely different thing and then they apologized for it, I mean here is a star for the effort, I unsubscribed that same day. Watch them change the policy the next day, I'm calling it now.

Why I go back?? They raise the price (almost 30%) and they continue to do an absolutely terrible job I purchased the “whole car” Hoping they would clean the whole car including the inside of doors etc They did not and the interior was a joke I stopped at the entrance (where you pay) and showed some individual the quality of the cleaning. Her response “yes that definitely needs to be cleaned better / that is why we have the 5 day return policy” What!! That is for if it rains or snow I was so frustrated I left and spent an hour cleaning the interior of my car I will return within 5 days to get my free redo but will never return to this facility Sad what we are teaching the younger generation what is acceptable work ethic

First of prices jumped, okay fine, but... when I asked ahead of time for the details of the "whole thing" versus the basic interior, I was told it's the deepest cleaning option and included the whole car, which makes sense being that it's title "whole thing". When the the car was done I asked if they opened the back hatch to clean the back and he said I didn't pay the "cargo" wash fee which is an upcharge, so they didn't clean it. They completely missed the entire passanger side, didn't clean the entire dash, and what they did clean, it was a poorly done. I had been dissappointed with them before but decided to give it one last shot. Still horrible.

Hi Googlers, I just wanted to say that Waterway rules! I'm so happy with their services and how they ALWAYS go above and beyond for me and My BMW M6!! The management crew Caleb and Mike are just awesome, plus they have a great team (especially Jesse). They all deserve some recognition and raises!! I went in today with a very complicated wheel dilemma that required TONS of work, and they still welcomed me with my challenges! They spent a bunch of extra time to ensure that I was completely satisfied (and I really was when I departed). I couldn't be more impressed, and I'll never go to any other car wash-thanks a ton guys!!!! Jim S.

I paid for a full car wash here 58$, they done a really superficial job, they didn’t vacuum under the seats, there were still finger prints all over the interior, and still stains on the seats.

Most of the kids they have working here half ass everything and simply don't give a damn. Partly because they are all 15 and partly because the cheap ass owner pays them like $5 and hour and expects customers to tip them a proper wage. I've been a member the past 3 months and in that time have had random dirt spots left on the car, tire shine applied to half the tire smudged windows, water all over the front seats, and general half-assery. That being said there are like 3 workers who are actually good the rest are just warm bodies for show. Every time I come here I still tip the kids regardless and don't bust their chops over their poor work because I too was a lazy teenager. This message is directed at the management not the workers. Hire better people, pay them a real wage, and actually train then maybe then you won't have dozens of 1 star reviews. Don't come here expecting quality, or a good deal. I'm canceling my membership.

Car came out amazing, we opted for the hand drying and I will say it was a little confusing coming out of the car wash, already disoriented, we were flagged down by a gentleman, making eye contact, so we pulled up to him, and then were told "you're in the wrong lane, it's okay bc the person in front of you is done but next time we don't want you to have to wait...." My husband and myself looked at each other and rolled our eyes... I really don't like leaving reviews that might affect your morale, but I think you guys need a little organization... It's not going to stop us from going we just feel like it was weird.... Lastly, I think if you're paying to have the car "hand dried", you should use microfiber cloths or "shammy". Using cotton cloths left fibers all over the car and leaves streaks. (My family runs a exotic car restoration body shop, since childhood I've been around cars. I just think the employees require better chemicals and materials.) I think this establishment has the potential to be five-stars.

I visited this location on April 27th 2025, and the job is one of the worst I have ever seen. I requested a $50 service that included "The whole thing" . After I exited the carwash my car sat waiting to be dried off for 15 minutes. It was almost dry when they finally got to my car. They never lifted the tailgate to vacuum the back of the car. Poor training. They did not have enough help and there were 2 guys working that were useless, standing around working in slow motion. There was a supervisor out there with them ,but he was to busy to babysit the two high school kids. Hey Waterway the U.S. Government and Mexican government have a H2 Visa Exchange program you should look into it and get yourself some help that really wants a job. I will never come back to this place. They need to train their staff better, and make a priority to do a good job. I use to use Waterway years ago and this was my first time back. I was not impressed.

Paid for the $38 wash. Not with it. I keep my car pretty clean as is. The exterior was good but the interior was disappointing. Lots of spots not vacuumed or wiped down. The windows looked great though. The wash I purchased said something about the mats getting a wash and they didn't look like they were touched except for a vacuum. Idk, maybe I expect too much.

Go to deal with unlimited car washes for $25 a month. My car is black and I wash it about every other day. Absolutely outstanding value. The fact that the staff is extremely helpful is just bonus. Shout out to Chuck.

I must say, the people are friendly. But I don't like paying $45 to have someone wash my car and then still need to finish washing it myself the next day. Here is one photo, but these dirty areas are all over the car. I should have done a walk around. Oh well, to a future visitor, these places are all the same quality.

Super nice employees, but my truck was still dirty and had a film of dirt in places - rear tailgate, lower doors/cab, light mud in wheel flares/behind mud flaps. I don’t recommend this type of car wash unless you’re like the new Range Rover in front of me that sees a little bit of dust and comes in every week for a wash subscription.

Got the whole thing wash there today. Nice people but car wasn't cleaned properly and trunk wasn't vacuumed properly. See attached photos for reference. Paid 61 plus tips as a courtesy but not a good job. I feel they should have management check after kids clean the car.

The store and the guy at the entrance were great. Lazy employees at the drying station. Vehicle still needs to be washed again. I’ll take it to where it will be cleaned properly.

I had purchased a coupon book prior to them installing the self servic kiosk. the kiosk would not accept the voucher, and the inside rep was not helpful either. I ended up paying for the wheel deal and Matt cleaning. All of the windows were still streaky and foggy. They had run a cloth over the dash but didn't put any effort into cleaning it as it was completely dusty. the whole interior needed to be re-wiped down. Over half of all the tires weren't polished! What is the point of paying $43 + tip for a full service car wash when I have to come home and pretty much redo the whole thing. absolutely abysmal! This place used to be decent but has definitely gone downhill. I would not recommend spending a dollar at this establishment. You'll get the same wash going through a regular wash station with the do it yourself vacuum because, essentially, that's what's happening anyway.

As a longtime customer for over 12 years, I have accumulated a great deal of experience and understanding of your services. However, I was disappointed with my recent experience. I paid $62 for a service that did not live up to my expectations in terms of the quality of the cleaning. Additionally, the 5-day warranty does not fully accommodate working professionals like myself who can only address these matters on weekends. As a result, I am inclined to seek a better service provider.

I visited this location on March 16th 2025, and the job is one of the worst I have ever seen. The staff was kind at greeting customers so in the end I requested a $58 service that included "The whole thing" plus the Rubber Matt cleaning. Unfortunately it was not until later that I noticed how bad the service was. No good vacumming, the matts were still dirty and overall the car did not receive an ok service. I used to be a regular years ago, but I will never come back to this place. They need to train their staff better, and make a priority to do a good job instead of rushing them into doing more cars quickly.

I got the one time Everything pkg. I liked it, my truck was pretty dirty, it had been neglected for a while. Though I had cleaned it out before I left. Everything was dirty. So based on how dirty it was for the price they did a good job. I still had to come home and use my lucas car interior spray to get the detailed look I wanted. The tires and door jams could have been more thoroughly wiped but ok for all they had to wipe down and vacuum. I left a 10.00 tip. I still want a thorough detail inside and out, including buff paint. Now that I'm retired and dont need my truck for work anymore, I want my truck to look new again.
