3 broke spin brushes, only soap in the front ... no water. Heavily scratched paint. Employee response was "we know." Will never return. Thanks for messing up my paint.

I’ve been a customer since it opened. Currently, I have a monthly membership because I’ve found it very convenient and fast to pop through for a quick wash. I appreciate the towels and window sprays that have available to finish up a great clean.

I got a carwash on May 9th, 2022 @ about 5 PM I had to go through the car wash twice as there was soap still on my car after the first wash. when I was going through the car wash the second time I noticed that my passenger side mirror was bent towards the front end of my vehicle. once I was out of the car wash I got out of the vehicle to flip my mirror back. when I checked the mirror it was damaged the top part of the mirror was broken off the back cover panel had scratches deep enough to show the black plastic underneath and the lower panel was just hanging there. And the mirror would not move. I filed a damage report with the store manager Mark. He let me know that the district manager needed to review the footage and would reach out. Mark finally reached out on 5/17 via email saying that the damage I claim is not consistent with how the equipment functions and they will not make any reparations or repairs for my vehicle. I just bought my 2016 4 runners and it was in perfect condition some would say she was/ is a pavement princess. I have called and emailed and the district manager Brandon Young still has yet to reach out to me and it is now 6/30. I have called headquarters and they say they don't handle that, that the store does and there is no one else I can contact. Do not use this place they do not care about their customers and they don't care and will deny all damages the car wash does to your vehicle.

Their wash took my mirror cover off, they apparently looked for it and couldn't find it, so they took my information and told me I would get a call in a week if they found it or not. I never got that call. I called them and got no answers.

If you *only* need the sides of your car cleaned, then this is the place for you! On the other hand... If you need your hood, your roof, the top of your trunk, the middle of your windshields (front and back), or your wheels & tires cleaned, AVOID THIS PLACE! This is probably the worst car wash I've ever been to. It's all automated, which is totally fine if setup properly. But, the brushes don't actually touch those parts of your car. So, it won't get better unless there are major changes on the inside. PS. I have a very average, 4-door sedan.

Great carwash and service. The whole crew helps out to make sure the hard to reach places get pre washed before entering. Connor is always helpful and super courteous. We take both of our vehicles here and always will.

**UPDATE** Turns out two managers had left the job between the time these scratches occurred, and when I wrote the review. I went in to the office to discuss the claim, and after about an hour and a half, was able to get the claim re-filed, and was put in contact with the new manager. Within 48 hours, I had heard from corporate, and was informed that my claim was approved. Hoping to have turned the corner, will update when repairs are made and reimbursement process is complete DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS HERE. THEY WILL SCRATCH AND DENT AND DAMAGe YOUR VEHICLE AND THEIR DAMAGE POLICY IS TO AVOID ALL CONTACT AND RECOMMEND DENIAL OF ALL CLAIMS. We had been going here for close to a year, and were happy with the wash. Then this past April, things took a terrible turn. After a wash on April 5, I noticed significant scratches behind all 4 wheels, scrwtched through the top coat and into the paint. I immediately notified the staff, who took pictures and took my info down. I filed a damage claim on site. After a month of absolutely no communication, and multiple phone calls to try and determine the status of the claim, I went in to the office only to discover the manager had recommended denial of the claim before “not working there anymore” as the staff put it. While there, I spoke with an assistant manager, the new Manager John, and the Regional/District manager, who all looked at the photos attached, admitted it was significant damage to the paint, and helped me re-file a damage claim. The new Manager John gave me his word I’d hear from him in the next couple of days with an update. It’s been another month and a half, and after multiple phone calls, multiple trips stopping by the office to check on the status, and there has been ZERO progress or communication from ANYONE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE! John, if you’re reading this, please call me about the green VW Atlas! There’s about 8 sticky notes with my phone number on it in the office, and I’ve left multiple voicemails. You have my number everywhere

This car wash just ruined my new black Toyota TRD Pro. They sprayed some oil base substance all over it and it would not wash off and scratch both sides of my car from their brushes they use. I then had to take my brand new SUV to get detailed. $$$$. I filed an incident report and tried to reach management 3 times so far when I was promised they would follow up with me in 24-48 hrs after this incident. No calls back. Do not take your car here !!!!!! unless you can afford the damage that this place does. I would not even push one star but I have to in order place a review. This place is a no star!! Super disappointed in this car wash location. The only reason I didn’t give it 1 star is the place seemed well kept, clean and they were open until 8. I did not try their vacuums so no comment there. However as a car wash I was completely unimpressed. Paid for the $21 ‘wash, wax & wheels’. First, no tire polish or anything (seen in the pictures) the bugs/grime on the hood was barely changed, back of the mirrors look like they were not even washed and you can see scuff marks on the vertical support to the side of the windshield where it did not even get it cleaned! Honestly this wash was no better than the self wash spray off. I’ll try somewhere else next time.

I am furious with this company right now and do not recommend to anyone. I have called numerous times these past 2 weeks for being double charged on my credit card for one car wash membership for the past year. The only thing customer service can tell me is “we are opening a ticket” or “we are escalating the ticket” with no call back. The agent “Jane” (refused to give me her agent id) hung up on me after saying they only work off of tickets. This will be reported to the BBB and corporate.

I had a great experience at this car wash today. While cleaning the inside of my car, my daughter’s smartwatch accidentally got sucked up into the vacuum. I was really worried, but Hawk, one of the staff, went above and beyond. He took the time to find it, and clean it. I truly appreciate their honesty, effort, and excellent customer service. It shows they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this place!

I went a number of times since i joined early in 2025. the last time i went the brushes or chemicals stripped my wheels. I filed a report with someone there onsite. the corporate seemed to approve this request, but when the district manager and his "damage team" did a review they denied the request and stated there was no clear indication that damage came from the wash since no other individuals had issues. when I filed the report, there was clear video of the wheels being damaged as it went thru the car wash. This is very dishonest and seems like this business doesn't care for the customers only the profits. Take your business else where just as i have done! they don't care for the customers at all!!! I will never to a take 5 if this is how customers will be treated. UPDATE! They don’t stand by there equipment or service they provide when they damage vehicles! Don’t go to this car wash! They will damage your car!!!! And it’s always your fault!!!!

Disappointing Experience at Take 5 Car Wash in Parker. I was initially impressed with the amenities offered at Take 5 Car Wash in Parker, but my experience quickly turned sour. Unfortunately, my compact SUV sustained significant scratches and dents on both sides during the wash. The damage is quite noticeable, as evidenced by the attached photos. While I appreciate the convenience of a drive-through car wash, I cannot recommend Take 5 to others based on my experience. It's disheartening to see my vehicle damaged after a simple car wash. I hope that the management at Take 5 will take this issue seriously and consider compensating me for the damages.

The assistant manager with the long blonde hair I believe his name is Jesse. Jesse always goes above and beyond for every customer. Every time I go to the car wash just he always comes by to make sure that my standards are always met with my vehicle. He is the most polite and hardworking young man I have seen at this car wash. This establishment is very lucky to have him and I feel I am also very lucky to have him there almost every time I wash my car. I will continue to keep my pass every single month because I feel like Jesse takes time with every customer to make sure their needs are always met. I just wanted to jump on here and thank this young man for everything he does for all of the customers that come through there and he brightens everybody's day with his smile and positive attitude.

I was charged $41 by Take 5 Car Wash about 1.5 months ago even though I’m not a member. Since then, I’ve visited three different locations — Highlands Ranch, Denver, and Parker — and each one told me the refund would be processed. None of them actually did it. For almost two months I’ve been trying to get my own money back. How many more locations am I supposed to visit, or how long am I expected to wait, just to receive a refund that should’ve been handled immediately? You cannot just keep customers’ banking information and charge them without proper authorization. This is unacceptable and feels completely against consumer laws. I strongly recommend everyone to be careful before signing up with them. Super Star Car Wash is miles better — at least they stand behind their service. With Take 5, you can’t get your money back, you can’t cancel, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. Be careful — this place can turn into a headache.

I’ve gone to several different car washes but this place has the best vacuums for pet hair. My boxer travels in my car everyday and the hair adds up quickly. With a little work I can get all of it out of my seats. I also enjoy the mat wash and how they provide towels and spray cleaners for the interior.

This place is definitely use at your own risk. My car recently received damage as the long material contraption within the car wash that drags over the top of the vehicle caught on my roof rack and peeled back a plastic molding on the roof of the car. They deemed it not their fault. Granted the material contraption broke off onto the vehicle. I will not be using their services again.
