I think the water shed car wash, is one of the finest car wash facilities in the central Texas area. They are very courteous and professional,the car wash does a great job on your car, and they give you time to detail your car. They offer free vacuum, drying towels and air blowers, they are a wonderful addition to Pflugerville.

If you want your car to be messed up and have exterior damage and then do a whole car damage report, get told by Kevin the assistant manager there that I should hear from the higher ups about what they can do for my car damage that their car wash did to my car in 48 hours, never hear nothing back from them, and have Kevin unapologetic about the whole situation, then come here! My new Nissan Altima got exterior damage from their dry blowers at the end and nothing has been done. They have video footage inside their car washes and still nothing has been done. I will never come here again and advise everyone who does care about their car to not come here. Sad because y’all just opened and this is how you treat your members here!!!

The service that the employees provide our top-notch. 5/5 people and 5/5 services. Always helpful and available and overall welcoming. My two biggest gripes, which is where the 2 stars are deducted from, are that the brushes don’t seem to brush too well (there’s always a patch or 2 of dirty that didn’t seem to come off that I have to hand towel off) and they seem to have hard water in their system, which isn’t uncommon for Pflugerville, but leaves hard water marks on my glass that I recognized right away. I will definitely be going here more often and recommend it to anyone who cares to listen, with the caveat that you NEED to wipe it down afterwards every time. The great thing about that though, is that they ALWAYS have fresh clean towels and two vacuums per car bay. This is unlike other places that will have one on each side but needs to be shared with the adjacent bays (so instead of having 11 vacuums for 10 bays, this place has TWENTY vacuums for 10 bays). Edit: just changed it to 5 stars. Since my initial review, the water seems to have improved and so have the brushes. Plus the customer service is always above and beyond. Truly the best place to get your car washed in Pflugerville.

This place has boggled my billing 3-4 months...consistently. I go inside to the office more than I get a car wash! I always have to either go inside or have an agent come to the gate. Last week, when I went inside after work, Keith said all was well. Address had been fine, billing was fine, just mention his name if I had trouble again, I didn't wash that time, I was busy. Went to wash today after long road trip....here we go Again! Rey took my card, told me I hadn't been billed since August, my account was not active and I couldn't get a wash. I told him what Keith said. After he moved the cones to escort me out of line, i showed him where I was billed in Sept. He offered no help, no solution, no anything. I told him I would be canceling my account because this is beyond ridiculous. He told me don't worry about doing anything, my account wasn't active anyway. Customer Service has truly gone out the window. This was ridiculous. I had the unlimited wash package, which I barely used, but I will gladly go back to Mr. Car wash.

We’ve had a really hard time finding a good car wash and have changed memberships several times. I think we finally found our favorite though!!! It’s been my favorite so far. The ONLY thing I would change is I wish they had people dry the cars off at the end like some of the others. Other than that it’s perfect.

This place will actually run the machines on trucks with brush guards and other bumper accessories. Satisfied with the exterior cleaning. They provide towels, vacuums, and a prewash station. All great!

this is by far the best car wash in the county, Vincent is so knowledgeable and professional, and Loves providing excellent service. This is the only car wash I will come to in the city. The staff is wonderful and the bays are really clean

Umm so $10 for 1 minute work is diabolical. The guys doesn't even scrub my front like other places. Afterward, a spot that I want to be gone the most was still there. Waste my time and money fr.

I have my membership here for almost three months. It’s worth it , $26.99 unlimited washes with complimentary towels (return) and vacuums. Unsure if they’ve increased since I started. Friendly staff and clean lot. Get a license plate cover for the front if you don’t have one, as my plate bends every single time due to the pressure.

Very disappointed with the service at this car wash. The exterior of my car was completely messed up after the wash, leaving me to spend over an hour cleaning it myself. To make matters worse, there was no staff around to assist or address the issue. This was a frustrating and time-consuming experience, and I expected much better. I do not recommend this place if you're looking for a proper car wash.

The process was smooth, the wash I got comes with a free wash for a second vehicle, and price is comparable to other car washes in the area. The only problem was the wash didn't clean my car. I needed to use a towel to clean the windshield, and didn't notice until later that the rear of the car wasn't properly cleaned. What was cleaned was nice, but I'd rather go somewhere the whole car actually gets clean and just spend a little more money vs having to do a bunch myself afterwards.

This is a very nice place to do your vehicle. They have a place before entering the car wash to scrub the front of your vehicle and tire cleaning. Then after the wash u have air pressure to blow out leaves and free towels vacuums that work great. The employees were very helpful and customer friendly. Will return and paid for a months membership washing my truck. Reasonable prices.

This car wash damaged my vehicle. They simply refuse to take responsibility for the damage. They claim the parts are loose, and I have a 2025 Tundra. I definitely don't recommend it; it's not worth paying for the service when I have to go out and buy a new rearview mirror cover because they broke it. If you have a new car, don't do them the disservice of washing it here. They are unethical and unprofessional, and I'm referring to their manager.
