It used to be good. The location had a bay for larger vehicles, but they recently turned that bay into an automatic car wash bay. The other bays are too small for my car. The hoses have some flexibility so if I pull on them really hard I can stretch them just enough to wash the front and back of my car, but washing your car shouldn't be so difficult.

Nice place, clean, unfortunately the coin machine was not working correctly. I put in a quarter as it said till I was $ 7.00 in before it started. I went over to a man cleaning up. I said to him do you work here he said yes. Then I asked him if he could check the coin machine out. He tells me he didn't speak English

This place used to be 5 star status, but they recently replaced the drive through car wash systems and added an additional bay. I thought great! Not so much, the wash is not thorough and the dryers are horrible. They may as well not even bother with the dryer. To top it off the price has gone up about $2 per wash. The older system worked so much better. I'm not getting my monies worth.

The soap high pressure spray and the rinse high pressure spray are both actually hot water! No one else actually has it HOT like here. Best self wash I've come to in Austin so far.

What kind of new scam is this??? I went there to do a quick DIY polish to get rid of the oil film on my wind shield and windows, which I had to constantly stop the machine, and re-swipe my card. And each time when I stop, the screen shows: Final charge $3-4. But they actually charged me $15 on each and added up to $75. Not to mention, there’s not even a dryer in the booth that I used. I honestly don’t know how they do business like this, and people actually liked this place? Like huh?? Please avoid this robbery!

I just found out. This place is openly night again. I love coming to this car, wash. It is definitely a home car. Wash never had any issues with the equipment. Always running smooth, always fully loaded, and if you don't wanna wash your car yourself, they do have two stalls that will do it for you

Its a car wash. Everything worked and it had the station for cleaning supplies. My car is clean for now and when it gets dirty ill go back.

🙌 THEY HAVE ALL THE SOAPS - EVEN TIRE SOAP!!!! 🙌 Grand Wash is the only clean car wash, well lit, with every kind of soap and wax and conditioner stocked, the gun has enough pressure that you need two hands, the card reader works fine. Check my feed, I've downvoted every wash in the area for messing up something, but this is the one that checks every single box for self service wash. 10/10

This place is a scam. Purchased a soft touch wash. I’m never prompted to drive into the bay. The screen then shows that the equipment is out of service. I am unable to get a car wash or a refund because there is no attendant present or phone number displayed to call. In order to get my car washed I am forced to pay for another wash. Ultimately paid $28 for one Premium Wash.

This is the best self serve car wash in the entire Austin vicinity! I drive from south Austin to come here. They have all the soaps you need, it's maintained incredibly well, all the vacuums worked and they even have a shampoo/interior spot cleaner-plus the owner is so nice! thank you to the owner again if you're reading this! I appreciate you being accommodating and we will be back again soon! Telling all of my friends about this place :)

So fun! Reminds me of being a child and helping wash my parents car. It's clean and very comfortable during the day. However one time when I went the automatic car wash took my money :( that's the only complaint I have about this place. Everything else is all good.

Over priced car wash, basically a blast from the 90s with 2025 pricing. Attracts shady characters lately, as people just sit in their cars and blast music, forcing those just washing their vehicle to be subjected to disturbances.

This is the best self car wash place in the history of car wash places. This place is always clean. Everything always works and I love the fact that I can use my card to pay. Its great that I dont have to keep swiping or adding quarters to add time. It just charges as you go. And oh I can't forget the great music thats always playing. On top of that there are cool led lights in the stalls for when u want to wash after dark. And then there is a hand held dryer if you want to use it. These people know what they are doing. Great place.

Best self-service car wash ever. Has every type of foam and fluid. Also uses hot water in the sprayer!!! I always spray the brush out before using and have never had a scratching issue. However if your car is black, I’d maybe second guess doing anything except at-home bucket washing.

Usually love this spot for the vacuum/shampooer, but this last time round, the shampooer made my car reek like piss after using it... Hopefully won't be the same issue next time. Update (1/19/16): Was hoping I would not have the same issue as last time, but once again after using the shampooer, it made whatever I used it on smell like pee... I would highly recommend NOT using the shampooer here, otherwise all other facilities here are great.

ROBERT that works the weekends at grand cares is always so nice and kind. I needed change for a back one day and he gave me some spare that he had in his pocket, he also keeps this place nice and clean every time I see him he’s picking up and keeping this a desirable place to come. Thanks to all you do Robert. We need more of people like you in this world. Great service and great and clean place to come get a weekly wash. 🧼

I appreciate you Robert and Joe . Got there and the place was clean . Robert was picking up cigarettes butts to the Funky Beat that jams the place . Positive attitude top down and it shows. Everything worked and they have some drive thru automatic options too! Nice to see a carwash take pride . Cleaned the vehicle and felt Positive with results and surroundings. Top rated body shop next door ...same owners ..so no surprise Joe and his guys do it right the first time . Thankyou ...Will be back . Worth the drive again !!!

I got you guys covered. Found this bay jammed when I pulled in. Someone before me managed to get a full 2$ in quarters in before noticing they were not depositing. Managed to clear it and use the bay regardless. Love this place, card and change machines onsite with vacuums front and back. (Update to this, they fixed the machine within the week. Their outstanding reviews dont lie. One of the best and only two carwashes i go to.)
