Was in town today for business meeting and before I left town wanted to vacuum and wash my truck so I came here and started vacuuming out truck before I went thru the wash and about 2 mins in the vacuum stopped working when I asked a work she screamed across parking lot where closing!!! Weird it says 7pm closes no consideration or customer service with a side of laziness and disrespect!!!

I have a Mazda mx5. Drove my car through, nothing spectacular about the wash. Just a normal carwash. Car looked clean after the wash. We didn't dry it because we were on our way out of town. It wasn't until I was walking up to my car from behin, as we were about to leave our destination. Thats when I saw all the dirt on the rear end of the car. As if the carwash didn't even wash the back side. It was looked as if it had been rained on. Wetting the dirt but not washing it off. I also will mention, I drive down a caliche road so, the car was definitely dirty. But the carwash did not work! I was very disappointed.

I am changing my positive review after $50 in additional charges I incurred later on. Washed my truck there in October. The girl helping me at the kiosk asked if I'd like a free car wash and I said sure. She signed me up for something and as she ran to help some cars in the other lanes, she said she'd be back with a sticker. She never came back and after a while the gate opened, so I proceeded to wash my truck and left. Apparently I was fooled into signing up for a monthly membership. I was billed $25 in late November and tried to get on their website to cancel whatever they signed me up for, but couldn't do anything because I didn't have a membership number that was probably on the sticker I never received. I was billed another $25 yesterday and finally found a number to call. Left a message and they called me back and told me they could cancel my membership, but that was all. Washed my truck there the one time in October and not since. After 2 months of membership fees that I was duped into signing up for that wasn't used, that 1 car wash cost me $62.

I come in and out of town when needed and pass by the wash every time, so I finally decided to try it out and see how it is this past week and I must say I have never experienced such very amazing/friendly customer service at a carwash before ever! The young gentleman with very curly hair, Isaiah believe his name was, was super friendly, had a amazing smile, and was very educational about all the washes they had to help me decide what wash to pick for my vehicle. I will definitely keep coming back to experience such great customer service that is hard now days to experience at business establishments! You have a amazing employee!

Did NOT get any bugs off. No bug spray or scrub at start and it pushed me through so fast that the water didn’t even have time to soak any. I realize that we live in bug country and certainly don’t expect drive through wash to get them all but other washes I go through have someone there spraying bug remover and brushing the front of car at the start.

I pay monthly and love it, I go when I feel like it, but most of the time, it's 5 times a month. I live out in the country so my truck gets pretty dirty. I only wish this wash had an under carriage wash.

New to the area and learned that they can wash my Dually truck. Truck came out great after a 2000 mile trip from Washington State. Customer service was great. I will definitely use this car wash again.

I'm not an expert....but Y'all might want to adjust the rollers or brushes, you know maintenance. I'm not sure of the exact name. Point being, if I need to be spending that much time at the 'bug station' what am I paying Y'all for. I'm just saying. Got no issues with Watershed other than that. Good folk, clean operation & affordable pricing. Better Day, Y'all edit 11/14/24....changed from 2 stars to 3 stars. Response was not a standard 'robo' response. If mechanical gets tweaked, will upgrade review. Thanks

I get coupons often from referring friends & got a birthday wash! went to wash my car and was wiping her all down when my car died! I asked the lady next to me if she had any jumper cables and luckily she did. however, that wasn't working. I turned to look back and one of the managers was carrying a portable battery charger & asked if i needed a jump! he waited with me and got my car started and let me know i can always ask for something if i needed it such as a charger, a phone call, a jump or what have you! i was nervous to go ask for a jump so i was glad he came without me even having to ask! thats TRUE customer service and i will always come here because of THAT!

I visited the Ambler location today to redeem a free ceramic wash I received from signing up to their email list. When I pulled up I was greated by Michael who went above and beyond!! He let me know about everything Watershed had to offer and the membership plans. I had let him know I wanted to switch to a different company because Mister carwash was just getting to expensive and didn't wash my car as good as I wanted anymore. He let me sign up for one month only paying 1 cent to see how I would like it. After washing my car here the first day I loved it & all the amenities especially the covered spots to dry your car. Definitely will be coming back & staying a member. THANK YOU MICHAEL!!! Your customer service was 100 out of 10!! God bless you!

Great place to get a quick wash. If I'm not mistaken I think it's $26 bucks per month for anytime wash. It's per car it reads your plates and only that car can get washed. The app is sometimes hard to get into and or make changes. The people do help when you pull up. The phones not so well, called a couple of times but no answer. Remember to prewash for bugs didn't know you can scrub before you go through. I give it a 3.5 it's fast even if there is a line it really does go quickly.

Love coming here to wash my vehicle. Good bargain on the membership. I just wish there was a way to tell if the vacuums are working or not before you pull in. When they are working, they work very well! I love that they provide towels for drying and cleaning the inside of your car.

I would give it a lower rating, but it only goes to 1 star. Spent 10 minutes scrubbing at their "bug station"...it works on glass but NOTHING else. Got their 12$ "wheel package, wheels are still dirty. If you happen to Own a car with a back, it won't EVER get that clean. Have their membership on another car after canceling earlier this year. That was a mistake. I am canceling that today. The only good thing about this wash is the vacuum stations.

One of the better automatic car washes in the area. After driving my truck across the country it had a lot of bugs on it so I wanted to get it washed. Unfortunately it didn’t take all the bugs off, but it did a decent job. It cleaned my truck body pretty well though.

Both locations are really easy to get to. Love the bug prep station before getting a wash. Clean towels to dry with are always available. The only problem with the bug station is when people wash their entire car instead of just scrubbing bugs off of the front grill.

I've used Watershed since they opened one in Abilene. I have always been impressed with the way my ride looks after taking a trip through the car wash. But today the attendant(named Michael) was super friendly, professional and went above and beyond the duties of his job. I highly recommend allowing this location of Watershed to give you the same.
