very rude & unprofessional.! as soon as we walked in, she was very rude and said “you can just wash, you don’t have enough time to dry “ when THERE IS NO SIGN anywhere when the last load is, & the internet says you close at 9pm.! & it’s ONLY 7 pm. do not waste your time here.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! RUDE!!!!!! AND PREJUDICE!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! My family and I were on vacation and stopped to wash our clothes. The attendant working the closing shift on 6/5/2016 was EXTREMELY RUDE AND SHOWED PREJUDICE & DISCRIMINATION to my family. The minute we walked in she yelled at us and said "WATCH THE FLOOR!!" No hello or welcome of any sort. My family and I preceded to bring our laundry in, she then said in a very rude manner (like our presence was an nuisance) "Are you going to wash?" (Duh lady you work in a LAUNDROMAT!!) So we told her "Yes we are" and again with a rude annoyed tone in her voice she said "WE CLOSE AT 9!!!! YOU CAN ONLY WASH YOU CAN'T DRY!!!". I then looked around the laundry mat and there were no signs or anything up that stated "last load at, so and so time". She then again RUDELY started yelling at us again, she then stated that we needed our own quarters cause she wasn't going to give us any. Okay in my opinion what kind of laundromat doesn't have quarters????? After both her attitude towards us and her lack of wanting customers we decided to take our business elsewhere. As we were exiting the laundromat she started talking smack about us behind our back as we left. WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LADY. I wish there was a lower rate we could give businesses cause this place was a disgrace. Don't waste your time or your money.

Besides the fact that it was extremely hot in there and its 2 bucks to wash ...the machines work well and drying is much easier here than at other places. It was just hot as hell in there. I had to go sit in my car where it was cool outside in order not to die from heat stroke. Smh

Nope half of the dryers work and they don't get very hot, but they keep the bathroom door locked, last time I was there they had an out of order sign on it but the lady working used it yep this was my last time at this dump, so go to wash this way.its much cleaner.

Very well kept up , all type machines to uses for your purposes, now have TV to watch, sometimes snack machine is available they go fast! Well clean! Keep places maintenance, next to car wash and fast food

This is absolutely the most deplorable laundry mat that I have ever been to. The few machines that worked were outdated. The entire place is outdated. The second washer I tried to use went directly to the spin cycle and never filled with water. So I had to spend more money and move my clothes. There wasn't any trash cans available to use. There were do and do not signs posted every where and no attendant on duty. I called the number posted to notify the company and it went to voicemail and I still haven't gotten any response. Do not use this laundry mat.!!!

Woman came in at 740. The woman working there told her the machines take 1 hour and they close at 830 when the website says 900. This is the 3rd time I've been there when she told someone the same thing. Either they need to change the website or tell the employee the correct hours.

Clean facility,. Kinda pricey for the selection tho. Had wash 2 loads at 3 bucks a load twice ND they still didn't look clean...... Change machine ate my 20 dollar bill it keep spitting it out finally I said screw it tried to take it out and it took it but never gave me quarters...... Restroom was locked and no one arnd to unlock it. My daughter nd I had to walk to church's chicken to use the restroom

The place was very clean and the attendant friendly. Beware the machines in the front row - they take an hour to run! Everything else was the regular 30 ish minutes. There were machines out of order, but not enough to cause a slowdown. I will return.

The older woman that works at night is terribly rude! There are no signs that state what time last load is. My friend and I came into the laundromat at 7:45pm and started to put our clothes in the washing machine. The older woman shouted at us that we can wash but we can't dry much. We proceeded to wash and put our clothes in the dryer. The older woman shouted at us at 8:58 you have 2 minutes to get out. She breathed down our necks until we were out. Very rude and unprofessional! Even though the prices were good and the machines were clean and well maintained, I will not be back! I will take my business to a place that knows how to treat customers. After all, we are the reason you have a business in the first place. If I could give negative stars, i would.

This place first none of vending machines worked the restroom was out of order and alot of the machines were not working

Over half of the washers were out of order, the soap dispensers were stopped up on the ones that did work. One washer took my money and the top load one load washers take over an hour. And one of those never did stop filling up and start washing leaving me to bring the clothes out by hand and take them somewhere else. The water didn't get very hot and the whites were still as dirty as when they went in. The washer that took my money when I told the attendant she said they didn't leave her any way to pay the customers back for lost money. Mind you she sat and watched me wrong those clothes out by hand. Out of the washers we used 4 of them made us put in extra money over the maximum amount for heavy soiled with hot water. Save your time and go to another place to do your laundry. Because I promise you somebody is pocketing money off the customer here. Lastly the bathroom was locked as well. Worst laundromat experience ever and I have been to some pretty shady ones.

I would re think of coming here! It was a nice place to do laundry, but maintenance has gone down hill, OVER HALF of the washing machines are tagged OUT OF ORDER the dryers seem to have a few different prices some have 10min for a quarter some have 8 minutes. Just total lack of maintenance! The restroom works fine, but they keep it locked so street people don't come in and either sleep do drugs or whatever in the restroom.
