The young lady at the car wash leading us into the tunnel was to busy laughing at who ever she was communicating with and looking up and away from guiding my car in. I felt unsure if I was even on the rails. I made a comment to her and she just rolled her eyes and walked off. No one answered the phone at the place of business or customer care team. Not impressed with customer service.

Great service! Attendants are friendly and helpful. Always pleased with the wash. The vacuums are terrific. Their suction is super. I only need to go over the mats and carpet one time. Mister Car Wash goes Above and Beyond in every aspect!

Hard working staff and very friendly. I only recommend this carwash if you have a big vehicle, but I don't suggest you taking your vehicle too many times because the machines are going to leave scratches over your vehicle paint. One time the machine broke my rear wiper, but they ordered a new one and installed it. My experience has been average at this car wash

I still have dirt on my vehicle when I use the car wash. I even pay the platinum price to get everything they offer. I actually left with more dirt on my vehicle than when I went in. See pics.

Pretty good place to have your vehicle washed and vacuumed. The cleaning is nearly always inconsistent due to what I can only believe mechanical problems. Sometimes only have the things spin and I have a half clean truck.

Clean, everything works, has the newer features like high-powered water sprayers and hosed dryer and the big shammy at the end works. Ran our car through but the shammy at the end didn’t come down. They let us run it back through no extra charge. Customer service is excellent!

This is their idea of a car wash, car is brand new with 1000 miles on it and i got it washed yesterday so this is not caked up bugs, just a long drive today. Pics of cadillac uploaded. Don’t waste your money here...

We started using the unlimited service at Mr Carwash about 2 1/3 months ago. We live 40 miles away and were not sure it would be worth it. Wish we had started years ago! It does an amazing job. It just takes a few extra minutes to wipe any extra water that might not have come off in the drying process, vacuum the floors, and blow the water off the mirrors. The employees are very friendly, spray the front of the vehicle & the windshield to clean the bugs off, and keep the vehicles moving a quick pace, and you are in and out in a hurry! We are very pleased with their service. Only wish we had tried it a long time ago. If you haven’t tried signing up for unlimited service, I highly recommend you give them a try!

I had an outstanding experience at this car wash! From the moment I pulled in, everything was top-notch. The equipment is clearly up-to-date, and I really appreciated the soft brushes that gave my car a thorough clean without any worry about scratching my paint — something that’s super important to me. Even though I’m not a member, the team at the check-in station was incredibly friendly and eager to help. It’s rare to find that level of service and genuine hospitality these days, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. After the wash, I was impressed by the powerful vacuums that made cleaning out my interior quick and easy. Plus, there are tons of drying stations, so there’s no feeling rushed or crowded. They really thought of everything to make the whole process smooth and convenient. If you want a car wash that takes pride in their equipment, service, and customer experience, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!
