I've been using this location for the past three years. Initially, I was pleased with the quality of wash I would get, but it's steadily gone downhill. The equipment seems to have aged poorly, drying towels have not kept up with volume and outages have made it too inconvenient to continue my membership. When I canceled my membership today, the manager appeared to not care less as to the "why" for my cancellation. As a local business owner I find this sort of feedback invaluable.

We got the free wash today which was awesome! Then we used the free vacuums plus the tail gate clean out. The use of car towels was cool too. Thank you for the free wash!!

Excellent Customer Service and extremely friendly attendants. The air freshener smells awesome when you drive through and the colors are amazing and calming. Your vehicle doesn't get pounded like the other places. Convenient and safe

It was decent. The vehicle was not 100% clean. A hand wash truly provides a meticulous clean. The attention to detail is unmatched by automated systems. Ultimately, the best car wash depends on individual preferences and needs.

I have an unlimited membership and really enjoy the convenience. Their wash reaches all areas of my Ford Escape--other places leave the sides only partially scrubbed. The vacuum area is always functioning and well stocked. Give them a try.

Particularly poor WASH of my Subaru Legacy. Sides and back were just okay, left behind bird poop. Front grill and headlights were barely touched, light brush marks in the ton of road dirt, bird poop and bug guts. Didn't even loosen it enough so I couldn't get off with the provided microfiber towels by the included vacuums. Photo after wipedown.

I travel for a living so I go through atleast 2 car washes a week. This by far is one of the worst I've been to. Lady at entrance was half asleep, Wasn't directing me into the wash. Vehicle didn't catch so had to guess what to do. Then she proceeds to yell at me for i guess not knowing her job. Purchased the top most expensive wash. Besides my wheels being shiny. Vehicle looked the exact same as when it went in. Will never go back and do not recommend.

Went here to get my car washed and had a trim piece broken off my car. I got all the way home before I realized so I tried to call them. I called multiple times and could not get any response. Once I was almost back I finally got an employee on the phone. I explained to her the color and the piece that had flown off. She put me on hold while going to check. She came back to the phone and stated that she had not found anything inside. I explained to her that I was almost there and that I was coming to file a report. I arrived 2-3 minutes later and went inside. Upon going inside I saw the trim piece sitting inside, and was told that she just didn't know what I was talking about even though she claimed to have found nothing. So already from the beginning they were trying to hide it. Then after filing a report and being told I would be contacted within 48-72 hours it took 11 days to finally have somebody reach back out to me. They informed me that they would not be paying for the piece and that there was a sign at the tunnel entrance stating they don't cover vehicles with >100,000 miles, older than a certain age, or if the blowers caused the damage. I explained to them that during the payment "the legally binding exchange" there were no disclaimers or agreements stating that they would not be responsible. You can't accept payment for a service and then after that legal exchange has happened put disclaimers stating you are not responsible. I paid for a service not to have my vehicle broken. With all that being said I would advise everyone DO NOT GO HERE, the customer service is terrible and rude and they do not accept responsibility for their business malpractice. Not to mention they claimed the blowers did it but never showed the evidence. 0/5 experience!

I visit this Car Wash about 3 times a week. The value of paying for the unlimited washes is what brought me to visit this place. The wait times are never very long because the car wash tunnel runs constantly and efficiently.

I overall like this car wash had to go through a couple of times on occasion. Giving three stars and not five because the sticker was so hard to remove. I had to get a professional to do it highly suggest not putting the loyalty sticker in the corner glass

I’ve lived in Waco for many years & have been going to Watershed since they opened. I’ve always had a good experience but I was so impressed by the overall service today in particular! I was planning to come in to redeem a free car wash offer they had going on and when I pulled up, Chris C noticed some dirt & grime caked on my front windshield. He told me to go through the wash, pull over for an employee to help scrub it off (a service I had never seen here before) & then come through the wash again for free. The place was really busy so I tried to scrub everything off myself but while doing so, Chris came over to me & followed up. I went through the car wash again & he once again came over to see if everything was satisfactory. It certainly was! Chris had excellent customer service, attention to detail, and was a friendly face even despite the Texas heat. Though I’ve been coming here for years & recommend Watershed to family/friends, the service & experience was positive enough to publicly review a place for others in town. Very impressed & thankful for an unexpectedly outstanding day at Watershed all around!

I got a coupon for a free wash. I could notice that there were many cars... I really liked how my car was after the wash. I could see that in the vacuum area they lend rags to finish cleaning the car. Excellent!

Yesterday, I was in their car wash and I was hit from behind by another vehicle, scratching and denting my vehicle. I will post the video. The attendants clearly are not paying attention. Update: The manager did end up calling me. They did end up giving me 3 months of free car washes for the trouble and they offered me the video of the incident for the insurance. It really was not their fault. The other driver was in drive, i am pretty sure.

Great stuff! They are always very helpful. My vehicle usually comes out clean on the first car wash. If you buy an individual car wash and your vehicle doesn't come out clean on the first wash they will let you go through again for free. If you buy a membership then you have unlimited car washes regardless. They have good quality towels to dry off your car and the vacuums are very powerful. The pressured air service is great for micro cleaning the vents and small areas that are hard to reach by hand inside your car.
